Auto Text Forwarding to Email?

Does anyone know a solution either within the phone or using an app, by which I can have text messages automatically forwarded to an email address?  I now work in a location that does not allow cell phones and would like to be able to receive my texts without getting up to go check my phone periodically.
Anything out there for this?

The forwarded message would be sent without the original sender's information as it is being forwarded.
Message Content Retrieval Policy:
A search warrant is required for the customer or a third party to obtain text content.
All third party inquiries regarding customer information or records are referred to the Law Enforement Resource Team.
If the customer is working with an attorney, the attorney can send in a preservation letter. Once the LERT (Law Enforcement Resource Team) team receives a preservation letter they will preserve the content that is available, but the content will not be released until valid legal process (a search warrant for the content) is received.
The preservation letter should include:  Dates that you want the text content preserved  MDN (mobile directory number)

When I send emails using my iPad, some recipients are telling me that I am sending them blank emails.  I've had some of them forward the emails back to me so I can take a look and it seems that my message is actually there but the text is white.  Interestingly enough, I was a Windows user just a few months ago and I was on the receiving end of this same problem with someone who was sending emails from her iPhone.  I don't believe it is happening every time but if it happens even once it's a problem.  Any idea what's going on?

Oddly enough, having reported the problem it appears to have fixed itself. There may be some combination swipe gesture that triggers it is all I can think because I suddenly manged to zoom my display x3 by double tapping three fingers. Took me a while to sort this out but then when I got back home I could suddenly see all my emails again. Bizarre!

  • Auto-enter text in linked email doc?

    Hi-
Apologies for my lack of HTML prowess...
    I'm creating a website using DW8, with a page that has a
number of different email links to various government officials.
Because the messages to each of the recipients is different, I was
hoping to be able to program Dreamweaver to auto-insert specific
text into whatever email composer pops up when users click on the
email link as it appears in their browsers. Is this possible? If
so, is it very complicated? Thanks for any and all leads.
    RD

OK. Never mind my previous post. I found the ASCII line break
    code that did the trick.
Everything is working fine with one exception:
Once I post this to the server for testing, one of my test
email clients (Outlook Express 6) ceases to open the document if
the body exceeds 190 words (1085 characters, 1270 including
spaces). If I upload the total doc (293 words, 1657 characters,
1943 wtih spaces) the link does nothing when clicked upon. As a
test, I tried omitting the top of the body text to see if there was
some code in the tail end that was screwing things up, but it works
under a certain word count, so apparently, it is not defective code
    in the body.
i realize this is getting kind of obscure, but, is anyone
aware of any issues that might cause this behavior in Outlook
Express? My other test client is Apple's "Mail." That seems to be
working properly. Normally, I wouldn't care, as I spend most of my
time in Mac, but this thing has to work for everyone.
    Thanks for any insight.

  • How do I turn off auto text in emails?

Got a new BlackBerry Storm 2 9550. Works great except the auto text in emails drives me crazy. There are instructions for turning it off in text messages but I can't find anything about how to do that for emails.
    Help???

Hi kja731, my name is Kymlyn and I am a representative with Verizon Wireless. I will be more than happy to assist you with making changes to your phone's settings. You will be able to disable all auto correction features for both text messaging as well as email by following these steps:
1.On the Home Screen or in a folder, select Options
    2. Language and Text Input
    3. Show Text Input Options
    4. Uncheck Auto Correction
You may also have to disable the Auto Word Learning feature as well. Which can be done with the following steps:
    1. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
    2. Click Language.
    3. Click Show Text Input Options.
    4. Clear the Auto Word Learning check box.
    5. Change the Learn Words From Email Messages field to Off.

all of sudden my iphone 4s any picture I take outside I cannot forward via email or text and I can only see it, in the camera roll. When I try to open the picture full screen it is blank. Anyone have any ideas to fix it?

Close out of the camera app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
Then do a reset, no data loss.  Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
Then check your camera roll again.

  • How to Forward Encrypted Email as Clear Text?

