Audition says that my file is mono channel, but it's not.
Notice that i know nothing about Adobe Audition (only that it's an audio editor).
So, my problem is that when i import an audio file (M4A format), Audition says it's an mono channel file (which it's not).
I also noticed that the razor tool and other tools are greyed and i can't use them.
Does it have something to do with the audio format?
If no, then what?

Your best corse of action would be to either email apple support or ring them giving them your debit I'd and the order number where they will be able to look at what's wrong and set u going on the right track

My iPhoto will not quit/close as it keeps saying that it's "importing" photos however, there isn't anything connected to the laptop that it would be importing photos from. How can I "force" the program to shut down? Due to it not closing, it wont permit me to turn the computer off.

IPOD touch says that it is connected to wireless but it will not let me on the internet

My ipod touch is acting up. The screen says that it is connected to to the wireless and it has a signal but when I open the Safari(Internet) app it will not open and will only open to google. My regular internet is working fine. Can any of you help me? Have you tried signing out and then signing back into your account on the iPad? Settings>Store>Apple ID>Sign Out. Restart the iPad and then sign in to your account again and then see if the movie will sync.
Another thing that you can try is transfer purchases from your iPad to the iTunes library and then try to sync.
I realize that you want to sync a movie from iTunes on your computer to the iPad, but I am just trying to think of a way to "reset" your iTunes account and get everything back in order again.
You tried restarting the iPad and resetting it as well? Quitting iTunes, restart your computer and then try again?
One other thing that is really a long shot but you can try it - and it works for third party apps that are crashing - download an app - any free app - that is supposed to reset some security issue in your iTunes account and maybe that would work in this case. -

My iPhoto will not open. I get a system popup saying "iPhoto is being updated. iPhoto cannot be opened while it is being updated".
I have checked and it is not being updated and I have restarted the Mac.

To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2. Download it from the App Store to reinstall It's on your Purchases List* there.
For older versions that have been installed from Disk you'll need these additional steps:
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 or later they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
*Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always. -
AirPort says that it's extending my network, but it's not
I have a new AirPort Express 802.11n that is connected to my fiber-optic downstairs, and I'm trying to use an older 802.11g upstairs (literally right above it) to extend the range of my network to the otherside of the house. The problem I'm encountering is that the older AirPort connects to the wireless network fine, and gives a green light, but my signal strength is completely unchanged depsite "extending" my network. Does anyone know what the cause of this might be or a possible work around? Thanks.

That....is the problem.
The older Express does not have an "extend" setting and as such, it was configured to "join" the wireless network. It provides no additional wireless coverage in this setting.
You will need a newer "n" version of the Express if you want to "extend" your current network. -
My husband has an SD card he uses for his trail camera. We put it in our mac book pro and can look at the pictures but when I go to move them to the trash it tells me that the files can't be moved to the trash because they cant be deleted. I have Nikon camera software on my mac and it pics up and asks if you want to import the pics and if you want them deleted from the devices afterwards. I tried that but I get a message afterwards that says that some files were not able to be deleted. When I go to check, none of them were deleted. How can I clean of the SD Card? I do have a camera I could stick it in, it would just be nice to know how to do it from my mac. Also, the files are jpg. if that matters.
AFAIK cameras offer their own built-in format utility for inserted SD cards. You should use that. Otherwise, refer to the manual that came with your camera to determine precisely how your SD cards need to be formatted to work properly. Personally, I'd suggest Partition Scheme: MBR, and Filesystem: FAT32.
Try to limit the number of formats you perform on the SD cards, though, as you're reducing their lifespan. I believe formatting causes re-writes to a portion of the SD card that has fewer read/write cycles than the rest of the card as a whole. -

Your redemption code was used to acquire an activation code. The activation code is what you need to use when you want to reinstall/enable the software again. Check your Adobe account online to see if the number(s) can be found there.

Whenever I click on the Itunes icon, a window pops up saying that `The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes`. I then click ok and the pop up vanishes. Any ideas as to what I should do?
What version of iTunes are you using? An .itl file is something that Windows uses, or very old versions of iTunes on Mac. The library file on Macs is now .xml and has been since late iTunes 4.
Is iTunes running ok without any problems after you OK that message? If it is, then you may be able to ignore it if you can't account for why you're getting it. But make sure you take backups in case something happens in the future. -
The file to download the app for Android is not working from my phone--it says that the file isn't there. However it does see the one for the Iphone (even though it can't use it). I've tried it multiple times and continue to get the same message: "NOT FOUND The requested item could not be found". I also tried through the Market application on the phone but ended-up with the same result.
I'm very computer literate and am pretty sure the problem is on your end. Even on some supported devices, a bug in the Market software prevents Firefox from showing up. This may be related to the fairly recent Android Market app update. I can't open the psd file I did yesterday! It says that the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop. I worked in a CS6 version but also tried opening in a CC but nothing happens. Help

I was working in my school's mac but running windows, and the file was being saved in the school's network not on the computer. I thought it had been saved and I also copy and pasted the file in my hard drive to guarantee a copy but none of the are opening.

Copy the CLOSED file from your server to your local hard disk, work on it, save it again to your local hard disk, close it, and copy the closed file back to the server.

Letter-Spacing is different if I open my file at another Mac of us (Value is at both mac 0, but the text is longor), and if I cklick into the text-box, Illustrator says that the file was made in an other Version of Illustrator. We have on all macs the same system, os 10.8.3, cs6 and UTC4. And of course we`re using exactly the same font....
