AU pro 53 is not showing up in logic

AU pro 53 is not showing up in logic audio instrument chanel...
Its only plays as a stand alone, outside of logic.
Maybe I have files to drop in a certain folder in order to make pro 53 work as a plugin AU

Must be UB or the standalone version would not be there either I think.
No, if it's PPC, the standalone will still work because OSX will run it under Rosetta (albeit slowly, but invisibly).
The plugin won't show up, because it needs to be Intel code to work on Logic running on an Intel machine.

It won't show up on your Apple TV until it is fully downloaded into iTunes on your computer, have you done this.

Mac Pro DVD player not showing picture, only audio

Droid Pro sent SMS not showing up

Hi I just got a Droid Pro earlier today and I'm pretty happy with it except for one thing. I cannot find nor see my sent SMS messages. When I send a sms message, it will show up, then dissapear when I leave the conversation. Some will stay randomly but I'd say 95% of my messages do not show up in conversation threads. Is there any way I can find those messages or change the settings to have them saved in the conversation thread?

Premiere Pro CC features not showing up

I purchased a Creative Cloud membership today and was expecting the version of Premiere Pro to be different, particularly to have the feature that syncs audio in multpiple clips, but the software appears to be exactly the same. Are those new features I've seen in the videos not available yet, or am I missing something. How can I tell if I have Premmire Pro CC and not Premiere Pro CS6?

Why is my midi data not showing up on Logic Pro X?

So i've been working on this project for a while now and for some reason out of no where the midi data is not showing up. every time i click on a region, it doesn't open up the midi data for that track, but instead only opens up the data for a different track. No matter what region i try to open, it always goes to that one specific region, and if i try to click in notes it only puts them in on that region. furthermoer, the MIDI draw refuses to work. it will not let me pitch bend, change note velocities, or anything. Am i missing something obvious or what?? please help, this is one of my favorite projects so far and I don't want to trash it because i can't do anything with it.

Just happened to me. Then realized that I had clicked the "link" button off in the Piano Roll Editor and clicking it back on fixed it.

HDR Pro 2 does not show up when Photoshop is launched using my mac pro desktop

I recently installed HDR Pro 2 on my mac pro so I can use it relation to my Adobe Cloud Photography Suite, however, when I open Photoshop, HDR Pro 2 is not recognized. Has anyone had the same problems? and if so what did you do to resolve the problem?

NIK has been struggling with a multitude of bugs lately. Check with them to ask for an update.

If you give complete and detailed information about your setup and the issue at hand, such as your platform (Mac or Win), exact versions of your OS, of Photoshop and of Bridge, machine specs, what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, what error message(s) you receive, if having issues opening raw files also the exact camera make and model that generated them, etc., someone may be able to help you.

Logic Pro 9 Will Not Show Video

When I import a video to Logic, the video does not show up on the video track nor on the top left of the project. Although the movie tab shows up, there's no film. If I double click the video track, it asks me to look for the video (finding it again doesn't work). Now this only seems to happen with mp4 files. Mov files show up, but the screen is white and there's still no video (but there is sound). It also shows up on the video track, but the track is blank.
Note: I've never had any of these problems before, but I recently just did a clean install of Snow Leopard and did a transfer of apps and files from a Yosemite drive, which then the problem occurred. I've tried possible fixes like reinstalling Logic 9 and deleting the preferences file in /Library, but the problem still stands. Is there any possible fix to this problem I'm missing? Could it be a QuickTime problem maybe? I tried videos that worked before this problem but now they don't.

This is most likely the source of your problem.
Best bet would be to reinstall the OS from scratch, without transferring any Apps etc from the other drive

It looks like you have the Timeline active, and there is nothing in it, so there is nothing to show in the viewer.
Try clicking on the clip that is shown on the image at the top left and then move the cursor over it. Make sure that you have skimming turned on (View->Skimming). Does it still not show video in the viewer? Note that part of your clip also appears to be black.
On a side note: it is super easy to make screenshots right on your mac, so you don't have to point a digital camera at the screen. Just press Cmd-Shift-3 and you'll get a picture of your entire mac's screen (by default it is saved to your Desktop and called something like Screenshot-[date and time here].png
Or Cmd-Shift-4 and you can drag to select an area of the screen to capture.

Plugins not showing up in logic 9

I just downloaded OS X Lion to my Mac Pro and am using Logic 9.1.6. I have previously purchased two plugins that work within the OS but are not showing up as plugins/virtual instruments in Logic. So I checked the AU Manager and both of these virtual instruments have a check in the Logic box, but not the Nodes box. The two plugins are Native Instruments' Akoustik Piano and Submersible Music's Drumcore 3. Both are 32-bit plugins, but I'm running Logic as a 32-bit application.
I have checked both of their websites and they say the software will work with OS X Lion.
Thoughts? Direction?

The Node should be unchecked, 3rd party instruments cannot node, so that's normal.
If you clickhold the I/O slot of a Software Instrument Channel, the piano's should show up in the Native Instruments folder, and the other one should probably be in the Submersible Music folder.

Orchestral Template NOT showing up in Logic - on start! Ideas? Help?

I have the Orchestral Jam pack installed (MBP) but not all of them.
Am I missing something? The jam pack is installed but does not show up in my LOGIC TEMPLATE.

It does show up in loop browser but no templates, if missing a file can someone send? Is it on one of the discs?

Yup, just talked to Apple, will have to do the update again, or I could come in the Apple Store and copy the files from them, (which is why I asked) and will do if know one sends. The should be small, and on disc one, it doesn't list the templates, so would need to get Pacifist in which case from what I understand, if you don't know what you are doing you can make a real mess of things.

Waves Plugins not showing up in Logic 9

I installed waves plugins AU and VST but they are not showing in Logic. They show up as VSTs in Ableton but i can't see them in Logic tried using AU manager but still couldn't figure anything out. I really need some of the plugins especially the API compressor and eq and the multi-maximizer. What could i be doing wrong?

i figured it out! i had to run the au reg utility. after i ran it the plugins showed in logic.

Premier Pro CC does not show up in CC Desktop app

Hello, I have recently subscribed to Creative Cloud and have had success downloading all of the available applications that show on the Creative Cloud Desktop manager. There have been some issues with the installations stalling out, but they were router related (fixed).
My question is: How do I install apps that are not pre-populated on the Creative Cloud desktop app? I use my web browser and the Download center on Adobe and click the big blue "Download" button - but the app does not appear in Creative Cloud desktop manager. However, the Creative Cloud desktop does "pop" up to the top of my open windows. Just nothing else happens.
So the thing I want to download is Premier Pro CC. It is not pre-existing in the Creative Cloud app. I can't figure out how to get it in there
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium
AMD Phenom II x4 3.0 GHz
32 Bit
I have tried these things:
- Uninstalling the Creative Cloud app and re-installing
- Clicking the "Download" big blue button from 3 different web browsers: Chrome, FF, and IE
- Restarting my computer. Logging out, then back in.
- Stopping all waiting downloads and just clicking that 1
- Turning off Firewall and anti-virus, both at same time (yikes)

If your machine does not meet the tech specs for an application, the application will not be listed/offered in the manager. In this case Premiere Pro CC is a 64-bit application and your machine is 32-bit.
