I have try uninstall all the driver and all this software and reinstall it, but still give this error.
Other then this it work fine when play games.

I had both my Creative console Luncher and Creative audio control panel uninstall (not the x-fi dri've cos it was working) reboot, run registry cleaner and reboot, and install the Creative Console Luncher and it working now...
But have not try reinstall the Audio Control panel i think i should work also.

Hey all, I was just wondering if any of you had the same problem out there. For some reasons all of the sudden, both Audio Console and Creative Console Launcher aren't showing any speaker settings or CMSS-3D at all, as if they were removed from them completely. When i run THX Console it crashes... Is there a way to fix this issue? This is all in Windows Vista 32bit. I'm Using:

  • How to connect a APExpress to a digital audio console

I have a Yamaha M7CL digital audio console that has an Ethernet connection. I want to control the desk wirelessly using the APExpress. I know how to do it with a Linksys or Netgear router. With those I need to plucg into one of the 4 LAN ports. Not the WAN. And it works great. Since the APEx has only one port (LAN or WAN?) How can I make it work. The console has Network settings that can be changed but I think my issue is that the port on the APE is looking for internet. I'm not interested in using this set up to surf the web I only trying to connect the 2 and wirelessly connect with my laptop. With all the different settings I have no idea where to begin. Can anyone give me a clue. Thanks.

Hello steviee7. Welcome to the Apple Discussions!
In order for the AirPort Express Base Station's (AX) Ethernet port to perform as a "LAN" port so that the Yamaha can access the network/Internet, it would need to be reconfigured as one of the following:
For both the 802.11b/g and 802.11n versions of the AX:
o As as relay or remote base station in a Wireless Distribution System (WDS).
    For the 802.11n version only:
o As an extender of a wireless network created by another 802.11n AirPort or Time Capsule.
o As a wireless Ethernet bridge (ProxySTA).

  • X-fi Xtrememusic doesn't have the bottoms of DD and DTS in the audio console

    Hellow every body!....
I have a little problem with the Creative X-fi Xtrememusic OEM that I bought...:
) The issue is that when the card is instaled withthe drivers, I notice that the windows detect the sound card as a X-fi audio, and not with the name of x-fi xtreme music.... this is normal? all the x-fi are detected as a x-fi audio?... Because this card that I have, is the xtrememusic sure.... because the audio is blue and its diferent like the sound card that I have...
    2) Thats is the light problem.... Now the heavy xD: After installed the sound card I notice that in the audio console there is NO bottoms of the options "DD and DTS"... this sections are missing...
I try to uninstall the cd drivers... download the last drivers of this page... and when the last drivers are installed... there is no audio console and nothing.... only the driver and a old audio console... (not the with moder audio console that shows up in the current x-fi)
    - Know I format my PC and I installed all again.... and the same problems shows up...
I have the windows xp ue v7....
Any how can help me? I don't know what to do... I try anything and nothing works...

when did you purchase this xtrememusic? if I don't remember wrongly.... the newer refresh doesn't have dd and dts decoding anymore and have to use the included powerdvd to do it. only the older refresh of xtrememusic include dd/dts decoding via creative driver. furthermore yours is an oem version....it may also have different function/feature. you can try searching the CD and see if there is any folder by the name of "PDVD" or something?with?"dvd",?can't?really?remember?the?ex act?name... if?the?CD?you?have?have?this?folder,?then?you?won' t?have?the?ddd/dts?function?in?the?audio?console.

    Please help.

    Hi,
Did you by chance restore an older version of the DPMDB or rebuild the DPM Server ?
Run the below Query in SQL Server management studio and see if they match.
    use msdb
    select * from syscategories
    where category_id = 100
    or name like '%dpm%'
use DPMDB --verify DPM database name and change accordingly
    select * from dbo.tbl_DLS_GlobalSetting
    where PropertyName = 'DPMcategory'

  • X-Fi XtremeMusic installation, Audio Console probl

Shortly after learning I'd been fooled into buying a rebranded Audigy card instead of a real X-Fi, I picked up an X-Fi XtremeMusic online. Immediately after installing it the problems hit me from every direction. The PCI slot I had installed it in absolutely refused to recognize it - and this was the exact same slot my previous "Xtreme Audio" had occupied! Regardless, I switched up the PCI slot after reading dozens of forum posts both here and elsewhere and found that my card was immediately seen by the system... or so I thought. When I tried again to install the software, I was hit with the exact same error message as before "Setup is unable to detect a supported device on your system." Back again to the forums. After learning more, I wondered if it would be a driver issue, and found the Web Update 4. I installed this, and lo and behold I got sound and an incredibly basic version of the Audio Console. No nice graphics (think Win98 style), no graphic equalizer, just a series of mundane, and to be honest, quite useless tabs like something straight out of the system device manager. I thought I might be able to get back the Audio Console like I had with the NotX-Fi I was running before by attempting to use the installation disc again, and I was hit with the Exact. Same. Error.
How is it possible for me to have the surround sound and other features from my card without being able to complete an installation from the disc? How is my system not aware of the X-Fi when I'm clearly getting good sound out of it's Lastly, does anyone know if I can get the -real- version of the X-Fi XtremeMusic Audio Console instead of the pitiful tab based garbage I'm stuck with at the moment? Thanks in advance.

