Turn on your ipod, and hold the ipod in your hand. Using one finger, apply some pressure to the middle of the screen, it doesn't have to be that much pressure at all. Like less pressure than you would have to use on a stapler. When you apply the pressure, does anyhting happen?

well this is actually my second 4g. my first one had some light leaking from the left side. this one has light leaking from the right side, but its far less noticible. would best buy do another exchange? cause they didnt really seem all that willing to do the first exchange. i dont wanna annoy them lol.
wait, couldnt i take it to an apple store and exchange it there? or would that not work?

no, your totally wrong. working in 44.1 is a bad idea unless your doing a demo or something. i'd like to know why your qualified to give out advice like "the difference in 48 and 44 is negligible?"

Audio recorded at higher sample rate and bit maintains better fidelity. . . so when you reduce the quality your doing so from a better recording.
This is a over simplification and is a bit naive.
There are rules of thumb, but blindly saying "use the best you can" is impractical. What you should do is "use the most appropriate settings for your project", and this will vary.
Most audio productions that are destined for CD should be done at 44.1KHz, to avoid the need for sample rate converting, which are generally to be avoided (even if the best algorithms are pretty good these days).
(Does it make a different in a mp3 world.? A topic for another day I think... )
Most audio production for video, DVD and picture are done at 48KHz, because that's the standard sample rate for these projects. If you have the horsepower, like the sound, and have specific reasons, then going up to 96KHz is an option for some people, although as it halves your available resources it's a big hit unless you have a big system.
But blindly saying "use the highest" is bad advice. You need to have the understanding and experience to judge the requirements of a project, and choose the most appropriate settings for it.

I am starting up a printing business and to avoid needless communication between me and the clients (who might have no understanding of print) I'd like to set up a preview function for uploaded images.
If any of you have used Moo.com for their printing they have a function which is similar to what I want, but I have no desire to copy them (don't worry!) - I just want my customers to feel safe when printing their products with me to avoid prints coming out wrong.
I have asked a few companies to help me out, but they have all said it's not doable without them making the entire site, which I'm not sure if it's a ploy to get me to pay more but I want to be in control of my site as I'm a website designer myself. I just have NO knowledge of coding in Flash, Javascript or HTML5. I've been quoted £15,000 for this site which seems an awful lot for just a couple of pages, but I'm not a feelance web developer and have no idea of the pricing for such things.
Anyway, I'm looking to see if there's actually anything out there already which will work for me? Surely it could have been made before.

When you have kernel panics, the pertinent information is in the panic report.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ System Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of reports. You log into the App store using the same Apple ID you used to set the computer up, verify that none of your apps are hidden and that they have all be accepted and then download and install the update

Before you sell or give away your computer, in addition to the steps mentioned in this support article, take these steps:
Run Apple Diagnostics or the Apple Hardware Test. The buyer will do this (or he should), and you don't want to be surprised by the results.
Reset the PRAM and the SMC, which might contain personal information.
If you set a firmware password, remove it by running Firmware Password Utility in Recovery mode.
If you activated FileVault in OS X 10.7 or later, turn it off.
If you use Boot Camp, the partition must be deleted
If you created any other data partitions on the internal drive, remove them in Disk Utility.
Erase the data partition(s) with the option to zero out data. An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.
You can't legally or practically transfer any software downloaded from the Mac App Store to the new owner of the machine, even if it was free. That includes OS X, so if you upgraded to OS X 10.7 or later, you must reinstall an older OS, either from the installation media, if applicable, or by booting into Internet Recovery (option-command-R at the startup chime.) If you installed from physical media, deliver those to the new owner.
If you're selling the machine, or donating it in working order, and it originally shipped with OS X 10.4 or 10.5, then you have the option of installing either from the discs that came with it or from a retail Snow Leopard disc (which you must then transfer with the machine.) The buyer should understand that if he doesn't get the original discs from you, he won't get the bundled iLife applications or the Apple Hardware Test. Replacements for the original discs can be ordered from Apple.
The new owner will have to redownload any software that came from the App Store, including OS X upgrades, under his or her Apple ID. If you ever updated the bundled iLife applications (Garage Band, iMovie, and iPhoto) through the App Store, you can't transfer those either.
Remove the machine from your list of registered products. If it's still covered by an AppleCare Protection Plan, transfer the coverage to the new owner by following the instructions in the AppleCare Terms and Conditions (under the heading "Transfer of Plan.")

You are on Windows 2000, you do not have a "Firefox" button, and should consider yourself to be fortunate in that you still have menus and don't have to do anything to get the menus back instead of the "Firefox" button. (The same applies to Windows XP users).
Use the "File" menu to get to Import. You are not on Windows 7 or Vista, and don't have to put up with the nonsense added for Aero.
If you want the "Firefox" button you can get it with View -> toolbars -> (uncheck) Menu Bar. The menu bar and the "Firefox" button were supposed to be mutually exclusive (which is impossible in some cases without being incompatible).
Once you are using the "Firefox" button ...
Use the "Alt" key to view the menu bar (temporarily) containing File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. On Windows 7 and Vista, the menu bar was hidden by default in Firefox 4 and above. These menu items are more or less available under the "Firefox" button which has the most used of the built-in Firefox menu items available in a different format.
