Audio delay after rendering

Hello,
I'm a YouTuber from Poland who puts on my channel movies (named commonly gameplays) from variety of games. I rendered about 250 gameplays using Premiere Pro CS5.5 and CS6. Except for the raw video from the game, I also render my gameplays adding the video from internet camera and sound of my voice from TeamSpeak (material from the game, camera and teamspeak are recorded separately).
Recently I encountered a very wierd problem with my Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 - audio from the game is delayed after rendering movie. My voice is rendered as it should be with no delays.
Everything was fine earlier, I had no problems! And I haven't changed (consciously) anything at all im my Premiere Pro CS6 settings nor in my hardware. What is more important, when I render only half of the sequence or some part, audio is okey and there are no delays - therefore this excludes a hypothesis about beeing something wrong with my recording settings. It seems that is happening only when I render video from the beginning...
It may be important to say, that normally I record all videos with MSI Afterburner but recently I installed FRAPS on my computer. And than this problem came out. I have no idea how that may be related but it's just an observation. After instaling FRAPS I had another problem with memory paging file - games were closed when I recorded with MSI Afterburner due to insufficient virtual memory. Never had this problem either. I uninstalled FRAPS, reinstalled MSI, installed FRAPS again and now I don't have that problem. Another weird thing going on...
Edit
When I close Premiere Pro CS6 I receive a message that Adobe Media Core CS6 stopped working... may it be related?

Tammy,
If we've dropped a bit of time for this part of the edit, you now have time for more fun aspects of it.
While I will casually monitor my Meters, I spend much more time with a good set of noise-canceling headphones, listening critically. The Meters are basically to point up potential issues. With Audio, if you have not invested in a really good set of headphones, do yourself a big favor, and sneak 'em into the budget.
Glad that you got things toned down.
Now, let's go on to Lesson 02 - The Audio Mixer. Unlike adding Keyframes to a Clip, when your cutting is done, you can apply Track Keyframes to attenuate (also Pan, etc.) you Audio Tracks to suit. One would just change the Send in that Track to Write, or Touch, and "ride the gain" with the slider, as is required. I probably do most of my Audio editing there, than addressing the individual Clips. First thing that I have done is cut back a bit on the frequency of the Track Keyframes in Edit>Preferences, as I find the default to add too many (and you can go in and adjust these by hand, if you need to "smooth" things out a bit.). One caution: do this when you are satisfied with the cuts, Clip placement, etc., as these Keyframes are applied to the Track. If you were to remove a Clip, and replace it, those Keyframes would apply to that new Clip, whether you want them to, or not. This trips some folk up, if they do the Audio Mixer thing too soon in the editing. Wait until you are "in love" with your Timeline otherwise. It's like scoring a Project. One does that as about the very last step, or much work will be repeated, and that is not fun.
Good luck,
Hunt

  • 1-2 Second Audio Delay after installing windows 7

I installed windows 7 on monday but whenever i do anything that has audio it is always delayed by -2 seconds.
For example when playing Dragon Age Origins an npc's mouth moves then a second latter the audio finally comes.
When listening to music it isnot that noticable since it is just audio but when i pause or stop it the audio continues for -2 seconds.
When watching videos on Hulu it is the same as games where the voice comes about -2 seconds after the person's mouth moves.
I have everything up to date via the auto updater and checked on here to verify the correct drivers are installed and they are indeed the latest.
Everything worked fine when i had vista but this issue may not be big to some but since i am a big very gamer this is a major problem and if not fixed soon i will remove the card and use the crappy onboard sound.
Any help fixin this issue would be greatly apreciated.
Edit: Forgot to mention that i use the creative sound blaster x-fi titanium card
Edit: I managed to fix it by deleteing EVERYTHING Creative and using ONLY the newest driver from the site, however doing this pretty much makes my card nothing more than a fancy onboard sound card since it doesn't have any of it's features.
The updater doesn't detect my card and when it does and i install anything from the list i get this audio delay issue.

  • Audio problem after rendering!

Hi everyone! I am having a problem with sound in my project after rendering. I am using Adobe Premiere CS2 , and in Audio track 1, I have someone speaking, and in track 2 I have backround music. When I play it back in the window, together it sounds perfect. After rendering, the voice becomes very crackly and distorted. I have tried rendering just the voice without the backround music, and it sounds perfect. It seems the addition of backround music is causing the distortion to the other track. I have tried rendering the backround music seperately and adding it in, but still the problem persists. I adjust the music so that when the kids are talking, the music dips down, and when they are not, I leave it at it's normal level. HELP..I am losing my grip on this one! Thanks so much....Tammy

  • Audio skips after rendering

Does anyone know how to correct audio that skips after rendering? The video is fine and the audio matches up to the video but the audio skips as though it is going in and out. The movie is about 2 hours long and the first few clips were fine but now it is becoming a problem. I rendered both the video and audio at the same time then I went back and rendered only.....mixdown to see if I could get it to work......no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Audio stopped after rendering

After I render my project when it went to play back the sound had gone, you can still see the audio levels and you can here the sound if you watch the clips in the import section but there is no sound on the actual project. I have checked that it is not muted. And it can't need rendering because I just did that. Any idea how to get the sound back?
    Please help!
    Thank you

