Authorized Mac's what a nightmare

Question

We only have 5 mac's in our house and very time we try to authorize, de-authorize to share music, we cannot add an authorized mac, nor can we de-authorize one.
This is by far the worst thing Apple could do to its most loyal Apple and iTunes customers. Have been with Apple since the beginning days of the early 1980's
FOUR Letter words are not good enough to try to express my disappointment with trying to authorize my FOUR family Mac's.
I would like try to find a way to either authorize my four family Mac's or de-authorize them and start over.
I CANNOT DO EITHER!!!!!
The authorization process has done nothing but really tick off Apple's most loyal and cash paying customers...

I think you're going to need to give some more details. What exactly are you doing when you try to authorize or de-authorize? What error messages are you getting?
What happens when you play a protected song on one of the computers? It should bring up the authorizaion box and allow you to type in the creditials. What are you seeing?
Are you sure that you are using the right log in information? I know it sounds like a stupid question but I've certainly gotten stuff mixed up what with all the different accounts and email addresses and passwords in my life.
The more information you provide, the more likely you are to get a solution. For most of us, the authorization process is almost transparent. This should be something pretty easy to fix once the problem is diagnosed.
