Auto install flash player to the client where the flash.exe was located on serve

Good day!
I created an intranet site for the company and it is on the server, so the staff can view it. My webpage consist of flash for the viewing of images. The problem is the client who can view my webpage has no flash installer or totally no flash installed on their computer. Actually I have a flash.exe or flash installer in my server. I want to happen is when they view my webpage there is a pop up message for the auto install of flash installer and once they click automatically the flash would be installed. I mean the location of installer in the server they can catch? Is it possible?
Honestly, I have no idea about it. I have a lot of idea and questions in my mind on how the client can have the installer through pop up or any way.

It is definitely not something you can do with Flash Player; especially when the Player is not even installed on the client side.
You will need to do something with Flash or ActionScript, so you better ask in the Flash or ActionScript forum.

    Thanks for reply. I am not an expert on these sharing protocols but I think I have turned on SMB sharing but still wont connect. I tried adding netwrik drive by using cntrl K in finder and using smb\\network address but nothing. It is driving me mad!!

    When rendering a SSRS native mode report based on a query to SSAS the report with fail with the following error:
    An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)  Cannot read the next data row for the dataset. (rsErrorReadingNextDataRow).  The connection either timed out or was lost.  Unable to read data from the transport connection:
    An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
    Putting a trace on the SSAS instance, I get an error:
    Internal error: The operation terminated unsuccessfully.  The connection timeout was exceeded. Server: The operation has been cancelled.
    I've modified the IIS (6) application pool timeouts, the SSRS rsreportserver.config timeouts, and the SSAS timeouts.  Restarted services, rebooted, and still I get this error.
    The report will render if I select a shorter time period (less data, shorter query time).
    Running SQL2012 (11.0.5058.0), SSAS and SSRS on separate servers, same subnet.
    Any help or suggested troubleshooting greatly appreciated.

  • SCOM agent install fails Error 80070035 - the network path was not found

    I have deployed SCOM 2012 agents to most servers (2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012R2) in our estate but some either fail to install or are not monitored. I assume the two problems are related, but for now I am concentrating on the servers that fail completely.
    Installation is from the Discovery Wizard and I have about 20 servers that fail of various server versions.
    So looking at one specific server that is failing to install the agent - a 2008 standard service pack 2
    The firewall in on and file and printer sharing is enabled for domain, remote administration is enabled for domain
    I added a specific rule to allow TCP 5723 and 5724
    DCOM is enabled
    I can Ping the target server from the SCOM server by both name and FQDN - both return the same IP and our DNS server has only one entry for this server
    I can browse to the admin share \\server\C$ from the SCOM Server, using the same account that I specify for the agent install that is a domain admin with rights on this server (and on the other servers the agent
    did install to) and the server has plenty of disk space available
    I am not sure what else to look at so would welcome any ideas

    I have a Agent installation failure cheat sheet, For your error 80070035 it is said to perform a manual installation.
    So i would like to understand which version of SCOM is this ? 2007 R2 or 2012 or 2012 r2 ?
    Also check if your agents have the WMI service started and enabled ?
    Also if yours is a SCOM 2007 R2 do you have a RMS & MS in your management group ? If yes then Pushing the agent installation from MS may cause such issue. So would suggest you push the installation from RMS.
    Also check if your Network connectivity meets the minimum requirement as recommended by SCOM. Below is applicable for Both SCOM 2007 R2 & SCOM 2012 & 2012 R2.

    This has happened in other instances as well. My default browser is Firefox 8.0

    Did you try booting the fallback image? It usually works. If not, just boot the install cd, chroot, rebuild the initcpio, done.
    Might want to try booting with apci etc disabled too.

    1. My computer operating system is Windows 8.1K, 64 bit.
    2. I purchased my AdobePremierElements11 in July 2, 2013. I have serial number.
    3. When I re-installing the  AdovePremiereElemments, It was removed automatically.
       So there is no the program in the Control Panel/Programs. I checked back directly.
    4. My computer was not infected with a virus.
    5. In the Local Disk (C:)\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\
       There is no folder name of the OOBE and OLDOOBE.
    Suspicious circumstances.
    I tried to install the AdobePremierElements11.
    I entered my information( name, country, serial number)
    and I started the installation.
    But since about 85% proceeded the installation program stopped and computer can't seem to installation.
    I had to reboot the computer.
    and I have tried to install.
    Strangely, my costomer information( name, country, serial number) came floating up in the 'IstallShield Wizard Pop-up Window', even though I do not enter my information.
    When I click Next button to continue 'IstallShield Wizard Pop-up Window' say "IstallShield Wizard Completed and The installation wizard was interrupted while installing Adobe Premiere Elements 11. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again. Click Finish to exit the wizard."
    So I and finished.
    As a result, I could not install the program.
    That's all.

