Auto forward emails sent to non-exist emails address to specific email

Hi!
i have exchange 2010 i need to make an auto forward or redirect when email sent to my organization with a wrong email address
for example
[email protected] send an email to [email protected] and user X doesn't exist on my domain , i need this message to be redirect automatic to alternate email [email protected]

    We have a 20 room hotel and have three Linksys WRT160N routers.  Most guests can connect to the internet but a few can not.  They get a message: "limited or no connectivity"  and "invalid or Non-existant IP address".
    Any idea what I can do?

    The distance from the router to the computer varies but never more that about 20 feet (we actually have a total of 4 routers to cover the whole place - it is a small hotel)
    So, you say that I should "Tell them to remove all the preferred network from the computer".  Forgive my ignorance.  I do not even own a lap top and know very little about wireless technology.  So, if I told someone with a lap top to "remove all the preferred network from the computer", would they know what I was talking about? 

  • Non-existe​nt address!

    I had a bunch of ringtones, which I've been using with no problems for a couple months...recopied them into my phone during a reorganization, and all of a sudden I'm now getting the error message about how the music files are protected content and can't be used as ringtones, which is weird because I have identical duplicates (I just pasted two copies in separate folders) in a different folder, and there's no problem in using that as the ringtone.
    Anyways, on to the real problem. When I checked the file properties for the "protected" files, it told me that these files were stored in a Music folder that was directly under the Device root. All files stored in the built-in memory have the file path Device > user > whatever, because user is literally the only item directly under Device. These protected files, however, are stored at Device > Music, which is weird because as far as I can tell, said address does not exist.
    What exactly is going on? This isn't affecting performance on my BlackBerry so it's not really much of a big deal, but I'd like to know exactly how the music is ending up at a non-existent file address, and how I can delete it, since it's quite annoying to go through a list of duplicates every time I want to set a ringtone.

  • IPhone complains about email password for non-existent account.

    I upgraded from my 1st gen iPhone to a 3Gs the other day.
    Now when I try to send email, I get an error stating that "Cannot Send mail.no password provided for "iat""

    I've not had an "iat" email account on my phone since before September 2008, and even then, it was never set up properly as the mail-server wasn't allowing IMAP connections from outside, so it was deleted before it was working.
    My default SMTP server is my own server, on it's own domain (vehentis) and my secondary is my work email server. Nowhere in my mail settings does the word IAT even appear.
    Anyone got any ideas?

    The account has been completely deleted, yes.
    I don't syncronise my email accounts in iTunes, as I have my own IMAP email server and run thunderbird on the macbook. I don't, however, recall seeing any email account settings at all within iTunes.
    My email accounts are set to check on a 15 minute basis, and I'm often checking both accounts more frequently than that.
    As for power-cycling the phone, I received it on Tuesday. Activated it and set it up from a backup of my old iphone which had been taken on Friday, and it's been reset twice since then. It's rarely powered down as it sits in the desk cradle at work, in a cradle on my bedside table at night, and is in my pocket the rest of the time.

  • Email subscriptions about non-existent updates

    Hi ! Recently I've subscribed to two topics that I created (in fact, it was done automatically, but that's the way I set it in my settings). I'd like to receive notifications when they are updated, thus I do not want to unsubscribe (although each question has been answered, and that they're probably dead now).
    Sunday, 02/05, I received a notification informing me of an update to the first topic, and of 4 to the second topic. Just like it was meant to be. However, on 02/06, 02/07 and 02/08 (today), I got three more emails informing me of the same 5 updates, which I have read long ago. So why does the system keep sending me those emails that contain no useful information ? What can you do about this ?

    Well, I have the opposite problem. I never receive false notifications, rather I miss notifications of replies that have been made, but I presume this is also a (another :-)) known problem...

    Create a new subscription, on the criteria page select "created by specific rules or Monitors". On the rule and Monitor search select the Management pack(s) you want and click search. Then mark all rules / Monitors and click add. Repeat this step for every
    Management pack you want to receive alerts.

