Auto open multiple links in tabs

Hy,
Is there a way in safari to auto open all the links in the page? For example, i have a page with many links to images and it's a real pain to cmd-click all the links. So is there a way to have safari auto open them?

In Firefox you can bookmark an entire set of tabs, in Opera
you can do a
similar thing with sessions. Just open the links once in
separate tabs,
then store them in a session. Next time you just have to open
that
session again.

After downloading FF 20.0.1, I can no longer open multiple FF windows; tabs still work.

I upgraded directly from version 18.0, and now I can't open more than one Firefox window. Like I said, all my tab functions are still working, but I'd like to be able to open multiple windows at times. I had the same problem with version 19.0, which is why I rolled back to 18.0. Any ideas?

WHY does Firefox repeatedly open multiple copies of tabs that are already open??? Yesterday I cleared the history, removed the program & reinstalled. Didn't help. Some tabs are ones I had months ago but don't need now. They keep appearing. HELP, please!

The problem started several months ago, after I downloaded a new version of the program. Two updates ago, I think. The repeat tabs open multiple times during the day. Sometimes they appear hours after I've closed them--sometimes just minutes later.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the files sessionstore.js [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.<br />
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

Want to open multiple windows not tabs; won't let me.

I have Windows XP. Since I upgraded to 7.0.1 (and today 8.0) I have not been able to open multiple windows of Firefox. I have not ticked OPEN TABS INSTEAD OF WINDOWS, but Firefox either opens nothing at all, when I try to start a 2nd window of it, or it opens a tab. Please fix this.

Does it still happen ifyou start Firefox in Save mode?
*Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
If it does work properly in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
*Use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
* Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

Can i open multiple windows or tabs in itunes?

Hi,
When I look for downloads with Safari I can open multiple tabs to compare items and efficiently use my slow connection. Now apps for iPad are in iTunes, where that option doesn't seem to be possible. Very annoying.
Or am I just missing some trick for opening additional tabs or windows?

Opening multiple links in different tabs (not at the same time & after about seven tabs); I notice the sites don't load... Just sits, saying "Connecting..."

Just installed firefox-4.0 from apt-get (ppa:ubuntu-mozilla-daily/ppa)
Using the beta version in the exact same manner as 3.6.11. Daily use involves editing mediawiki pages, perl based request tracker, nagios interface, and google searching for articles. I did the same steps in 3.6.11 and the links load almost immediately (even after clearing the cache).

Safari 7.0.2 opens multiple windows or tabs

I have safari 7.0.2 and suddenly every link opens a new window or tab. I end up with multiple windows that I have to close. It did not do this before this week. Possibly related to osx10.9.2 update??

I prefer to have windows rather than tabs but in either case the bahavior has suddenly changed.
When I used to click on an article or other link it would change to that page rather than open a new
window or tab. Now virtually every item I click on opens in its own page without the option to go "back".
I end up with countless windows and have to close them all. It is the same if I were to use tabs.
The only change that I am aware of is the update to osx for the security patch.

How to open multiple pages in tabs at Safari launch

I would like to switch over from FireFox to Safari. One of my most important features is to have multiple tabs open as my homepage. I like four tabs to open to my specific pages. I haven't been able to find a way to make this happen. Any help is appreciated!

It's actually possible to do this just with Safari. I'm doing it at the moment. Kudos to someone-whose-name-I-can't-remember who taught me how to do it here.
First, create a Bookmarks folder (mine is in my bookmarks bar, but it can be any bookmarks folder you like).
Add a bookmark to the folder for every page you want to have open as a tab.
Now in your general preferences in Safari, go "New windows open with > Choose tabs folder". Browse to the bookmarks folder you set up and select it.
New windows should now open with a tab for each page you've got a bookmark for in that chosen folder.

