Authorization change price and qty for approval

Hello all,
please help me..
i have scenario
Person A ( Requester ) : Create Shopping Cart
Person B ( Manager ) : Approved
Person C ( Director ) : Approved , but this person have to change qty and price.
In SRM, when Director approved , he also can change qty and price. is it possibe ? instead the shopping cart goes to requester.

Once PO is goods receipted and invoiced, it becomes statistical, which permits you to change the fields like price and quantity.

Validation at "Save and Send for approval" in Create Expense Report

Hello gurus,
I have an issue where in at Create Expense report we have two options:
1. Save
2. Save and Send for Approval.
When this trip is SAVED and SEND FOR APPROVAL the validation should trigger and error message should appear if expense type XXXX is used in any of the line item of the trip.
I have been told that this can be done by user exit at the backend level. But, at the frontend we will have to make some changes as well.
I know WD JAVA, but a little short on knowledge in WD ABAP.
Could you please help me by telling me as to how to do a validation in this scenario or even if its necessary to do it ?? I mean, is it possible that the backend validation will hold true if someone will create a expense report from the frontend as well ??

Thanks, this solved my problem. Network kept demanding username; I guess it's different from the computer ID I use. Whatever, it wasn't easy to find the network listed, but by trial and error, I found it, highlighted it, and pressed delete key. Now the network only asks for password, which I knew, and I'm on. Great advice. But why computer was configured to do that in the first place is why I prefer PC to my wife's inscrutable macbook pro.

SCCM 2012 R2 changing date and time for patching software update groups

I recieve this error when changing date and time for software update group. worked fine yesterday before patches to the server were applied last night. we removed patches but still get error below. Any help would be great.

Unable to Determine the Change Date and Time for records in infotype 2011

Hi Everyone,
We need to know on when the clock-in and clock-out records were interfaced to SAP in infotype 2011.
The change date/time field in infotype 2011 is blank/not populated. Hence, we're unable to determine on when the clock-in records were updated in infotype 2011.
It is not possible to get the audit logs for infotype 2011 as it is switched off.
We found this table TEVEN and just the same thing, the field "change on" is blank.
Kindly help us on how we can determine the change date and time for records in infotype 2011.

Here's the scenario.
On June 3, it was reported that staff's clock-in record on june 1, 7:00AM is missing in infotype 2011.
However, when I checked infotype 2011, the record is there.
So, they are now asking me on when this record was updated in infotype 2011 as they are thinking that there might be some delays in sending of the data to SAP.
The created on and created at in table TEVEN shows the same, june 1, 7:00AM which seems to be not true as on june 3, it was reported to be missing.
Can you help further on this?

I have almost same Nancy's problem. I change tax code indicator on ME12 from N0 to N2, after that, I made the invoice verification on MRKO for a consignment material, however tax code N0 (original) was taked for the withdrawal.
I followed up notes:
Note 87860 - Consignment: determining tax code as of 4.0
140675 - Consignment: Determination of tax code transition
But these notes doesn't apply for 4.7. Do you know any note that apply on this version?

Changing: Currency and Amount for Automatic Payment

I need to change the value for currency and amount for automatic payment (bseg-pycur and bseg-pyamt) from a user exit from the MIR7. I have found the following exit:
EXIT_SAPLMRMC_002
However didn't see the respective fields to change it.
Another problem is that MIR7 create parked invoices, by this the document isn't in the bseg yet, by this moment the document is in the vbsegk. However I still don't find how to modify this 2 fields that I need from a User Exit.

Change Ordered to Awaiting for Approval

Hi,
I have query regarding the SSP PO Approval.
Work flow for approval of the po dint went to any approvers inbox, but Po was automatically approved. Even though we have made many changes so that PO will come ack to Awaiting Approval. But with in seconds it was changing to Ordered.
What were the posible errors & what are the corrective actions to be taken.
Please give ur inputs.

Check in BBP_PD the workflow that has been triggered.
Then, check in SWB_COND the workflow start condition for event CHANGEVERSIONSAVED for BUS2201.
Start condition for change version should not be fine.

Have a tablix in SSRS (2008R2) and would like to change the background colour and font for the first row only, is this possible and if so how would I achieve this?
I have followed and example on setting alternate row background colour in the properties but can't see how to do this for just the first row.

The Expression uses a Modulo function to calculate every second row. In your case just compare with equal 1 for the first row:
=IIF(RowNumber(Nothing) = 1, ”LightGrey”, “LightBlue”)

Not allowed to change date and time for some photos; why?

I have some images that I scanned in of old photos. I'm trying to change the date and time and location to reflect the time the original photo was taken. I know how to do it in the menu system, but when I try to change the original data it tells me they are of a file type that won't allow this metadata to be changed. They are simple JPEG's so I'm not sure what the problem is. Do I need to convert it to some other format first to be able to do this? Any ideas would be helpful...

are trying to change the date and time of the versions only, or are you trying to change the date and time of the masters too? If you are using
Meta Data -> change date and time
deselect "also change master file", this causes the problem, the new Aperture version seems not to allow to change the date and time of masters.
There have been long discussions on this problem, see e.g. this thread; I do not know if somebody has found a solution by now,

If your material is valuated at a moving average price the price changes line with the delivery costs.the p.o price or invoice price varies from the price in the material master record,the difference is posted ot stock account(inventory ,if there is stock coverage for the invoice quantity.
If stock of material is less than the quantity specified in invoice because goods were withdrawn between g/r and i/r the stock amount is debited or credited for the actual stock.The remaining amount is posted to a price difference account.

Programmatically change filename and path for PDFCreator

I know that creating PDFs is a common question on the forum but I've yet to see someone with the same problem that I am encountering. I'm following the example at http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-4552#comment-12005. I posted a question on this page but am posting again here for hopes of a faster response.
I am able to create a pdf of the test.txt file. However, I am unable to change the path or filename. No matter what I select the file is created with the name and path defined in the autosave options of PDFCreator. Since the file is created, I know that the reference is correct. It seems that the cOption invoke nodes are not working. If I turn on autosave in the PDFcreator options, I am prompted with a save as window. This means that my command to use auto-save (in the config subvi) is not working. Likely, the autosavedirectory and autosavefilename are also not doing anything.
I'm at a loss because everything appears to be correct. Any thoughts on what could be wrong? (labview 8.6.1 PDFCreator 0.9)

Have you tried downloading the latest version of PDF Creator? It looks as though it is at 1.0.1 now. If this is a problem with the ActiveX interface, it may be resolved in the latest version.
