Auto triggering of IDOC after PO creation
Hi,
Currently after creation of PO, the PO will get triggered automatically to other system in the form of IDOC.
For this we have assign the condition record for the PO vendor and used the standard SAP function module 'IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERS' to create the IDOC.
But now we have a requirement like for some POs the IDOC should not get auto triggered to other system.
Do we have any user exit available to not to call the SAP standard FM used to create the IDOC??
or Is there any way we can stop auto triggering of POs
Thanks
Nishad Shimpi
Hi,
try using the Badi : ME_PROCESS_PO--method-POST. where you check the condition and trigger the IDOCs.
OR else restrict using the conditions records,

Automatic triggering of idoc for Personal Actions T Code ( PA40 )
Hi Experts,
I wanted to do automatic triggering of idoc after performing Personal Actions by transaction PA40.
Needed some info .
Thanx in Advance,
PradiptaHi Pradipta,
You can use the change pointers for this. Just check for what fields you want to trigger an IDOC. But this can not be triggered immediately. You have to run RBDMIDOC frequently. It will take the input as messaeg type and generate the IDOCs.
Before that please check if the change pointers are activated for this message type or not.

Getting IDOC after Purchase Order creation
Hey,
i need to get the XML-data from the IDOC which is created right after the creation of a purchase order with TR ME21N.
I tried the following user exits:
MM06E001- EXIT_SAPLEINM_002
MM06E001- EXIT_SAPLEINM_011
but it seems the program doesnt run into them, even if they're active as exit in my project.
Can anyone tell me how can i do that ? Maybe over an event ?
thanks and any help will be rewarded,
oliverHi Tejas,
I do not know about Trading Contract but what all I can say it that Check if Change pointers are getting written Once the PO has been created, If "Yes" then probably you do not have to do anything for craetion of Purchanse Order. You can use RBDMIDOC Program to create IDOCs from change pointers.
Refer [this|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/12/83e03c19758e71e10000000a114084/content.htm] for more information on change pointers.

Idoc generated for creation of sales order
Hi all,
In my project we have two different boxes-I and B.When a purchase order is created in I Box an idoc is triggered which goes to the B Box and creates a sales order.I want to do some changes in E1EDKA1 and E1EDPA1 segment in the idoc in I Box so that when it goes to B Box it will show the changed one.For example if there is EN in E1EDKA1 and E1EDPA1 segment then in B Box it will be appeared as ZA.I need to know that for this change I have to do the coding changes in which USER EXIT?The function module which is triggered during the sales order creation in B Box is IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS.
Thanks in advance
RajHi Raj,
go to se37..
enter the function module and after each segement append there is a customer exit and badi is available to add you custom code..
in the user exit read the segement and modify the segemnt data..
these are the below exits available for the Orders

Hi,
I would like to be able to get our SAP system to create an Idoc after the TO confirmation in the warehouse - does anyone know if this is possible using SAP standard config?
Many thanks,
Steph.Yes, you can invoke an IDoc during transfer order creation and transmit the same to an external system.
Some details in addition to what's mentioned in above post. Essentially, using the standard set up we will have to use ALE linkage.
Part 1:
Ensure the following are maintained for the logical system (external system):
1. Define logical system (external system that would receive the IDoc)
2. Configuring RFC connection for this logical system - perform a connection test once the logical system with the target host is established
3. Establishing the port connection for the logical system (to select the IDoc record type version and RFC destination)
4. Maintaining partner profile for the logical system with message type WMTORD (basic type WMTOID01)
Part 2:
Subsequently, maintain the following:
1. Interface per wh : 1 (link via ALE)
2. In the interface control, maintain the combination of Warehouse/source/destination storage type and movement types plus the receiver (the logical system defined in part 1) - essentially, when do you want the IDoc to be triggered
3. Function module assignment - maintain the combination of warehouse, message type WMTORD and function module L_IDOC_CREATE_WMTOID01
Once the above is maintained, during TO confirmation (based on the transfer combination in Part 2. 2.), an IDoc will be generated.
This entire setting is available under a single IMG node as furnished below:
IMG -> LE -> WM -> Interfaces -> External systems -
HR ABAP : User Exit after Position Creation
Hi,
We had a requirement of automatic creation of certain Relationships after the creation of position in HR.
Is there any USER EXIT for such cases?
I need an user exit which should get triggered after the creation of the Position.
Can anyone let us know the enhancement name if it exists?

