ATV won't sync latest downloaded Video from Apple..

Hi all.
I've tried everything I can think of without luck. Ive had ATV now for several months. No issues apart from the normal ones that everyone seems to have.
My Itunes library is off the imac, stored on a Apple time capsule. Everything syncs just fine except one music video which i purchased from Apple store.
In my sync settings I have sync music videos (in fact there are several there that are synced already so I know this function works)
Any help greatly appreciated.

Purchased content won't sync back to computer from Apple TV

I purchase quite a bit of content on my Apple TV. Most of the time the tv shows sync back to the computer after download to the Apple TV without any problems. Recently though many of my shows are stranded on the Apple TV. This has also happened for the 3 movies I have purchased from the Apple TV.

My old iPod touch won't sync my photo videos from my iPhone 5

I recorded videos on my iphone 5 and want to put them on my old ipod touch. When I use itunes to save the videos and then sync it to my old ipod touch it just says could not be synced see itunes for more information on my ipod. PS the ipod touch is the old one without a camera.

The phone takes HD videos but your old iPod can only play/sync SD video.
If the Create New version disscussed in the above links does not work you will need a third-party converter like the free Handbrake.

Please help. I recently upgraded to IOS 8.2 and i realised that all my downloaded videos from itunes have somewhat vanished. I see the cloud sign with the downward arrow. However they won't play, i am being required to DOWNLOAD them again.

The icon indicates an item that is available for download. This is usually because it has been downloaded previously by the account you are logged in under and will not be charge again for the download. See the following article, while it references iTunes for Mac and not iOS, it is the same.

This what I've tried so far:
Downloaded photos from the iPhone to the computer. Videos and photos transferred without problem.
Plugged in the iPod Touch (2) and all photos synced just fine, but no video appeared.
While the iPod was connected I looked In the menu bar of iPhoto, when I chose movies, none were listed.
I cannot find an item listed in the settings menues that seem relevant.
I have emailed the movies successfully from the iPhone 4s.

Have new macbook pro 13". Can't download videos from our Sony TX-10 camera. I understand I need some kind of conversion program for MTS video files. Need recommendation for a good conversion program to convert the video files.

Well, sigh, that's not going to work.
I love how I can do months of research to choose the best camera for my needs and budget, which is NO easy task these days, but surprisingly find it on the unsupported list when it's a very popular camera. So, while it seems to support a whole bunch of other AVCHD options from Sony, not the NEX cameras.
The NEX cameras are the latest generation of mirrorless cameras (which, ironically, are great b/c they give dSLR quality still images while actually producing HD video that always records silently and stays in focus b/c it's mirrorless). The NEX 7 was just reviewed as Camera of the Year.
Bleh. Oh well. Maybe someday.
And, for anyone reading, Roxio Toast Titanium did convert it just fine but it took about 20 min or my time to set up a handful of clips and then a couple hours to complete converting them for the quality I was looking for. One was about 10 minutes of a kids' performance on Christmas and it took a long time. It's just not feasible given how many video clips I do with the camera a week - well, feasible when you consider all the cameras where this would be seamless.

Problems with downloading videos from the internet....please help

sorry if this the wrong forum to post but I don't know where else to post my issue.
Normally when I download videos from the internet I click on "window" then "activity" then the largest file ie ? of ? (which is the MB file) and it downloads then I use isquint to put it to mp4 format. However now when I do that the file I download says that "video _ts folders can't be directly converted" and there is a button that says "Inadequacy". I can't even download videos from youtube. Any help would be great.

I use Firefox which has quite a few video converter add ons that allows downloads of any type of video from the net. The one I use is called +Flash Video Downloader.+

Use Software Update to update your OS which is seriously out of date. The last version of Leopard I believe was either v5.6 or v5.8. Also, update all the other things listed that pertain to the OS & your model computer if applicable to your needs.

If you are using iTunes version 7 or later, then you can transfer purchased iTunes store music from the iPod to an authorized computer by using the "file/transfer purchases from iPod" menu. Note that the maximum of 5 authorized computers applies here.
For all other non purchased music (your own CDs etc) try this method which works on some Windows PCs.
Enable your iPod for disk use.
See: iPod Disk Use.
Open iTunes and select edit/preferences/advanced/general. Put a check mark in the box marked "copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library" and also "keep iTunes music folder organized", then click 'ok'.
Connect the iPod whilst holding down the shift/ctrl keys to prevent any auto sync, and if you see the dialogue window asking if you want to sync to this itunes library, click 'no'.
Then go to file/add folder, open 'my computer', select your iPod and click 'ok'.
The music files should transfer to your iTunes.
If this doesn't work (and it may not because officially it's not supposed to), check out the instructions/suggestions here.
Music from iPod to computer (using option 2). This a manual method using "hidden folders" and although it works, it can be messy.
Much easier ways are to use one of the many 3rd party programs that copy music from the iPod to the computer.
One of the most recommended is Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
Another free program is Pod Player.
SharePod is also freeware.

How to install
When you click a link, a download of the installer file occurs to your Downloads Folder usually located next to your Trash Can or in your Users Folder.
Open the folder and double click (or File: Open) the download and icon can appear on your desktop which you open and inside is a installer package which you double click on to launch the installer.
OS X will check the download to make sure you intended to start it and that it's not malware it knows about.
Follow the installer instructions to install the software onto your computer and quit when finished.
Some require the browsers to be closed first, others require the machine to be restarted to enable the software.
Once the install is completed, remove any and all downloads from your Download folder, it's safer to keep this folder empty so you can keep track of what appears in there.
Drive by downloads of malware can occur and reside in the Downloads folder, mixing in with files residing there and await your click to install.
