Authorization Tab Missing

Hi,
I'm working on Easy DMS 7.0.We are using ECC 5.0.In either of the transactions CV* there is no tab for authorizations.
Also there is no such in spro as "Activate ACl & Document Browser" which i can see in ECC 6.0.
Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

PFCG issue - removing transaction codes from menu and not clearing up the authorization tab

I’m using SAP ERP version ECC6 and EHP5 and also we have updated our system with the PSCD FI module.
I’m having the following issue in PFCG transaction code - I have created a new single role by copied other or from scratch and added few transaction codes into the menu. After that, I went in the authorization tab using the "Change Authorization Data" and I felled all the missing information until the role was green out. I generated the role then I totally went out. I come back to the same role that I created earlier and I did removed all the transaction codes from the menu and I did find the following:
- the Authorization tab light didn't change from green to red
- I went into the Authorization tab by "Change Authorization Data" and a part of the objects were still in.
Normally behave should be:
- when we remove one transaction code from the menu the light from Authorization tab should change from green to red. When you empty the menu then the light color should change also, but the authorization tab should be also empty.
Could please give me some idea how to do it next?

Hi Gabriela,
Most of the times standard roles contains manually added authorization objects. When ever you are creating a new role by copying the existing standard role so by default, these objects will come in to new role.
Now, coming to your role. After removing t code from role if nothing has changed in Authorization tab means.
Here are the possible reasons.
1. The t code which you have removed might not have any checked and maintained authorization objects, that's why your Authorization tab still in unchanged.
2. Rememeber, when ever you are adding or removing t code from menu always use expert mode for profile generation option along with "Read old status and merge with new data" Option.
This will bring the all checked and maintained data for each t code.
3. After removing the t codes from menu and if you generate the Authorization tab by using expert mode option still if you find authorization objects means, those are manually added authorization objects that's why those were not removed.
I hope this will give some clue to your issue.

Itunes artwork tab missing for movies in version 11.1.3.8

For some reason recently I am noticing the artwork tab missing when I import in a movie into my itunes directory. This just started happening and the movie formats are exactly the same as ones which have the artwork tab available. These are all MPEG-4 Video Files at 124 kbps. Typical iTunes 'anomoly' but on this one I am baffled. Anyone have a clue as to how to fix this? I even tried completely removing the movie from the itunes file directory and then reimporting into iTunes but same issue.

You can access the apps by clicking the iPad thingy on top right of the screen (when the iPad is connected) and then select Apps and scroll down to file sharing apps...

SAP Sourcing 10 allow custom script and query-based web services which support OAuth authentication so
client consumer application will consume this web service and if the OAuth handshake is done successfully, then we can verify by going to the Authroizations tab of the User Account of the user that signed on to Sourcing/CLM and allowed the external program to access the particular webservice.
For more insights please refer the Web services cookbook of SAP Sourcing 10.

Boot Image properties...tabs missing

I updated our SCCM system to R2 yesterday...today when I went in to edit a boot image I no longer see the "drivers" tab...it seems like there are other tabs missing as well, just can't remember. Don't know how to add drivers to a boot image
now.
Server 2008 R2
SCCM 2012 R2

Disapearing lines in authorization tab of item

Hello experts!
Again I have an interesting phenomenon. Whenever I enter a new User or Role at the Item in the Authorization Tab and press "Save" the entry disapears. If I try to add the user again the message "User is already listed" prompts.
It is quite weired that this error only occurs at the productiv system! At the developing system everything works fine.
We are using a XRPM 500_702 Version and I already tried to find notes to implement, like 1445689, which sounded promissing, but couldn't be implemented.
Anyone an idea, what could be wrong?

Create a Profile in BS02, maintain the required controls there and save. Now go to VOV8, select your sale order type and execute. There you can see the field "Status profile" under the tab "Transaction flow". Assign the profile here and save.
Now create a sale order and check whether you could see the status profile.

I have the same problem.
When i click on tools -> choose tools Items dialog box, Control Flow and Data Flow Tab are missing.
I've just worked with SQL Server Data Tools and SQL Server 2012 and these tabs are not missing.
i think this is a problem installing SQL Server.
I've not yet found a solution.

Custom security JHeadstart 11gTP1 -Use Role-based Authorization is missing

In JHeadstart 11g TP1 the option Use Role-based Authorization is missing.
Will this option only be available in de production release of JHeadstart 11g? What is the reason why this is missing? Is it still possible to use CUSTOM authorization in JHeadstart 11g TP1?

It is not missing.
If you turn on custom authorization, you can specify your own roles against groups to access them, and use role names in the insert allowed/update allowed and delete allowed expressions.

Acrobat 10 plugin tab missing from Outlook 2010 32 bit

Acrobat 10 plugin tab missing from Outlook 2010 32 bit.
Un-installed/re-installed Acrobat 10.1.7.27
The PDF plug in is missing from Outlook COM add ins and Disabled add ins, confirmed that 7 .dll files were installed correctly in c:\program files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat.com\Add-in
Also tried re-registering the DLL and adding PDFMOfficeAddinn.dll to Outlook add-ins.
Plug in tab is enabled and working in MS Word and Excel but not in Outlook 2010.

Derived role authorization tab

Hi All:
      I created a derived role from a master role and the authorization tab is RED for both roles.Under the profile for both roles it says profile match up required.I even did profile comparison using PFUD.Can anyone help me.

Hi Jim,
To generate the both the roles
1. First goto the parent role in change mode and then click on the authorization tab and then click on the change authorization data and then save the role here and generate the role. (This will generate only the parent role).
2. To generate the derived roles don't need to goto the derived role in the parent role itself goto the change authorization data in the authorization button, click on the menu option Authorizations, under that click on adjust derived and then under that save the derived role and then Generate the derived role.
but incase if you have changed anything in the derived role itself, you can save and generate in the derived role.

After creating a condition type & assigning it in the pricing procedure, the conditions tab & taxes field in the invoice tab have disappeared from the PO. How to overcome this?

Once this happens , immediately run SU53 transaction code , u'll come know what object is missing in ur user ID.
Some object will be missing, so it won't show .
So do that and get the authorization from Basis tem.
Check and revert

PROPOSAL Tab missing

Hi Experts,
I am new to BI.
While I am loading flat to Infocube in the process,I have clicked Proposal Tab and entered LOAD EXAMPLE DATA. I got a message that you have no authorization for DataSource DS_LG.
Our Basis people gave authorization to this.
When I have logged in again the PROPOSAL TAB is missing.
What is the possible cause of this .
Can any one explain this how to get the Proposal Tab.
I have even created with another DataSource .But I am unable to get the PROPOSAL TAB.
Help me out folks for further process.

But I didnt get any changes.
So are you sure that I need to Reinstall BW GUI.
What is the GUI which supports it.Right I am using 640 GUI Logon Pad.