    Hi Jessrosem123,
    Welcome to Adobe Forums.
If the audio is there in the project bin and not on the timeline.
Right click on the audio portion on the timeline and click on audio channels and
check if the left and right channels are configured properly. If this does not help right click on the
timeline and choose replace with clip from project bin/source monitor( Provided the duration of the
clip in the project bin and source monitor is the same).
    Thanks

  • Audio shift after rendered

    Dear All,
I am trying to mix together three different audio tracks from a musical production. I can sync the three tracks up without problem so that they play as one during preview, but one of the tracks drops the whole beginning section after it is rendered for added effects and then is in sync again toward the end of the section...about one hour total segment. I have done this a hundred times before with other multi track sequences and never had this happen before! Should I just scrap those audio render files and start over? Any idea of why this happened? Thanks much!

  • Bluetooth Headphones Audio Delayed after Updating to Yosemite

Ever since I upgraded to OS X Yosemite my Bluetooth headphones have started having pretty drastic delays on my iMac.  When I first start up the computer it seems normal, but after a half an hour or so, I have more than a 2 second delay.
I googled it and found that lots of people have this problem, but I haven't found any fixes.  Is there anything I can do??

I Just got an update on my bug report from Apple yesterday. They think they've fixed the bug in the next release 10.10.8.2.
Hopefully this does the trick and it's just a matter of time Before we all get the update.
I Havent been able to confirm the fix, but it's something!

  • No audio output after rendering video in Premiere Pro CS5.5

I have a pretty simple video with 2 audio tracks -- 1 from the GoPro video, the other is a song. Everything plays fine while editing -- but when I export the video, the audio disappears. Is this a bug or are my settings buggered up? See audio settings below:
And here are the video settings:

OK - I tried AME. I imported the PRPro proejct - managed all the settings, pressed "start" and let it sit. Nothing happened -- it stalled and never rendered a single frame. I know, different issue than before.
Back to the previous problem: I am posting my project window for you to check out. I re-rendered it, and same problem.

  • Audio Delay After Random Quiz Slide

    Captivate PC Ver 7.0.0.118
I have text-to-speech audio narration on every slide which begins at .5 seconds. I have a random quiz question on slide X. On slide X+1, the audio narration takes a considerable amount of time to begin playing, upwards of 15 seconds when it should start at .5s.
I've tested many things. Ultimately removing the random quiz slide fixes the problem, but that is not an option. Moving the quiz slide backward or forward makes the problem consistent in which the audio is delayed on any slide which directly follows the quiz.
I've always set up my courses with intermittent quizzes for user engagement and have rarely encountered this issue to which I cannot find a cure. Any help would be awesome.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
Based on our experiences, we have encountered similar behavior.
Because RDP was oroginally designed to flush the video frame buffer to the client about once every 100 milliseconds.  While this is fine for most Windows GDI applications, graphic intensive applications, 3D applications and applications requiring
audio / video synchronization don’t fare so well.  With respect to streaming media in particular, RDP is only meant to cache the bitmap files (compressed) not the audio which is uncompressed over the wire.
    Quoted from this blog below:
Terminal Services and Graphically Intensive Applications
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/askperf/archive/2009/04/17/terminal-services-and-graphically-intensive-applications.aspx
In addition, there are also a few suggestions within the blog which could improve RDP session performance such as update drivers, increase network bandwidth and frame rate on the client side.
    Best Regards,
    Amy

I had been working on the project for a few days. It is mostly pix and a couple videos. It has several scrolling text segments. Everything was going fine, then after a rendering a large scrolling text it started. It appears that it skips 12 frames each time as I'm  playing back.

  • I have no audio when I ram preview or after rendering in CS5.5

I have read all the solutions in other threads but with no avail, I'm still stuck with no audio. I had no problem like this before in CS3 and I'm currently using/learning CS5.5. I've had no audio at all. However, I can hear audio when I click on the layer that has my mp3 file on their by pressing 0 on the number keypad. But when I go on my main comp I can't hear any audio whatsoever when I press the space bar or when I press the RAM preview button. There is no audio even after I render it and yes, I did click on the audio check box in the audio module that has the lossless link to make sure it is on.

    The flaw is here:
    my mp3 file
Convert it to a WAV or AIFF. Nobody knows what can hapopen with MP3 and AE sucks at using those files even today.

  • Losing audio after rendering .dv files

Hey guys, I have a batch of .dv files I'm working with. After placing a video file on a sequence, it forces me to render before I can hear audio.
After the render, I get about 10 minutes of audio, then audio completely cuts off. This happens to every .dv file I have. I'm pretty much at a loss on what to do (maybe convert the .dv to .mov quicktime files?).
    Thanks in advance!

I don't know what's up with the audio, but .DV files aren't something FCP likes. Convert them to QT in Compressor or QT Pro or maybe even iMovie if that's where they're coming from. Then make sure you're using them in a sequence with their native settings (presumably NTSC DV) and you won't have to render any more.
Hopefully the audio quirk will go away as well.

