Audio that was in sync is now out of sync

In CS5.5: I had an avi file that had audio and video that were completely synchronized. I had to uninstall and then reinstall premiere because of another issue which the reinstall corrected. However, when I went to open the project that was completely unchanged, the same avi file that had not been altered in any way had audio that was completely messed up. It was not only out of sync but the sound would jump around out of order. The original file is completely normal. Can anyone offer me an explanation/ solution to this issue?

Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below

Once you know exactly what it is you are editing, report back with that information... and your project setting, and if there is a red line
above the video in the timeline, which indicates a mismatch between video and project

Whether you can re-download music depends upon what country that you are in (and whether it remains in the store). If you don't have a Music section in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for re-downloading it, then do you not have you library on your computer's iTunes or on your backup of your downloads ? If not then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download

Computer that was originally synced with Apple TV has crashed

the computer that was originally synced with apple tv has crashed, but the photos and music that was loaded, i don't want to lose them. Is there a way to recover it to my other computer or its just stuck on apple tv until deleted.

There is no option of getting content off the AppleTV, it is not a back up storage device. Sorry.
Since you did not make backups, only real option is to void your warranty and open the ATV, remove drive, connect to computer, copy off.
As for only two tabs, it is because you have setup your new computer (drive) as a steaming computer not a computer to sync with. If you change to make it a syncing computer (like you use to have) the ATV will erase all content right then as you can only sync with ONE computer and it is looking for your old one.

Hey, so I was actively working on a note when I accidentally deleted it. I hadn't synced my Ipod to my computer or had my phone turned off so that it could sync to ICloud between when I did all the work lost on the note and when I deleted it. How do I get it back for free? I downloaded a program that found the deleted note easy enough but then wanted me to pay $99 for their program to get it. There has to be a way to get it for free.

Firefox 4.0 has a combined Reload, Stop, & Go button that appears at the right end of the location bar. Only one function is ever active at any one time, so combining them save UI space was a good idea. I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue.

New music will not sync to my iPhone 4, and music that was previously synced but was added to library through a CD will not play and has a red square and is grayed out.

I use iTunes on my family iMac, my iTunes, I believe, one update below the current software any my iPhone is on iOS 7.0.3. Music purchased through iTunes syncs correctly and will play properly. Songs that I have obtained through CD's, however, are now grayed out and have a red square with a circle around it. When I click on the song, it will cycle through my library until it can play a song. iTunes will also not restore songs that I have removed from my iPhone but are in the cloud. Is there any possible way to fix this issue? Everything has been working fine until iOS 7 and the new version of iTunes. Thank you for your time!

I am so relieved to hear that I am not the only one experiencing this! However, I am sorry to hear you are going through this as well. Lucky for me I am upgrading to a 5s which will be sent to me on Wednesday. Import files from shuffle that was previously synced with other library?

My shuffle was synced with laptop#1. Unfortunately, laptop#1's system became corrupted and the hard disk had to be reformatted. In the meanwhile, I would like transfer the files from my shuffle to laptop#2.
Is it possible to retrieve files bi-directionally from a shuffle? I need to get the files that are currently stored on my shuffle and only my shuffle.
