The Process Chain Maintenance (transaction RSPC) is used to define, change and view process chains.
Upload Monitor (transaction RSMO or RSRQ (if the request is known)
The Workload Monitor (transaction ST03) shows important overall key performance indicators (KPIs) for the system performance
The OS Monitor (transaction ST06) gives you an overview on the current CPU, memory, I/O and network load on an application server instance.
The database monitor (transaction ST04) checks important performance indicators in the database, such as database size, database buffer quality and database indices.
The SQL trace (transaction ST05) records all activities on the database and enables you to check long runtimes on a DB table or several similar accesses to the same data.
The ABAP runtime analysis (transaction SE30)
The Cache Monitor (accessible with transaction RSRCACHE or from RSRT) shows among other things the cache size and the currently cached queries. The Export/Import Shared buffer determines the cache size; it should be at least 40MB.

Hello experts, this is a scenario which has recently arisen. We have the BEx Broadcaster properly configured for e-mail broadcasting at least. Users need to be able to use the Broadcaster, in particular the e-mail function for WAD reports. However, we do not know what roles/profiles/transactions must be assigned to them. Whenever users call the broadcaster, the broadcaster wizard popup window opens but displays nothing (sends a "page not found" error). We know it is properly configured since we tested it with a user with profile SAP_ALL and it worked correctly. Since no one has that profile assigned (because of obvious reasons), the Broadcaster cannot be used.
Any suggestions?

Hi, thanks for the links. The users are now able to do information broadcasting. Unfortunately, some users are receiving the following error:
Access Denied

Note:
System login was executed on system BWP No logon data is displayed
¿What can you do?
If you do not have a user ID, contact the system administrator

As far as I have seen, this error is not affecting the information broadcasting operations (users are, for example, sending and receiving e-mails correctly). However, I know that there could be some functionalities not working due to this and I would like to fix the error.

I am getting the error message(M7120) "You have no authorization for this transaction in plant XXXX" when performing 101 movement for production order using MIGO.
/nsu53 doesn't return any object. Why?

It is a standard message. SU53 should show the exact authorization object which has been blocked. Or you can also try to check this with T code ST01.

VDA in VDI - which licences are required?

hi.. please tell me which licences are required for this scenario:
1) there are 3 hosts with Windows Server Data Center 2012
2) there are 250 zero clients (without Windows)
I would like to virtualize these zero clients.
I know that I need licenses as below:
1) 3 x Windows Server Data Center 2012
2) 250 x subscription VDA
3) 250 x subscription VDI Suite without MDOP
Do I need Windows Server CAL or Remote Desktop Services CAL?

I have contacted with Microsoft - they told me that I need only Win svr + VDA + VDI
I heve contacted also with Microsoft Partner - they didn't know, but they contacted with Microsoft and they received information that I need Win Svr + VDA + VDI + CAL WIN + RDS CAL

I want to upgrade from Oracle 8.0.6.3 to 8.1.7.3 under AIX 4.3.3
So I need to use the RUNINSTALLER followed by the ODMA
I want to do this remotely, passing out through one firewall then in through another.
My X-emulation is ReflectionX, for which I already have firewall transparency for port 6000 .
My question: Which ports are required for RUNINSTALLER + ODMA

This forum deals with issues specifically related to the Oracle Migration Workbench product. This product is used to migrate non Oracle databases to Oracle8i & Orace9i. (It does not enable you to migrate from one Oracle database version to another!)
In order to get assistance in performing a migration frrm one Oracle database version to another you should contact Oracle RDBMS Support. You should be able to find their contact details in the Documentation that comes with ODMA.

after you have received the error message about the no authorization, run transaction SU53.
This transaction shows which authorization has failed last time.

Authorization for a Transaction code

Hi,
In ECC 5.0, how can we get an authorization for a transaction code by debugging the code?
Actually in 4.6C, we used to debug the code & change SY-SUBRC code to '0' & get the authorization for a perticular transaction code.
Similarly how can we do this in ECC 5.0?
I tried, but I am not getting where to change the sy-subrc code to '0'.
Any help or clue is greatly appreciated.

Hi Sarika,
You can try out this workaround. In function module 'RS_TRANSACTION_TEST' put a breakpoint at statement ' call function 'AUTHORITY_CHECK_TCODE''. Execute the required transaction using tcode SE93.If you don't have the authorization then sy-subrc will be 4 after the above statement. In debugging mode change it to 0. Hope this helps.

I have this error that I am getting when trying to interface my projects billing to AR. I can't seem to fix it.
The error as shown: The distributions for this transaction are in the functional currency, but the
entered amount does not equal the accounted amount. Please recalculate the
accounted amount for this transaction and resubmit AutoInvoice.
I have checked the currency in the projects and the functional currency and they all seem to match in CAD which is what I am trying to bill out at. I am unaware of any foreign exchanged workers or expenses related to these projects.
Any clues?

Thank you for the answer.
I thought also at "Bill be Transaction Currency" but this issue appears on the projects only for one organization, on other organization (same setup) it doesn't appear.
Even more:
- this issue doesn't appear on all the projects on the same organization (projects with the same characteristics);
- on an earliear back-up instance (three month ago) the issue appear for project A and it doesn't appear on the production instance (same setup for project A for both instances).
I don't know to be any patches differences between these two instances, I checked up the setup for PA ... what else should I look for to explain (or correct) the issue?

Check with -
T. Code: OMJJ
Select Movement Type: 601 and Double-Click: "Allowed Transaction" (From Left-hand side) .
Check whether the Transaction is allowed for Movement Type 601 or not
Note: if Transaction is not listed (i.e. not allowed) and you wanna allow this Transaction with Movement type 601, then -
Up-there, Tab: New Entry. Click on it.
Maintain entry as:
MovTy: 601
TCode: As reqd.
and Save.

I checked the user id and the organization id, and there are both correct (in the database). The user id "fb56b107-949f-df11-a1b0-00237df0351e " is actually the internal CRM System User.
What could the issue be?

Are you sure, the User which you are assigning is in the same organisaion. It seems that the Orgname which you are specifying is not correct. and the web service is pointing to other user which is not the current ms crm organisaion.
