Authorization for confirmed activity

Hi All,
In project builder (cj20n) we create activity and put actual dates.
But when we cofirm the activities, then also project manager can change the actual start date for the activity.
We want to disable actual start date field after fully confirming the activity
Pls help

Just Check the PFCG role assigned to Salespro role is having authorization for object CRM_ACTJNL

Credit Card Authorization for Confirmed Delivery Date

When a credit card order is placed and the confirmed delivery date is beyond the expiration date on the credit card SAP allows the order to be placed and authorized. If the confirmed ship date is beyond the expiration date of the card then shouldn't SAP block the order? Currently, it is not doing this in our systems.
Is anyone aware of how to change SAP to check if the confirmed delivery date is passed the expiration date of the credit card?

There is no Credit Hold check box enabled in the Customer window, We are getting same error in order management too.
Scenario 1:
When we set the profiles like below iStore,OM,AR order getting confirmed with Hold and tangibleId is starting with as shown below
TangibleId:
iStore = ASO%.
Order Management = ONT%.
AR Manual orders = AR%
Profiles:
ASO: Credit Card Authorization = No
IBE: Perform Payment authorization = Yes
ASO: Default Order State profile = Booked
Scenario 2:
When we set the profiles like below iStore,OM,AR order getting confirmed without any Hold and all the tangibleId is starting with ONT%
ASO: Credit Card Authorization = Yes
IBE: Perform Payment authorization = No
ASO: Default Order State profile = Booked
Our Expectation:
1. Order should be confirmed with out any Hold.
2. Tangible id should as below
a. iStore = ASO%.
b. Order Management = ONT%.
c. AR Manual orders = AR%
3. All this should work for iStore when the below profile is enabled
IBE: Perform Payment authorization = Yes

Authorization for Credit, Commitment Limit and Payment Terms

It's very required to have authorization for Credit Limit, Commitment Limit and Payment Terms change. Currently it's very hard to control limits as every user can change these values and omit approval procedure or authorization for Confirm Credit Line Deviation and Confirm Debt Line Deviation.

Thanks, You were right. It runs well for the sales order with out delivery. After I create delivery in reference to this sales order and change payment terms in sales order there is no new credit control check.
Is there a possibility to run credit control check after a delivery is created?

Required Authorization for BI Administrator

Hello
I would like to know, what kind of authorization is required for a BI Administrator on ECC 6.0. I'm keep gettting ERROR as
Source system DEVCLNT510: No authorization for remote activation of DataSources
Also, I don't have access to RSO2 transactions in ECC system as well. Is there any standard Authorization Objects that I neeed access to on the ECC side ?

Hi,
For Remote activation of datasources from BI system, you need authorization object S_RO_BCTRA.
When you get some authorization issue, immediately call transaction SU53 and you get the authorizaton needed.

Issue in One step workflow activation for Confirmation in SRM 7.0

Dear Experts,
On working to EXtended Classic Scenario, I am configuring one step approval workflow for Confirmation (good receipt) in SRM 7.0
I have standard customisation for Confirmation and activated below object for one-step approval :
BUS2203 SAVED WS10400002 Event Linkage Activated
(one-step approval)
When I am creating a Confirmation with respect to PO in portal, It is showing Approval Pending but It is not going to Manager for approval. While creation of shopping cart (one step approval) is working fine and SC is going to same Manager for approval.
Kindly suggest me, what else required for it.

Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display

Hello Expert,
I have a problem with authorization in MDG-F.
I want to create Account with Collective processing. After, entered Entity type, Edition and Chart of account, Blocking message "Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display" is displayed.
But, i checked in PFCG transaction, for this user profil, activity are : create or generate, Change and display. So, for me , it is correct.

Hi Heri,
the system behavior is correct. The account in company code consists of three entity types:
1) COA - Chart of Accounts (Type 3)
2) ACCOUNT - Account (A-Segment, related to ECC table SKA1, Type 1)
3) ACCCCDET - Account in Company Code (B-Segment, releated to ECC table SKB1, Type 1).
3) includes 1) and 2) whereas 2) includes 1). If you grant authorization only for 3) but not for 1) and 2), you cannot do anything.

For Example User A can display this field and user B can't display

this can be done by basis consultant...
if u r missing authorization then...run SU53..and note down the object which is giving the authorization issue..
and then ask ur basis consultant that..assign that object to particular user role...

No authorization for number range object type BTI and activity SHOW

Hi All,
When I try to execute
SAP Easy Access screen - > Auto-ID Infrastructure -> Master data -> Number Ranges -> Number Range Administration
on the next web window when I select the object type BTI , it comes up with the error
Number range table not maintained for object BTI in customizing
No authorization for number range object type BTI and activity SHOW
I am using AIN 5.1 . Is this an authorization issue ?. If so which all roles I should give to the user? IF you have any idea about this please share some tips.

Activity used for confirmation- REM backflush

I am working on a Z report for getting cost of extra activity posted (Activity backflush) in REM backflush MFBF. Details are available in AFRU but I am not getting table for actual 'Activity type' used for confirmation.
I need this data for each (confirmation number + counter) or Document log.

Do not have authorization for access with activity 03 on the InfoProvider

Hi,
I have developed new cube & ODS and created new Web Templates based on queries on these Infoproviders.
I have created new role and adde these templates to menu of this Role.
In Authorization profile i have used following Authorization objects.
S_RS_BTMP
S_RS_COMP
S_RS_COMP1
S_RS_ICUBE
S_RS_ODSO
In all these objects i hace selected activity 3.
Infoarea used for these new Cube & ODS is also added and for cube & ODS selection ihave used * (full authorization)
But when user is opening the web template it is showing error messahe
"You do not have authorization for access with activity 03 on the InfoProvider ZICXEROX."
Is there is any authorization object missing in the profile?

1. Check in SU53 tcode
2. You are having RSECADMIN/PFCG tcode access?? If yes you can give authorisation for the same.
3. You dont have S_RS_ADMWB - authorisation
4. for your user id give this above authorisation
5. If you are unable to do the same, ask your basis team to give you the authorisation

No authorization for activating user status PLIM

Dear Gurus,
I'm a newbie to SAP. Currently i'm facing the problem with Tcode KO01 while i'mtrying to create Internal Order. I can initialize the program but after i entered the Order type and pressed enter. Error msg "No authorization for activationg user status PLIM" pop-up. Pls help on this urgently.

I checked /nSU53 just after i got the error msg. It said authorization check failed. Authorizaton object B_USERST_T status management: Set/Delete User Status using Transaction.
Activity:01
Authorization key: <Dummy>
Object Catagory: ORC
Status Profile: 00000002
