Authorized distributors In Russia doesn't want to sale products to new shops. Can some body help?

Hello Apple , I could not find a email to write to you about this so I will write it here.
So what is the problem - we have wrote and call to all the distributors in Russia and they will not work with us.
The answers from distirbutors.
Marvel - said that we need to buy 10 products at time ( we said okay , sent us the price list ) -next day we had none price on the email. We have called them and asked where the price list is? the aswer was we will not sent it and ended the call.
Same history with diHouse
So how shold we work to get the authorized reseller, when we can`t buy at the distributors?
And we are a new internet shop and a shop-office in Saint Petersburg in Russia. We have some other projects for reklame our shop, we have the money to buy products soo .
We spend money to register the shop and many other thinks.. And got this.
So what should we do import the products from Finland ?
Please help and sorry for bad english.

There is a possibility that the disk drive could be broken, if it just spits it back out that usually means its toast. If your MacBook has a Core 2 Duo processor, you can install Lion (via a thumb drive not disks). Here is a link to the Lion thumb drive.You can also still order them for $19.99 by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE. Also you can borrow an external disk drive and try the Leopard disks that way as well.

One thing often tried first is to create a new document and File>Place the (PDF contents, if any, of the) corrupted one to see how much may be rescued that way.

If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS.* You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need the backup unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.
If you use FileVault 2, then before running the Installer you must launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the FileVault boot volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name.) It will be nested below another icon with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar and enter your login password when prompted. Then quit Disk Utility to be returned to the main screen.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it. The same goes for Xcode.

Earlier in the week I created PHP photo/image upload form so clients will be able to upload to my site, it worked very well uploading image to designated directory to the C:/path/ but there is more that I would like to do with the form, and that is to write the image name with the extension, “Joplateau.jpg” for example in the database after upload. I wanted to use hiddenField but it's not working for me, may be i am not doing it right. If any one has an idea how to do this please let me know, and thanks in advance.

I want to download OS X Yosemite, but can't! Help!

I want to download OS X Yosemite.
When I go to the App Store and find Yosemite, the pulldown menu's only option is "Get". I push it. Nothing happens - it just grays out. Shouldn't this button say "Download" or "Install" instead of "Get"?
I tried restarting my computer and looking around online, but have yet to find any answers.
I have plenty of hard drive space and have backed up the computer.

They are using "Get" in place of Purchase. Does your computer meet all the requirements?

The contents of my emails are not showing when I open in my usual Firefox. However, if I open in explorer all contents are displayed. I prefer Firefox and don't want to switch back to Explorer. Can you please help me with this situation?

I have always been able to open my emails and access their contents using Firefox. Now, this morning, I can no longer access the contents of my emails, but can still open them.
I called 'virginmedia' who told me to try using Explorer, which worked, and they told me the problem was with Firefox.

There are many problems with webmail (especially gmail) lately. It can be caused by the AdBlock extension. If you have it installed here's what to do:

I am switching computers and want to reinstall Production Premium CS6. Adobe won't help me. Can any of you?

I have an old HP Laptop that is about to be completely kaput. I'm getting a new PC and would like to take CS6 Production Premium OFF of my laptop and install it ONTO my new PC. I've moved a few times over the years and so I can no longer find the disks or the code. I've had a similar problem before when my harddrive died on my current laptop. Adobe had no problem sending me a download file of the whole software as well as finding my registration code and sending me a new one. Now, with the creative cloud, they won't even put me in touch with anyone. Can anyone help me or am I SOL?