  • Why do emails sent to my iCloud alias address sometimes get bounced back to the sender

    I'm using iCloud email on a Macbook Pro Retina display 15" laptop with Yosemite 10.10.1 I'm using an alias address for much of my email. Fairly often, messages sent to the alias address are bounced back to the sender with a message that says "illegal alias". But often the same sender can get a message to me without problems. Any ideas about this sporadic and annoying problem?

    Hi there, this was the initial reason that I joined the Apple Support Community. I can tell you that I'm facing the same issue. I've switched over to the '@icloud.com' domain in the past few days after using the icloud mail feature for a couple of months with the '@me.com' domain.
    In the iCloud.com settings within the Mail 'app' both my email addresses (the same name, only seperated with the iCloud & Me domains) appear with the option of selecting which one I'd prefer to receive mail at.

  • My replies to emails sent to me at one address are set to respnd from another address!!

    Is there a way to remedy that.  When I get messages at my default address and hit reply my blackberry sends the reply from another address different from the receiving address!!!  Weird!! 

    Tools menu (Alt_T) > Account settings > Return receipts for the "per account" settings and a link to the global setting. If however your using Microsoft Exchange or another corporate mail server you may have no choice in the matter. The server over rides local settings, and adjustment required the server admin to make changes.

  • Inability of charts to appear on Emails sent to PC recipients

    Prior to upgrading to Snow Leopard, I could copy a chart including text from an Email sent to me and paste it on another Email I was sending to another party. I can no longer do this. I now have to mouse point on the chart ony (text OK) in the first Email and transfer it to the window.     With POP, there really isn't a good way.  POP is designed to download from the server only, deleting messages after they are downloaded.  While you can set it to not delete, there's no provision for uploading messages to the server.  You need an IMAP account, which allows full synchronization of the server with the mail client, across multiple machines.  Note that some mail accounts can be set up as either POP or IMAP...  check with BT Connect to see if that's the case with them.

    My company only gives me POP server settings. It asks me use my ISP or third party out going server to sent email. I setup the email SENT from Gmail but SHOWS my company's email address on Gmail web mail. Can I setup the same thing on iPhone? How?

    Rather than using authenticated accounts, have you considered whitelisting the source IP address to allow unauthenticated traffic from those devices? (I'd recommend ensuring you have Outbound port 25 restricted to those particular devices on your
    firewall before going this direction.)  You can configure an Inbound Connector in EOP to accept mail from specific IP addresses without requiring TLS/authentication.

    Within the imported Exchange management pack, we have some default reports that could be run. Have your imported the proper MP to your management group, please check whether those default reports can achieve what you want.

    Is there any way to track emails sent from SAP to Internet Address ? Can we know whether the delivery was successful, how many mails sent to whom on a specific date ?
    PS: I am in 4.0B Version which doesnt have SOST Transaction. Also it doesnt have Utilities->Overview of Send Orders option in SCOT.

    I've had this problem before and the best way to find out if emails were sent or not is just to follow up with the actual people getting the emails...
    SAP will only tell limited info about external emails anyway ... once the email passes through the internet gateway it's no longer SAP's problem.
    If you are the one controlling the email sending, can you just create a log table and write to it each time?

    Use transaction SCOT to see transmission information.  You can see message details from SCOT as well by going to Utilities->Overview Send Requests.

  • Workflow using 'Specific Email Address' not trigerring emails

    I have set a Workflow on Revenue object 'When a modified record is saved'. I would an email to be sent to the Revenue Owner when the record is modified. So I set up the action to trigger an email and in the 'To' field I selected 'Specific Email Address' and for its value I selected '[<Owner>]' from the 'fx' pop-up window.
    Emails are not getting triggered when a Product Revenue record is modified. What am I doing wrong?
    I have deliberately not added any Workflow conditions. Please advice.

    [<Owner>] is just the name of the record owner. You need to get the email address of the record owner.

    The only ways I know of for email to get sent to an account are:
    1. It was addressed to that account. Someone used that email address to send you the email.
    2. It was forwarded to that account by the account to which it had been addressed. I am not aware of Mail having this feature but it is often a feature provided by your ISP that you can turn on by logging into your account via the Internet and setting it up.  I assume you have not done this, though.
    With several email addresses in the same Mail client, you have to be careful which one you are sending from. If you send from the wrong address, any replies will come back to that same address. I make this mistake all too often.