Sale order 'value changes' after invoice creation
Experts,
A sale order was created / shipped / invoiced. The invoice did not go to accounting because of credit auth error. We have a procedure to fix it and then release it to accounting (transaction VFX3). All OK until this point.
While fixing the auth error, an user changed the freight condition value in the sale order. Then invoice is released to accounting. Now, the value of freight in order and invoice match. How is it possible to change the value of an invoice after its creation?
Any input would be appreciated.
UVwhen the value is changed in the sale order, it would automatically transfer
the new pricing to the existing open SD invoice pending accounting entry??
Certainly not. The control is in VTFL where if you select the billing item category for the combination of your delivery type and billing type, you can see a field "Pricing Type". If you maintain any value other than "B", system will copy the price from sale order to billing and you can, as I said above, can change manually in billing. On the other hand, if you have maintained "B" in the above field, system will not consider sale order price but will check your pricing condition maintained in VK11 which you can check in VK12 or VK13.
thanks

Enhancement in IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS not saving changes after order creation
I have an enhancement at the beginning of the IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS function module used to create sales orders via EDI. In the enhancement, I take the data records and make some changes to some quantities and units of measure. After making these changes, I let the function module continue on as normal. The order does get created with my changes in them, however, the IDoc doesn't reflect my changes.
Here's an example: An EDI order comes in with 6 EAs of a material. In my enhancement, I change it from 6 EAs to 2 3PK. I then let it go on its way. The order gets created fine with 2 3PKs, however the IDoc after its a ll done still says 6 EAs.
The enhancement runs before the FM puts the data into the tables it uses. I tried using the last user exit to open the IDoc and editing it there using the EDI_DOCUMENT_OPEN_FOR_EDIT FM but it says its open.
Can anyone give me any clues on how to make my changes stick to the IDoc?
Thanks,
CurtisOk, I figured out why it's not saving. Not realizing it, but the tables are passed into the FM by reference, so what I'm changing is only a copy. So what I tried to do is use the 004 (I've also tried the 005) user exits to try to update the actual DB. I used the following FMs (EDI_DOCUMENT_OPEN_FOR_EDIT, EDI_CHANGE_DATA_SEGMENTS, and EDI_DOCUMENT_CLOSE_EDIT). The problem is that I can't change them because the IDoc is still open.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can achieve my goal of changing the IDoc?
Thanks,
Curtis -
Unable to create IDOCs after client copy
I'm unable to create IDOCs after a client copy. I receive a SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC or insert of duplicate rows ABAP dump.
Does anyone know what how to fix this. Thank you in advance.
Runtime Error SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
Date and Time 22.10.2007 16:50:51
ShrtText
The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.
What happened?
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLEDI1" had to be terminated because one of the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.
is especially useful if you want to keep a particular message.
Error analysis
An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below
. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was
neither
caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure
"F09_IDOC_INSERT_WITH_NUMBER" "(FORM)"
Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
to occur, the running program was terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
If you use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert to insert a record in
the database and that record already exists with the same key,
this results in a termination.
(With an ABAP/4 Open SQL single record insert in the same error
situation, processing does not terminate, but SY-SUBRC is set to 4.)
How to correct the error
Use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert only if you are sure that none of
the records passed already exists in the database.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
use the following search criteria:
"SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DBC
"SAPLEDI1" or "LEDI1F09"
"F09_IDOC_INSERT_WITH_NUMBER"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and you wish to send
an error message to SAP, include the following documents:
1. A printout of the problem description (short dump)
To obtain this, select in the current display "System->List->
Save->Local File (unconverted)".
2. A suitable printout of the system log
To obtain this, call the system log through transaction SM21.
Limit the time interval to 10 minutes before and 5 minutes
after the short dump. In the display, then select the function
"System->List->Save->Local File (unconverted)".
3. If the programs are your own programs or modified SAP programs,
supply the source code.
To do this, select the Editor function "Further Utilities->
Upload/Download->Download".
4. Details regarding the conditions under which the error occurred
or which actions and input led to the error.
The exception must either be prevented, caught within the procedure
"F09_IDOC_INSERT_WITH_NUMBER"
"(FORM)", or declared in the procedure's RAISING clause.
To prevent the exception, note the following:

