Authorization: Search help is showing all business partners

Hello,
Using FI-CA, the F4 searchhelp is showing all the business partners also the onces which have a special Authorization Groups assigned.
The search-result should only list the BPs without a special Authorization Group.
Is there any object I can use?
It works fine for Contract Account by using the oject F_KKVK_BEG but I'm afraid there is no one for BPs.
Do you have an idea?

thank you very much for your answer. I think this can/will solve the problem. I have not tested yet because this will be a modification and I need approvals for that.
In the meanwhile I came across an other question, is there a way to limit the Search help for business partners? I do not want to allow user to search for bank details. Do you have any experience with limiting fields or whole tabs in the F4 search help especially for business partners?

Podcast Search results not showing all episodes

I'm new to podcasting & our podcast isn't showing up properly.
When you look at our podcast in the search results, only one episode shows up.
There are three episodes total, but they show up only if you subscribe to the podcast.
Is there a way for the search results to show all of our episodes?

Also, they were uploaded last week...so it's been enough time for them to be processed & show up.

I'm afraid I can't give you a comforting answer.
The feed at the URL you quote contains the tag
<itunes:new-feed-url>http://sermon.net/rss/thehillsfellowship/main</itunes:new-feed-url>
so the feed iTunes is now using is
http://sermon.net/rss/thehillsfellowship/main
and that is the one you should be updating - though in fact they are almost identical and it's possible that the method you are using updates them both.
The feed at http://sermon.net/rss/thehillsfellowship/main is valid and I can't see anything wrong with it. As you say, it can be subscribed to and shows all three episodes: but the Store page (and thus the search results) show only the first episode.
The Store should have updated by now: it's not unknown for the Store to get stuck and fail to update for several weeks: usually it eventually updates and I have no idea why it does this. It doesn't happen often, but I have seen the occasional complaint.
However there is another issue which may be relevant: although the date of the latest episode is July 17th, the feed was updated today:

<pubDate>Mon, 15 Aug 2011 16:11:23 GMT</pubDate>
This raises the possibility that there was something wrong with the feed before (hence the failure to update) but that whatever you've done today cleared it. That would indeed result in the three episodes showing on subscribing but not in the Store - it would take a couple of days or so to catch up.
If that is the case the Store should update in a day or two. If not, then it might update at some future date or it might not: I can't explain that.
I should at least give it two or three days and see what happens. Check the Store page using the link you gave, not the Search results as these often lag behind.
If you don't get a result after several days you could try iTunes Support, but I have to tell you that they don't have a good record for helpfulness and the chances are you won't get anywhere with them. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to either 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options, or you may see a link to email them.

Test Marketing Campaign for all business partners, without sending out

Hi,
within the application it is possible to test Mail Forms to a manually entered e-Mail address, for Business Partner or Marketing Prospect, checking conditions and if appropriate using Campaign. This works fine.
For quality reasons, my customer wants to check the whole campaign, by using all business partners in the target groups used and all the conditions checked, BUT not sending out any e-Mail. Do you have made experiences on how to resolve this requirement?

You can have the BASIS team look at the SMTP and SAP Connect settings. They can setup parameters here that will restrict e-mails from going out of CRM (usually that's what is done in the Dev and Test environments), even though they are initiated.
You can check that the e-mails are initiated for the list of BP's in transactions SOST and SCOT. The basis team (or anyone having authorizations) can manually push out all or individual e-mails if you want to test the complete flow (with a list of test e-mail id's linked to test BP's).

I'm starting to look into the connection of EP6 and Business one, and have run into the same problems you've faced.
I'm getting COM exceptions trying to connect to the company, and thought it might have something to do with the location of the .dll.

If you want to Show the Search help for Particular Field in Screen painter , You must give the Code In PROCESS ON VALUE REQUEST(POV).
ie.
process on value-request.
field P9611-REQ_STATUS module GET_REQ_STATUS.
and in Program Give the internal table Fieldname in Capital Letter while Passing in Fuctional Module.

After automatically updating when I turned on the computer, Firefox erased all my History from the end of September until the update yesterday; how can I get back all the searches in my Show All History?

When I opened Firefox and it automatically updated yesterday, all my search history from then back to the end of September was wiped clean from the "Show All History." I very much need that search history, which is essential for my research. I didn't bookmark it because I knew it would always be there. But it's not. Please help.

Search part not showing all results

I have a page with a search part that shows Team Sites. I have 7 Team Sites, so I want those 7 team sites to appear on this page. However, when I create a Search Query with the SitePath criteria (SitePath:https://MyTestSite.sharepoint.com/teams*),
only 4 sites are shown in the Test Query and when it actually runs.
Why are not all 7 team sites appearing?
Some additional info:
I am a member/owner of all the team sites, so security trimming should not be an issue.
All 7 team sites are searchable by default.
The 4 team sites that are appearing were created 12+ months ago.
1 team site that is not appearing was created about 6 months ago.
2 team sites that are not appearing were created yesterday.
The search app defaults to 10 items per page, so nothing should be hidden.