    I misplaced my iPhone and used Find My iPhone to locate it. The map showed my home and the apparent location of the iPhone which was five miles south of my home in a heavily wooded area. It turns out that was an incorrect location as I eventually found my iPhone in my office three miles in the other direction. Can anyone provide m with an explanation for the discrepancy and inaccuracy?

    This problem may be related to network access. I list some common factors and corresponding troubleshooting steps as below. Please check them one by one and let me know the result.
    1> DNS issue
    From the problematic PC, please run the following commands and then check if the issue still exists:
    1) Can you ping FQDN of the DCs in your networks?
    2) Can you ping IP of all the DCs in your networks?
    3) Does the DNS configuration point to the correct DNS server?

    1). Start -> run -> cmd
    2) Type nslookup, and then press Enter; Type set type=all, and then press Enter.
    3) Type _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.<yourdomainname>, and then press Enter to check the result.
    If SRV records could not be resolved successfully, please type 'net stop netlogon' and 'net start netlogon' to regenerate SRV records.
    2>. Permission
    Ensure you logon DC using the user with domain administrator privilege. If so, please check if you have the proper permission on sysvol files under %systemroot% and inf file under %system root%

    By default, Group policy object editor connects PDC role to enumerate GP settings. Please
    refer to the following article to confirm which DC is PDC role:

  • Run big report in PDF hangs though the PDF file was created in server

    When running Oracle reports6i big master-details-details report(220 pages) in PDF format thru report server CGI on Netscape Enterprise Web server, it hangs. But the pdf file was created when checking in the server and is good when it's viewed directly using IE. Also checked the http://domain_name:8083/cgi-bin/reportcgi/showjobs?server=repsrv, the Job Status was 'FINISHED'.
    The HTTP_error_Log in the server is:
    [17/Feb/2004:13:31:42] failure (28995): for host 63.237.37.70 trying to POST /cgi-bin/reportcgi, cgieng_scan_headers reports: the CGI program /usr/netscape/elecprod/cgi-bin/reportcgi did not produce a valid header (read failed, error is Resource temporarily unavailable).
    Please help as our users demand it urgently.

    1) This bug734197 is fixed in version 3.0.5.13.0, which means it should be available in 6i (the version you are using) also. But from the bug description I see that it is reproduced with Reports 6.0.5.28.0 version also. If your reports 6i version is higher than this, it may contain this fix. Best thing is to apply the latest patch. The patches should be available in metalink (metalink.oracle.com) .
    2) For troubleshooting purposes run the report in html/rtf and see whether it times out. ( just to see whether
    this is a PDF specific issue)
    3) Disable acrobat web integration (in Adobe acrobat settings) and try . This will prevent Acrobat reader from opening the pdf automatically and instead will show a dialog to save the pdf report ( There are some IE - Adobe issues which are not reports bugs).
    4) There were some threads some time back which had this problem with long running reports and PDF. Finally it turned out to be webserver timeout problems. Pls see ( this is for 9i servlet and Apache webserver, but for 6i also it could be similar)

    5) If these does not work and if you are not able to make further progress, I suggest you to get in touch with Oracle Support (if you have a support contract) to solve this issue. [ If the possibility is that the bug you are mentioning is not pushed forward to 6i (a remote chance) then only they will be able to a get a oneoff patch.]

    I am new to desktop application development. I am stuck on an issue.
    My air application uses another application installed on user machine to capture the screen shots. I want to bundle this third party application (screen capture software) installer with my AIR application so that When user will install air app this screen capture application will automatically install on user machine.
    My whole motive is to automatically install screen capture software on user machine with installation of AIR app without user notice. I dont know how can I accomplish it.

  • How to open  .exe file located in server system by the client system

    hi,
    i am using tomcat 5.0 as server and jsp as front end.
    I placed some of the software in the server system.I want to open the exe of those software from the client system when the user clicks the button.
    I am able to open them in the server system itself but if i try to open it from other system(client system using ip address of server system), the exe file gets opened and displayed in the server system only but not in the client system.
    any idea???

    i am not using applets and downloading the software to clients machine is not required, the user has to click the "open software buttton" and it should get displayed in his system.
    anyhow can u give me some idea on using applets--- iam not good in applet coding.

  • How to download the files, that are located in server, from the client?

    Hello folks,
    My program is like that, the files are located in the server and stored in file system.
    I can only know the server name and the directory listing, so that I can show the file names from that directory on the browser.
    The user might downloads those files from the browser and he might deletes those files through the browser.
    That user has valid right to do so and the files can be any type of extension.
    So how can I write this kind of program? Currently the whole system is in struts, so how can I make compatible with struts technology?
    Do u have any ideas?

If it is possible, let me see the sample code of FileManager servlet. I've tried with some ways but I can only download from the same server with the application server. I want to download from different server. I hope someone can help me with sample code....

    Your post indicates you are the operating system on your Mac is 10.5.8
    If that is correct, you will need to update to at least 10.0.6 in order to use the Mac App Store and redownload your purchased apps.