Fireworks CS4 will not open multiple images in tabs

Run into a problem with CS4. I frequently open 10+ images at the same time using Fireworks CS4. My problems is, whenever I highlight and click the 10+ images from desktop, they all open in Fireworks, but only 2 are tabbed. The rest of the images are in a floating window. How do I fix this? This is really frustrating.

Things have now become significantly worse!
Now when I try to open anything from Bridge, or try to open PhotoShop at all, I receive a popup that gives me 2 options: 1) License PS CC, or 2) continue with my trial of PS CC.
So far as I know, I have not downloaded any trial of anything from Adobe in many months. In fact, I have no interest in PS CC. I wish simply to use PS CS6.
I have uninstalled my Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard, of which my PS CS is a part, and reinstalled it but I still am blocked from using my properly licensed programs.
Please advise.

Opening multiple tabs in one click

Until the last update, I had the ability on some websites to click a link and it would open multiple links, each in its own tab at once. With the latest update, I lost that ability.
The website I am talking about is www.farmtowngifts.com.

Some menu entries are hidden by default and only show up if you use the keyboard to open the menu. Bookmark All Tabs is one of them and you see that entry if you use Alt + B to open the Bookmarks menu. You can see the same if you use Alt + F to open the File menu instead of pressing Alt and click the menu entry.

Cant open external links and multiple instances of the same profile.

I have multiple firefox profiles.
I constantly have two profiles running at the same time.
I use microsoft outlook and see an external link, I click it wishing firefox to open it in the default or new browser. It does not and says "FIrefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system."
Firefox is running fine.
How can I open external links with a profile based setup?
Also, how can I open multiple instances of the same profile? I find that if I click and drag a tab to another monitor, it opens a new "instance" or browser window.

So you will have discovered ''-no-remote'' Note NOT to use that on the default browser; profile, only on secondary profiles.

You will NOT be able to open multiple instances of the same profile, clone the profile if necessary.
If you are trying to run multiple Webmail accounts in one profile then you may well find the webmail is identifying and setting the user account that is opened. Use a Private Browsing window to get round that and open a second account.

How to force links to open in a new tab everytime?

I don't want to have to hold down buttons on my keyboard. When I click a link I wish it to always open in a new tab window like it does for me in internet exploder. How do I accomplish this in Safari?

I'll never get used to having to use a hotkey to get something to show up in a new tab, that much I can say for certain. And I've not yet moved completely away from IE. IE unfortunately has activeX scripts that some automobile manufacturers internal sites use that I must access daily and they only work with the I.E. browser, so even trying to go to their sites with a browser like Safari only produces a page that says you must be using the latest I.E. browser due to bla bla bla.
Its hard to make the switch 100% when your up against these huge auto mfg's that wont be switching to any other browser anytime soon. Even trying to use some browsers that spoof the site into thinking they are the latest I.E. browser does no good since they can't use the activex controls on the pages.
I also severely miss having my mouse gestures. I use them extensively in I.E. to navigate back and forth and to close windows etc. Has anybody seen any mouse gestures for safari yet? I could use them more than having windows open in new tabs even. Also safari is still a bit unstable, I've had it crash about 5 times tonight, compared to Internet Exploder which crashes about once per day.

I guess what I have experienced might be a special case of 'Restore previous sessions'. The actual situation was that after I rebooted my laptop, Adobe update jumped out indicating an update being finished successfully. After I clicked on the 'close' button of the Adobe window, it automatically started firefox and linked to its website. But I did not find the 'Restore previous sessions' page this time. Then I restarted firefox, this time there was a start page with 'Restore previous sessions'. However, sadly enough, it is only restored my pinned pages plus the Adobe website. Actually, I am using 'bookmark all tabs' from time to time to secure opened tabs, but this time I did not expect such an incident. I would suggest to improve the 'Restore previous sessions' with multiple time tags and appear in all cases including my reported case here, after updating firefox, crashes etc. I like firefox in most occasions, therefore believe and hope it becomes better and more robust. Thank you very much!
