ATV: Previously set to stream content - how can I switch to sync?

I am using the small ATV to sync data from my iMac and also to buy some stuff in the iTunes Store, which is now obviously all on the ATV.
Now I'd like to get these downloads onto my iMac and also sync some stuff from the iMac to the ATV. The reason being is, that streaming the newly purchased HD Series does not play perfectly and instead I have to go back to the normal quality.
Can I change the settings to selective syncing instead of streaming without having to to a factory restore? Can I then still stream some other content?

To set up for syncing select settings/comuters/connect to itunes...(not shared library) from the tv and go through the whole pass code thing again, you do not have to restore your tv, but you might need to remove your current streaming link from the same menu first.
When set up, you can select custom sync and choose exactly what you want to sync, everything else will be streamed providing you haven't selected the 'show only synced items' box and all your content is checked in the main itunes window.

How can I switch to syncing to another itunes library without losing my app data?

I have a new imac and I built a new itunes library on that machine - I wanted a clean library. It's big. I want sync my iphone 5 to this new library but it's synced to my mbp13. I don't mind reloading my music, but I don't want to lose my app data.
Is there any way to backup my iphone (current its backed up to icloud) but then do a restore and use it with a different itunes library? It will be under the same itunes store account and itunes match account, etc.
The main goal is to not lose my app data or apps. I have no prob copying my music over, its the same on both computers.

Doh! I figured it out. I had to turn on "sync music" from the music tab and selected no music to sync - so it wiped all my music on the iphone - which was fine. Then I could enable manually manage music and presto - now I am able to copy my music over to the iphone from my new imac.

Most YouTube content requires the Flash plugin. Sometimes it's necessary to uninstall then reinstall that plugin.
Uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Very important to uninstall the currently installed plugin first.
Now launch Safari and try a video.
If you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.
You may also need to delete the cache associated with Safari .
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy/paste: ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari
Click Go the move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try a video.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

This song is likely one that is paused, which is still being displayed in the app. Currently, there is no simple way to fully stop a song and remove it from this bar, as the app assumes you may want to resume it at some time.
However, you can restart your device, which in most occasions should reset the playing song in the Music app.

Remove the cwallet.sso file and check the wallet status in v$encryption_wallet.

There is no "adding" a device. Simply plug the iDevice into the computer. iTunes should automatically detect the device when it is connected.
iTunes can sync/manage as many iDevices as you want... there is no 1 device limit.

I recently formated my computer, and reinstalled Firefox. I used the Sync feature, and selected the option "Replace all data on this computer with my sync data". However, nothing happened, and my quota ( i only checked later) seem to be an unusual size for the amount of bookmarks i had.
I am pretty sure i havent erased my data by accident, since i only joined manage account page after things went wrong.
I have synced my bookmarks sucessfully before, when i switched from Firefox 32 to 64 bits.
Anyone knows how can i see my synced bookmarks on server to check if it was somehow erased, and how to recover in that case?

By any chance did you used the Recovery/Sync Key to set up your account again or you resetted it? If you reset the Recovery Key your data was erased at the same time.
The Recovery key is used to encrypt your data and if you lose it, the encrypted data that we have is unusable.

The Create New Version command always indicates the format that it presently set in your Import Setttings, which apparently is AAC. To change it to MP3, go to Edit > Preferences > General > Import Settings, and set "Import Using" to MP3 Encoder. Also select your preferred bitrate. OK out of there, and then look again at Create New Version.