  • Audio loses sync after rendering

Imported clips from FCP capture scratch. Adjusted length of clips with motion. It plays fine when reviewing work but after rendering, about 7 seconds into the piece, the snyc is non existent. What have I done wrong?
    Pb 17 inch 1.5 ghrz processor, 2 gigs ram, MBP 17,2.33ghrz 2 gigs of ram   Mac OS X (10.4.9)   30 GB IPOD FC Suite, QT7, 3 LaCie extreme 200, 250 & 300,

yeah, I went back, trashed the original, captured everything in a sequence from FCP sent it to motion, added other effects and it worked fine. Some things you can do, some things you can't. Seems as though motion really did not like me importing the clips as quicktime, then modifying the duration in motion. Extra step still don't have a clue as to why I did it that way except the clock did read 4am! Hmmm....could be the answer.

Willy, the procdedure you describe works perfectly for AppleTV G1. In fact, I frequently play DTS music discs ripped to my iTunes library as Apple Lossless (ALAC) and synched to the ATV. What happens is that, as far as iTunes and the ATV are concerned, a conventional stereo 16/44 audio file is being played; however my reciever detects the DTS data stream, and instead of outputting static, it decodes the 5.1 channels correctly. This process parallels the way DTS discs were designed to be played back: a conventional CD player is connceted, via digital out, to a DTS-aware reciever/pre-amp and the two channels of static are recognized as 6 channels of DTS-encoded audio.
However this process will only work if the player (CD, ATV, PC, etc.) sends a "bit-perfect" 16 bit/44.1 khz data stream to the decoding device. In the case of ATV G2 and G3, as has been discussed elsewhere, the unit resmaples all audio - including 16/44 PCM (Redbook CD)  - to 16/48. While this is not a big deal for conventional audio CDs, MP3s, and AAC files, it mangles the fragile DTS datastream and renders it undecodable. The resulting static that you hear is just like the static you would hear if you played a DTS CD on a non-DTS capable system.
Sadly, I'm not aware of any easy way around this. You could use a program like Foobar (and the DTS plugin) to convert your DTS CDs to 6-ch .wav or .flac file. From there you could transcode the file to AC-3 and then mux it into a video container that ATV supports. You may need add a dummy video track, for iTunes/AppleTV to be ok with the file, though I'm not sure. This may be a lot of work.
Sorry for the bad news. I wish that the iTunes/ATV ecosystem had better multi-channel audio support.

  • Sound problems after rendering

    Hi,
Being that I have Premiere Pro 7.0, I am not too sure how  much help I will get, but i was hoping that someone here could still  help if all possible. Here is my problem. I thought I start practicing  developing video lessons for 3d software. These lessons would be created  using a screen captureing program, called camStudio. In my first  lesson, my first try doing the entire lesson as one video, I found out  that the video file size exceeded CamStudio's exporter file size  allowance when trying to save out to Microsoft DV 1 AVI file. I then  decided to split the lesson into 2, but final compose it as one video in  Premiere Pro 7.0. Since the lesson was broken up into 2 screen captured  videos, I thought it would make things easier if each screen captured  video was in its own simulation. So, in other words,  I have created 2  simulations in one project, and then I had nested both of them into the  3rd simulation. For example, simulation 1 was called lesson1 part a, and  simulation 2 was named lesson1 part b, and the third simulation was  called lesson1. Once I had everything setup, at first everything was  working fine, meaing I could see the video and hear the sound tracks.  However, after I choose to render the sequence using Microsoft DV11 AVI,  I do not get any sound, and yet I made sure that the exporter exports  both the video and audio. Furthermore, after rendering the project,  going back to Premiere Pro's project, and pressing play, I get the  error.... Disk Write Error: Verify drive connection, available disk  space and disk  access privileges
However, when I go inside  simulation 1 or simulation 2, I still hear their sound tracks. One other  thing I have noticed is that I get the sound back in the project if I  move the orginal simulations into a new simulation. By doing that, I am  then able to recover the project,. but if I choose to render again, the  same process happens all over again.
    Does anyone Have  any ideas?
    My Specs
    Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0
    Windows  XP SP3
    CPU 3.0GHz processor
    RAM 512MB

so are you saying that the problem could be comming from how I did my recording with CamStudio? Not to change the subject, but you see, I am kind of lost. My goal is to provide some free video lessons. I was thinking my final encoded videos will be in DivX or XVid. CamStudio does offer users to compress to thise types of format. Howeveer, due to owning a very cheap microphone, those kinds that sit on your desktop, is causing me to have the biggest problem, since there is a good amount of background hissing noise in my recordings. So, I have been using both CamStudio for the screen capturing and Audacity to do the voice recording. Then in Audacity, I try my best of tuning up the voice and removing the background hissing noise. Once that is finished, I then need some sort of video editing software that allows me to put the video and my voice recodring together as well as splicing areas of the lesson where I stutter or slurr my speach a bit, which can be easily fixed in Adobe Premire Pro. However,  my version of Premiere does not offer XVid or DivX encoding. I was thinking of using VirtualDub, but I really do not want to have 5 programs, just so that I can fix all of my problems, not to mention I have no $$$$ left. So is there a free better way?