In other email clients when I receive an encrypted email, I can forward it to someone else as clear text.
How do I do this in TB? When I attempt to forward an encrypted email, TB creates an S/MIME attachment instead of copying the original unencrypted text.

Your other email client are not working correctly if they will allow that. Serious security breach that is. What client? so I can follow it up with the relevant vendor?
I send you encrypted mail because I want the information secured and encrypted between me and those I have shared my digital signature with. Allowing you to decide to forward my encrypted mail unencrypted to a third party defeats the whole point of encryption and represents a significant security hole.
By forwarding an s/mime attachment, if the third party is entitled to read my encrypted mail they will have the digital signature and therefore will be able to read the content. If they do not have the correct digital signature then they have no right to access the email. A simple way to defeat security breaches through lack of thought on the part of the parties to the communication.

  • Cannot forward texts to my email

When I try to forward texts to my email they do not go the email but show up as a text to myself.  I have typed in the email and also deleted the email account that was on the phone.  How do I fix this?

Aha! The problem solved. Apparently one of the early email messages had an error restricted it from being sent. When I cleared that one, all the others went through perfectly.

  • Help - how to forward a text conversation by email ?

Hi,  with my very limited skills, I know how to forward a single text message by email .....but cannot figure out how to forward an entire text message conversation.
    Is this even possible?
If not, can the conversation be extracted somehow?   I've fooled around a little but can't figure it out.
    thank you !!

it's not possible in the entire conversation from the device OS itself.
Messages can be extracted to a database and viewed.
There are a couple of options for extracting and viewing data from a the backup files.
    1. The IPD Parse macro is designed to read a Blackberry IPD file and create reports in MSWord or MSExcel. It is free, and you can find out more here: https://sites.google.com/site/ipdparse/home
For .bbb backup files, use this macro to extract seven "primary" IPD files (Address Book, Calendar, SMS Messages, Tasks, Memos, PIN Messages and Phone Call Logs)
    IPD bbb Extract macro https://sites.google.com/site/ipdbbbextract
These IPD files can subsequently be used as inputs to the other macro, IPD Parse, to produce reports.
    2. Another options is MagicBerry from MenaStep... which extract from a backup IPD or BBB file, split IPD files, etc. http://menastep.com/pages/magicberry.php
    3. Another IPD and BBB file utility is BlackBerry Backup Extractor, and is available for PC and Mac, and can be found here: http://www.blackberryconverter.com/ There is a free and paid version.

  • Going insane with Auto Text! Turn off for all things?

Can anyone tell me how to turn the auto text/sure type things off?  It is driving me insane!  I have tried the language options, the sms text options but it still does it and I can't type what I need!  I am fast doing the double tap and would rather do that.
    Thanks,
    Angela

While you are in a text field or an email field use the bb button ( to the left of the trackball) and scroll down to enable multitap and select it.  This will change the setting for you.  Mine jumps to sure type randomly still, but this seems to be the quickest fix.
    Hope this helps!

  • How do I forward multiple emails together as one email?

I need to send several emails to someone. I can forward an email, but need to include several other emails within the body of the email, so that the recipient can see the whole thread.
I have found how to put the additional emails in as attachments, but I really wanted to put them into the main text body.

To do what you appear to want to do, you must copy-and-paste the old message's content into your new message. Attachments don't have any particular order or position.
If you want to cite particular content, or refer to specific points then you have no real choice other than to copy-and-paste. It might be wise to attach the original message verbatim too, if there's any risk of things being misunderstood out of context.

  • All text in all email are blank, can't view attachments.

After last osx update 10.5.6 I noticed a problem with my email. I have 2 email accounts in mail 3.5 The 1st works fine, the 2nd account lost all text in all email in in-box. Also all attachments are blank. I've tried forwarding the email to another account and also printing email but all the text looks as if it has been deleted. I've tried the font color and encoding but no luck. What would cause 20 emails to delete all the message text and blank out the attachments in only one email account?

update - I did a rebuild mailbox and all email in that problem account diapered. I can only guess that the email got corrupted and the rebuild purge the problem records. They are not in the delete folder either. What would cause one email box to become corrupt?