Search on those sites for an item, once you've validated that search works on those sites then try the same query on your search results page.

Search help for VA01 Header Data Partners

Hello Team,
I have a requirement in va01/02/03 , where i will need to create/enhance a search help for one of the partner functions under SO header data.
and values will need to be extracted from a customer Z-Table., taking into consideration the sales area of the SO
Right now, I am not sure, but it looks like it has a search help attached to it, but when i press F4, nothing comes up.
Is there a way i can check if there is any standard search help associated with those screen field?

SharePoint Search Results Not Showing all Results but in Refiners showing that Type of File is existing

Hi Team,
We have configured the Search Results and Search Refiner webpart in our Page. In few cases we are seeing that in Search Refiner we seeing the type of file is existing. But the respective file type files are not appearing in Search Results. When we click
on respective Search Refiner Type then the Search Result showing the respective value.
Could anyone help us on this.

Search help as tree

Dear all,
I need to develop a search help that shows all entries for a table in a tree. The user should be able to choose the disired value out of the tree presented.
Does anybody knew a FM that I can use as Search help EXIT in order to present the possible values in a tree?

Question on Search Help and Authorization Check for Sales Order Type

Question 1:
When I go to VA01 and click the search help, it shows only order type that are not blocked.
However, when I have sales order type in select-options of a Z program,
S_AUART FOR VBAK-AUART
I click on the search help, it gives all the sales order types. How can I have a list with unblocked sales order type only?
Question 2:
I want to check whether a use can extract data from a sales order type (e.g. OR and RE)that he/she authorized to use.
I have include the following in my program:
AUTHORITY-CHECK OBJECT 'AUART'
ID 'AUART' FIELD 'OR'.
It always returns SY-SUBRC = 12.
But order type 'OR' is granted to the user (he/she can create order with type OR in VA01)

Feature Request: Blackberry Q10 Search Configuration Option to "SHOW ALL" Results without clicking an arrow to expand

So my search function does not find "Contacts", in order to search for contacts I need to go into the "Contacts" application/menu. Previously, I would be able to search for contacts using the Global search.
Not sure if this is supposed to be a feature, to separate searching for email content versus phone contacts, but I suspect it's probably a Blackberry Q10 glitch.
Oddly enough I added a contact called "Some New" now in the Search if I type "some" the "Some New" contact doesn't show up yet until I type "some n".
Ah I see, so the Blackberry by default in the search shows only the first few results and makes me click an arrow to expand results.
Perhaps a Default search setting to show ALL Results:

Search Help to populate field

Hie guys,
As a work around to my clients request i have modified an elementary search help in transaction CV02N. Instead of showing customers under the Obect Links i am showing the business partners. however when the desired business partner is selected i want to populate the adjacent description field with the full name of the business partner as would have appeared in the search help.
how can i populate that field??

Search help for partner functions in the message to get organisation unit O

hello,
Depending on the Business partner category (Organisation, Person,Group) the search help of the partner function in a message should return the corresponding partner list.
This is working fine for standard partner functions like SLFN0002 (reported by=P) SLFN0003 (support team=O). When doing a searchhelp we get a list of organisation for the "support team" and a list of users for "reported by". this is a normal behaviour.
When copying the partner function SLFN0003 into a new ZLFN0003 and including it in the partner profile of the message the search help returns all business partners of category P but should return category O. The function category 0016 (service team) is well defined for ZLFN, I guess the link to business partner category is made indirectly there but I might be wrong.
Does anyone of you experience the same behaviour ? Any idea how to correct this ?

Collective search helps:- Combination of elementary search helps. When we need to fetch data based on multiple selection criteriau2019s. More than one tables are Selection from multiple tables
Steps for creating collective search help.
1) Enter the search help name and click on create.
2) Choose Collective search help radio button option as the search help type.
3) Enter the search help parameters.
Note that there is no selection method to be entered for a collective search help.
4) Instead of the selection method, we enter the included search helps for the collective search help.
5)We need to assign parameters for each of the included search helps.
6) Complete the parameter assignment by clicking on the push button.
7) Collective search help offers the user to obtain F4 help using any of the included search helps.

How to remove additional of search help?

In complex standard of search help S_MAT1 has added the additional of search search help ZTEST_SEARCH, now I wish to remove the additional of search help ZTEST_SEARCH, but at removal attempt the error stands out: "Because of use in objects of the dictionary it is impossible to spend removal".
We look magazine of use for additional of search help ZTEST_SEARCH - shows use only in standard of search help S_MAT1. And how to be, how to remove additional of search help?

try to do the where used list of ZTEST_SEARCH for all the objects, programs, function moduels, exits, screens etc etc....any of the object may be using your search help.......
