You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

  • HT201363 Apple ID needs questions I never answered

So I purchased an iPhone 5s recently, but when I tried to buy music from the iTunes Store, it says it needs my security questions because it is my first purchase. The only problem is these are questions I never set up. For example, I have no idea in what city my parents met, and I've never owned a car. I can't find a way to solve this because, evidently, I didn't set up a rescue email, and when I tried to create one it told me i needed to answer my security questions. Can anyone help me get out of this? I don't want to have wasted $25.

    Hi there Tee raider,
You may find the information in the article below helpful.
Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5312
If you decide not to provide a rescue email address, you can't reset your security questions and answers yourself later in the event you can't remember the answers to your questions. You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset.

  • HT2731 Why does itunes keep asking me security questions I never answered while setting up my account and what should I do?

ITunes won't let me purchase apps because it contiues to ask me security questions that I never setup.  For example, I set up the following:
Name of my best friend in High School?
It keeps asking me about my first pets name and my favorite book as a child.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

My daughter's itouch (registered to my apple account) is asking for answers to security questions that I never answered and it won't let her buy anything from the iTunes store.  I tried a hard reset to original settings but it still asks for answers.  How do I reset the security questions or get rid of them appearing altogether?  I can purchase apps on my phone (same apple account) and it doesn't ask me for security questions.