I am having a similar problem, I replaced my audigy 2 platinum card with the xfi extrememusic but now I try to open "audio console" but get a message stating audio device supported by this application is not detected. Any ideas on a fix? System specs follow

  • X-Fi Audio Console won't save chan

shame on me for buying an immature Creative product, but i got the XtremeMusic edition of this card. While it sounds amaizing the software continues Creative Lab's outstanding tradition of being buggy and horrible. I could probably get by without returning this product but....
the audio console does not retain my settings when i reboot.
am i the only one suffering this problem? as every time the PC restarts it defaults all the audio console settings.
I did download and install the SBXF_PCDRV_LB_2_07_0004.exe update from the support page.
    thx in advance
*ps, the bold is not intended to be shouting, but to assist all those speed readers out there

Mine hasn't been resetting....so far. I know mines a Fatalty but sw wise it should be same for all the cards. The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with option for syncing with control panel. I have that option unchecked in the creative mixer speakers tab. Maybe try disabling it if its currently enabled and see if that stops the resetting. No idea if it will help but thats the only thing I can think of, can't hurt to at least give it a shot.
    Hope it helps

My system is on for like 22day now and it's working fine until today.

When i check system info---> Conflicts/Sharing, the Memory Address is the same/share by PCI standard PCI to PCI bridge and X-fi.
Is there something i could do about that? will that cause a problem?Message Edited by snakebite2 on 05-0-2006 02:40 PM

  • X-Fi 2.11: Audio Console still doesn't wo

The audio console still doesn't work for me in the new version of the drivers. I get sound no problem, but when I try to open the Creative Audio Console I get the following error:
"The audio device supported by this application is not detected. The application will now exit."
I have a X-Fi FPS...does the Audio Console not support this line of X-Fi's? I noticed on the driver download page that the FPS was curiously missing from the list of X-Fi cards that you could choose from. Is Creative dropping support for the X-Fi FPS?

Ok...nevermind...after a driver roll-back and a few Blue Screens of Death later, I finally got the console to work...this is the first time I have got it to work ever with any of the drivers.

I have tried to reinstall the console and recreated the Users profile but the problem still persists.  This affects all users that use the machine.  On other machines they are able operate just fine.  Any Ideas on what could be causing this?

Maybe not enough RAM on the box?
I would also clear the cache on the box which may help
Open the Operations console with the /clearcache parameter.

    Hi
Is it only when 1 certain backup runs that the job fails?
What Update level are you one on DPM?

  • No Dolby/DTS decoder tab in audio console after installing new driv

Using X-Fi Elite Pro and Vista 64-bit /w new 2.8.0004 drivers. Notes in the lastest driver says that Dolby/DTS encoding is enabled for Vista, but I'm not seeing the decoder tab like other people have. Can I still decode with my soundcard using method 2 in this thread

I don't have decoder tab with X-Fi XtremeMusic either in Vista x64. Is that normal And what does that "Dolby Digital and DTS decode re-established for sound cards that included decoding in their Windows XP drivers" feature introduced with latest X-Fi drivers mean if there's no decoder options at all
I have the X-Fi XtremeMusic soundcard and Vista Ultimate x64 SP, I get the decoder tab in both creative audio console and Creative Console Launcher (All modes). In order to get the Dolby Digital and DTS decoder tab in both creative audio console and Creative Console Launcher (Entertainment mode, game mode, ect) you have to install the following. Later, you can buy the Dolby Digital Li've as a add on.
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi series Driver 2.8.0004 and Creative Console Launcher 2.60.29

  • Console crashes immediately after opening

Console crashes every time I open it. I've tried various suggestions that I have found on the forums here. I've deleted the console plist, started up in safe mode, run repair file permissions and repair disk, all to no avail.
I logged on to another user account and found that console appeared to run normally while in that account, but I can't get it to work in my own account, which is the administrator account.
The only remedy I can think of now is to create a new administrator account and delete the old one. Is this likely to work after I copy over all my files? Has anyone got a better idea?

It is likely to work, until/if you move a certain pref file over.
You might try opening some logs in the new account to find out the problem... system log or crash logs.

  • SCSM 2012 R2 UR5 Console Crashes When Viewing Business Service Components

I have an issue where a business service which has been synced from SCOM 2012 R2 into the CMDB I am unable to view the service components without the console crashing. This is occurring on all business services with service components present.
    The error message reported is:

Microsoft.Enterprise.Management.Common.InvalidCriteriaException: The criteria used for the query has a character or keyword that is not valid
    Has anyone seen this before?

Our server has been upgraded to UR5, as well as most consoles. Each of them, including the one that is available on the Management Server, crashes when performing the above task.
We installed the console + UR4 on a VM and the problem doesn't happen.
On ALL affected consoles, each crash is recorded with this message in the OperationsManager log:

  • Remote console crashes when I move workstations between PGs

    Hello,
I have an SCDPM 2012 R2 UR2 server (4.2.1235.0). I manage it remotely using DPM console installed at my workstation. We use client protection to protect files from some of users workstations. When I move a client between two client protection groups, my
