AUSST stucks downloading at 178 out of 1180 items.

I set up a new webserver ILS on a Windows Server 2012 R2.
I wanted to download the Adobe Updates with AUSST, started a fresh Synchronisation multiple times, reseted the Server, there seems to be no issues with downloading at all, but AUSST fresh Synchronisation as well as incremental Sync do not want to proceed any further then the already mentioned 178 items / 2,3 GB file size.
Could you provide me with any ideas, which issues could cause such a Problem?

**** you got to be kidding me... Are you sure? Not possible that the software is not yet on the macbooks in Indonesia?
This is a printscreen of my mac info and mac info of friend who bought it in Belgium
So if this is right and they sold me an "old" macbook. Is there no way to get the messanger on my Macbook?

I am using SCCM 2007 software update for my site. I created a deployment for windows XP patches and it applied successfully on the collection. But now i am seeing in Enforcement states for a deployment, Clients are stuck "downloaded Update(s)" stage,

Kindly stop trying to bump your post by entering information that doesn't help anyone. On the client side what does it look like. Does the patch say failed when it installs? Do the client even see anything. You can stop the Windows
Update service. Delete the software distribution folder and restart it and it should recreate the folder and attempt to download the patches again and install. Remember the community is here to help when possible. By your posts I assume this
is an emergency so you might want to contact CSS, searching the internet or find a private consultant that could help you faster than we could. Sometimes there just isn't enough information for us to fix a problem. I have seen this problem
every month and every month a machine has a different problem as to why the error occurs. It could be
Previous required patch is broken
Windows update is messed up
WMI issue
Patch downloaded is corrupt. Delete the cache folder and see if the client will retry
Machine simply needs a reboot and it will complete whatever it is doing, retry and install
Client needs to be repair
Take a step back from the problem and write down some problems/solutions so you can track what you are doing and so you can find a direction.

If it says your billing info is wrong that means that your credit card issuer is refusing to approve your account. You will have to solve the problem with your bank or credit card company.

I can't download update 5.0.1 and have disabled all security measures and the download still times out shortly after beginning the download. All other downloads are successful so I know the problem is not in the computer. Can anyone help?

i can take pictures off my phone but thats it, i have some nice programs for pictures and art work and cant get them back on my phone to send them to friends and family. If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Go into settings and see if you have Mute System Sounds checked or Lock Screen Orientation checked for the button just above the colume control on the right hand side of your iPad. If you have Screen Orentation checked, just move the button and your screen should rotate again. If you have Mute System Sounds, go to your home screen and then double tap your home button. The most recently used apps will appear. WIth your finger swipe those apps to the right and on the far left will be an icon for screen orientation. Touch it to turn it on again, and your screen should again rotate.

I’m assuming this a good fit, being that Apple endorses this extension on their site. Does this mean i can download it w/out having to worry about any conflicts?,.. that its coming from a safe source, etc? Does it have any downsides? Is it easy to install?, ..or uninstall if i dont like it?

I dont really understand~ When i open my Flash Player pane, click on Advanced tab, the heading "Updates" reads~ "Not updating may leave this computer vulnerable to security threats." The reason for my concern is that Adobe no longer offers FP updates for my OS [10.5.8],not even archived. So my original question probably should have read~ When visiting a web site does Flash automatically load onto safari. If so, can using Click to Flash;... and NOT clicking to flash, prevent Flash from loading, and possibly carrying a "security threat" [virus?], into Safari or my Mac? Mail is stuck downloading 22/120. I cannot get or see any new mail. I have deleted messages on my web account AND reset the account but it is still stuck. It has been happening since a new Mail system was foisted on me this morning. Any ideas?

This happens to all the time and this is what I normally do. (Press and hold the pwer button until the computer shuts down) but, this doesn't seem to answer the real issue. Its just like you cut of the power to shut it down.
