Authorized PC wants to authorize again?

Hey there.
Please help me.
Whenever i try to sync apps, tones, music etc, it says me to authorize my computer. But i had already authorized it and had even signed into my account. Can you please help me? I am facing this problems since long. please.
It goes like this.
Whenever i connect my iPhone5, it starts to sync. later when it reaches the 4th stage of 'Tranferring Purchases' it stops and says me to Authorize my computer.
But i had already authorized it and even signed my apple id.
Moreover, i have only authorized 1 out of my 5 computers.
Please help me.
I have been facing this from long.

Authorization does not apply to iphones. Authorization is for computers.

Are the songs authorised to the same account?
Often people change their e-mail address over time, and also decide to set up new iTunes account names using that e-mail. You can (and should) continue to use an old e-mail address as your account name. Then you don't run into the issue of having different songs authorised to different accounts.
To check the authorised account for the song, click "Get info" on the song name in iTunes. It will show the account name in the Summary panel.
If you have set up multiple accounts, log into each one, and burn the songs to CD as audio tracks (i.e. like a normal CD, not a data CD). You can then re-import the files into iTunes without the authorisation embedded into the song.

Have 1 tune in a series of downloads that wants re-authorization

Scenario: Downloaded a handful of tunes.
Problem: 1 will not play - wants re-authorization:
Message:
"This computer is not authorized to play ..."
Its the only one acting this way.
It is recognized as already authorized, if I enter the username & password to try to re-authorize it.
Ideas?

Thanks - the knowledgebase search on this was chasing one's tail.
Deleting the music file - deleted it off the desktop iTunes acct. But it did not redownload it with the new attempt.
The message is that all music for this acct was downloaded. It DID download to the associated iPad & plays.
When I had the file - it wanted re-authorization.
Authorizing it - got me a massage that said I was already authorized.
All the other music from that same download arrived fine.
I've been holding off until now because I can't find the email notification for the music downloaded, possibly deleted it. A search of email does not find it.

Delete the song from your Itunes music list, then redownload it, Itunes will ask you if you if you want to download it for free. This seems to be the fix for my problems.

Any way to De-Authorize again?

I am relatively new to Itunes.
The ipad was my first apple device.
I have an old crappy laptop, that has problems, so I have had to reformat several times to get it running correctly.
I have used up my 5 computers on this same laptop.
Since, only a few months ago, I used up my five on a different crappy old laptop, now I am stuck and can't authorize.
I am dumb, I did not know I couldn't de-authorize again for a year.
Do i really have to wait until next August before I can properly use Itunes with my new iPad2?
This seems kinda crazy.
I want to film and edit on the ipad2, I need to take audio files off ipad and put video on. I can't do this without syncing.
Can someone please help me out.
I'm not trying to transfer music, I don't have but like 30 songs.
But I need to sync to get video from ipod onto ipad, and then use imovie. I bought all this stuff, and now can't use it. Very bummed out

Do not start a new account. That will only cause additional problems.
If you need the "Deauthorize All" commmand again in less than a year, you have to first contact iTunes Customer Service (via their webpage) in order to enable it.