Hi,
In our project, we are using the Opportunity Object after the creation of a task. Our tasks are always related to an existing account.
I was wondering why when I create an opportunity from a task, the field "Account Name" is not populated by default with the account name related to the task.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Dara

11G table appears to have "No data found" after its creation.
After the creation of the following table I cannot look up the structure of the table when clicking on "find table". Usually there needs not be any data inserted in to the table in order to just view its structure. Is there something wrong?
CREATE TABLE "Tournament _Hands " (
"T_hand_number" NUMBER(10) NOT NULL,
"T_table_number" NUMBER(10) NOT NULL,
"T_time_of_hand" DATE NULL,
"T_no_players_involved" NUMBER(10) NULL,
"T_no_players_limp" DOUBLE PRECISION NULL,
"T_players_raise " DOUBLE PRECISION NULL,
"T_player_3bet" DOUBLE PRECISION NULL,
"T_pot_size" NUMBER(10,2) NULL,
"T_payers_ to_showdown" NUMBER(10) NULL,
PRIMARY KEY ("T_hand_number")

with V11 at least 1 row must have been INSERT into table. -
Confusion on IDOC types for creation of PO
Hi,
Requirement is sending PO from sendin SAP system to receiving system.
For sending am using-
Processing code ME10
On serching forums and tutorials, i came across IDOC type- ORDERS05 but this idoc type is for both PO and SO.
PORDCR04 idoc type for creation of PO only.
Some post says PORDCR04 doesnt create PO header text.On the other hand,For inbound processing of PO idoc ( using ORDERS05 ) processing code is not available.
I will be thankful if somebody can guide me which of these idoc types is preferable.
Thanks.

Outbound ORDERS (= Purchase Order) and inbound ORDERS (= Sales Orders) are like siblings which reflect the customer / supplier relationship.
In case of the PORDCR04 IDoc it is somewhat different because does it make sense to have the same purchase order in different system?
In our case a POS (= point of sales) system is used to create a purchase order (for replenishment) which is then converted (via SAP-PI) into an inbound PORDCR04 IDoc in the ERP system. Out of this purchase order a replenishment delivery (for the shops) is created.

Font Auto-Activation Not Working After First Use
Anyone else seeing this problem, or have a fix? Font auto-activation stops working after the first use. Here's what happens: Open a file that contains a font that is installed, but is disabled in Font Book. The dialog box "Application wants to use the font XXX". Click on Allow. The font will be available, as you expect. Now quit the application. Open the file again - you won't get the dialog box asking permission to use the font, and the font is not available. This happens in Pages 3.0.1 and TextEdit 1.5. It happens for each individual font - in other words, continuing my description, if you now open a second file that has another font that is disabled in Font Book, you'll be asked permission to use it. But once you've allowed a particular font to be used, you won't be asked permission again.
Make a backup. Restore the device as new. Test the issue again. If it persists, your device needs service. If the issue disappears, restore your backup. If it then reappears, then there is some form of corrupt data on the device from the backup. You'll have to restore that data one portion at a time to determine what is causing it, or set up the device as new.

PR should not change after PO Creation without Unrelease
Hi,
We want that User cann't change the PR after PO Creation.
For Ex.:- We create a PR with 10 Qty., release it and also create PO with 10 Qty.. Now after PO creation with same qty, no one can change PR (Qty, Purchase Group etc...)..
If User Un-release the PO and PR, then user should be able to change in PR...
Please guide...Thanks a lot dear..
After doing this, i create a new PR and PO with 10 qty... After PO, i unrelease the PR and change the Qty from 10 to 15 nos..then system shows an error message Requisition already converted into purchase order...
But when we change 10 qty to 5 qty, PR allow the same... I want to insert another check here, that user cann't insert less than qty there... There should also be a Message there in system...
Please guide... -

External drive suddenly not showing up?
Hello-- I have one of those Book Drives (500GB) that had been working fine on my iMac. On Monday night, I installed and ran Norton AntiVirus on it. Everything worked fine. Would that be causing it to suddenly not appear on my desktop when I start up?
