Authorization for G/L Accounts

Dear Gurus,
Can you please provide me some information for G/L Accounts authorization objects.
I need to set authorization for one G/L Account for one user only. I know authorization object F_BKPF_BES, but it´s used for authorization group G/L Account and I would need only for one specific G/L Account.
It´s possible?

Do you want the authorizaion Check at the time of Posting or Display of GL Accounts?
if you want authorization at the Posting level then you may try to use validation in SAP

I have a problem with authorization in MDG-F.
I want to create Account with Collective processing. After, entered Entity type, Edition and Chart of account, Blocking message "Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display" is displayed.
But, i checked in PFCG transaction, for this user profil, activity are : create or generate, Change and display. So, for me , it is correct.

Hi Heri,
the system behavior is correct. The account in company code consists of three entity types:
1) COA - Chart of Accounts (Type 3)
2) ACCOUNT - Account (A-Segment, related to ECC table SKA1, Type 1)
3) ACCCCDET - Account in Company Code (B-Segment, releated to ECC table SKB1, Type 1).
3) includes 1) and 2) whereas 2) includes 1). If you grant authorization only for 3) but not for 1) and 2), you cannot do anything.

ITunes Won't Authorize for Automatic Downloads & Account Information Viewing

So I've been having a problem signing into iTunes for the last few days now. First off, I've isolated the problem to my MacBook Pro and verified that Mac OS X/iTunes were both up to date. I've reinstalled iTunes and restarted. I've tried re-athorizing my computer for the Store. I've tried reseting my network configuration by deleting the NetworkInterfaces.plist. I've even tried deleting the SC Info folder. Nothing has worked. At all. What is happening is that whenever I go to authorize Automatic Downloads or to view my Account in the iTunes Store, it just keeps prompting me without ever signing in. I can see the progress bar moving to signify it's attempting to connect but it always fails to do so. Oddly enough and despite not being able to update my apps, it's actually somehow updated a few of them. Could this perhaps be a case of my ISP not having the correct ports open? At this point, I really don't know what else it could be. Anyway, this is just becoming more and more frustrating by the day. Please help!

Let me guess: you changed hardware or did major system changes? Like Windows needs to be activated again after such changes, iTunes needs too. Just deauthorise the PC and authorise again, should fix the problem.

Itunes wants me to authorize for someone elses account

i just recently had my hard drive die on me on my desktop... new install of windows 7 on a new hdd.. and now im trying to back up my ipad and when i hit sync its asking me to authorize the computer which i put in my information but then its asking for some strangers email address? any ideas why its showing some random persons logon on my computer? help!

Go to Store>View my account. You will have to enter your username and password in there. See if that makes a difference.
Did you authorize the computer in iTunes by launching iTunes and then go to Store>Authorize this computer?
Did you transfer purchases from the iPad to the new iTunes library or is the iTunes library already set up on the computer?

SAP Sourcing 10 allow custom script and query-based web services which support OAuth authentication so
client consumer application will consume this web service and if the OAuth handshake is done successfully, then we can verify by going to the Authroizations tab of the User Account of the user that signed on to Sourcing/CLM and allowed the external program to access the particular webservice.
For more insights please refer the Web services cookbook of SAP Sourcing 10.

Auth Group for Accounting Doc and Account authorization for Vendors

Hi guys,
I have question regarding Accounting Doc for Vendor and G/l Account. I have a security client whree I build my business roles for end user but we we configuration client where all the functional focus wokring and doing configuration. My questiion when I start creating business roles and start going into these authorization objects and filling up the field values (F_BKPF_BEK, F_BKPF_BES, F_BKPF_BLA).
I won't see auth group that will be c reated by functional cocus because they are working on configuration Client and they probably create auth group for above authorization objects in Config lcient and I'm building Roles in my security client.
If it is true what would be the best way to create business role. I'm in realization face of the project Should I build my roles in Config client? Please advise.

What is the benefit of a "security client" in DEV? I don't get it...
You anyway need to protect the namespace... and the authorizations for role development (SU24) and admin (PFCG).

How to create authorization groups for G/L Accounting

Hi:
I have a problem with authorizations groups in FI, I hope you could help me.
We want to control access to accounting in FI by authorization group so user only can work with some G/L accounts.
I have seen in transaction FS00, in control data tab, a field called Auth. Group, but I really donu2019t know if this is the right field.
Do you know how I can control access to G/L Accounts by Authorization Groups? Perhaps must I to create a new Authorization Group by roles? We have 4.6c.
Please, any help is welcome.

Update the authorization group field in the GL master with any user defined value and then include the same in the respective user roles against the authorization object - F_BKPF_BES-BRGRU in PFCG
Ensure you have updated 'Authorization group' for the GL accounts in your chart of accounts

I need that some ROLE doen't have permision to apply this action.

Try executing the process of releasing the Billing document and after that please go the t-code "SU53"/ "PFCG". You can get the
details of the object which is required for releasing the billing document.

Set Up Authorization Check for G/L Accounts into PO creation

Dear friends !
How could I activate check to the access to certain accounts into PO creation ?
I know that is possible to activate this into Purchasing customizing under path
SPRO > Materials management > Purchasing > Purchase order > Set Up Authorization Check for G/L Accounts
But could I use it to give access only to certain GL Accounts by user ? Is this the purpose of this customizing ?
If yes what´s the object should I use to link with user account !?

After you setup the configuration in transaction OMRP, please setup up
the authorisation group in the account code (FS02, the field is on the
"Control", technical name is BEGRU).
When a account assigned purchase order is created, the system checks for
object F_BKPF_BES with values from the BEGRU and activity 01.

Itunes authorization for an account that doesn't exist?

My new MacBook is asking for an Itunes store authorization for a particular song under an account name that doesn't exist. My apple ID is an old e-mail address; I've already successfully authorized the computer to play songs from that account, into which I can log in with no difficultly. The account name that is supposedly attached to this song is a newer e-mail address (maybe I unsuccessfully tried to change the Apple ID at some point?), but when I click on "forgot password" in the authorization window, it says that the account for which it had prompted me to authorize doesn't exist. Suggestions?

HT1420 i used 3 old computers for my itunes account that i do not have ANY ACCESS with anymore, that i want to de-authorize.... can i do that without the computers and does it wipe out my existing computer at the same time?????

can this still be done with my existing computer, and does it de-authorize the current one, so that i would have to re-load it????

Individual computers can only be deauthorised directly on them, but as you have more than one computer authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need. Deauthorising a computer doesn't remove any content from it, it just means that you won't be able to use any of the account's downloads on it until you reauthorise it.

never mind... found it after finding someone else's answer to the same questtion. I liked the Alt S information, that was the greatest help. I was looking in the wrong place. That must be a common occurance.
