Auto-Tune Graphic mode crashing

I have Autotune 5. It functions properly in Auto Mode. I spent the morning studying tutorial videos and reading the manual to learn graphic mode for better results. I have a good handle on the basics. But when I get in there, things get VERY wierd very quickly: it doesn't function as expected, undo doesn't work (instead, it draws a line and scrolls), buttons freeze, and then Logic freezes and has to be force quit.
It passed AU validation and I've checked knowledge base at (useless) Antares support site.
Any thoughts? Thanks!!

How do you use Melodyne? As an audio unit bridge or by exporting your audio file into Melodyne stand alone?
I tried Melodyne 3 last week and there was terrible latency. I wonder if I did something wrong or if you're using it different.
Also...Is there a latency problem with anyone using the Waves Tune plugin?

Anyone using Antares Auto-Tune 5 with Logic Pro 8 on a Mac Intel?

I just bought the upgrade from Auto-Tune 4 to Auto-Tune 5 since v4 didn't work with the Intel machines, and I'm using a Mac Pro.
After trying to tune one simple part of one song, I'm going nuts. The plug-in is full of bugs, it seems -- mostly in graphical mode. Is anyone else either successfully using this set-up or experiencing major bugs with it?

I'm thinking it's an Intel thing.
When I try to use the various tools in the graphical view, the plug-in will just basically stop responding. I can't close out the plug-in window, and sometimes the "options" window of AT 5 will pop up for no reason and freeze. Its "cancel" and "OK" buttons are non-functioning at that point.
I've hard to force quit Logic a few times now, which pains me to say. Not to mention that it's setting my project back.
Antares doesn't have a forum, and I can't find anything else about this apparent anomaly online anywhere.
Unrelated: I've had problems with Drumagog in LP8 as well. If I try to drag the Drumagog pop-up window around the screen, the only thing that moves is the semi-transparent LP 8 "container". The actual Drumagog window stays put as the LP 8 window that frames the Drumagog window moves about. Very strange.

Auto tunning plug recommendation for Logic

anyone have experience with a really good auto tunning plug..for vocals.I am pretty decent vocalist..but the years are taking it's toll. I have tried the one in Logic and it's ok but I'd like to know if someone can recommend something better for Logic they use or have used. Thanks

The term "Auto Tune" comes from the Antares plug-in of the same name. It has become analogous with the term "Pitch correction", which is actually a better description.
The "auto" part comes from a mode within the Antares plug-in that will pitch correct on the fly, or automatically. If a singer is really close, and just has a few small problem spots, this mode can work wonders. But if a vocal performance is WAY off, you need to result to graphic mode, where you have visual feedback to work with.
I've used them all, but Melodyne gets my vote as the best available.

Can Audition match Auto-tune?

Auto-tune pitch correction software from Antares can change pitch on a note-by-note basis. I have seen it demo'd but have not tried it.
What I'd like to know from those in-the-know, is how the pitch tools in Audition -- Bender, Correction, Shifter -- compare. They do not appear to be as user-friendly or offer the kind of control and accuracy as Auto-tune.

Like SteveG I go for the manual correction every time but that is nothing to do with AA - I would never even use AutoTune in automatic mode and it has nowhere near the power of AA's pitch correction.
The point however is that AA has these great 'hidden' functions and as SteveG says the good thing is you have a choice.
Some time ago I made a video showing just how to use the manual mode and I think that really tells a much better story.

Auto switch graphics problem

Hello!
I wouldn't write this if I wasnt so desperate. Since I bought this laptop, I'm having a problem with auto switchable graphics. My 1st and primary graphic card is AMD Radeon (TM) R5 Graphics, and my other graphic card, which is not primary is AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M260. I have 4GB of Ram, my processor is AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics. I currently have Windows 8.1 enterprise 64-bit.
So about my problem.
I have tried everything. I updated my chipset driver several times, I updated my amd graphics with auto detect, also several times. I tried to delete all drivers for amd and reinstall them, I manually downloaded drivers, but nothing helps.
When I go to AMD Catalyst control panel and I set for example: Diablo III on maximum performance and when I start that game, I get errors, sometimes my computer just restarts, sometimes I get blue screen of death, sometimes it closes the game and it says AMD display drivers stoped working and has succesfuly recovered. Every game does the same thing, my computer takes aproximatelly 3-5 minutes to boot up, which is considerable amount of time. I have to run all my things on power saving mode, or in depends on the power source. I have tried everything, I searched forums, official sites, everything with no succes.
I'm in really big need of help, and again, I wouldnt write here if I wasnt THAT desperate

Please give some more details about what you want to achieve.
What is "information in graphical mode" - something like bars and pie slices?

Qosmio X505-Q870 Graphics Constantly Crashing

Hey guys,
I purchased by laptop mid-March and since late-April, this odd behavior has been occuring.
So, while I'm doing work on the laptop (regardless of game, autocad, or just document work) sometimes, the screen will go black, it'll come back on without any card running, go black, and then come back up with a little notice at the right bottom corner of Windows saying that the NVIDIA graphic driver crashed and has been restored.
Anyone know what's up?
I paid 1.5 grand for this and am worried that there may be a problem with the graphic card.

Fixed graphic mode causes windows freezing dv7

Hello guys,
I have a question about my hp dv7-6b21sm which has i7 2670qm, 8gb of ddr3, 1tb of hdd and a hd6770m graphic card. Now to the problem.
A little ago I've figured that battlefield 3 will not run in fullscreen unless I turn on "Fixed" graphic mode in bios. So that's what I did, switched from dynamic to fixed. And now the problem steps in. Everytime I choose the "fixed" mode, the PC boots into windows and then works for, let's say about 2-3min and then freezes and a reboot is in order. Dynamic mode doesn't do that. I have found no bios upgrades, mine is a version F.02, so I've tried to flash it to F.1b and it is not working. Just says that this driver is not for my dv7.
The next problem I've came across aswell is that if I run the game call of duty 2, the game automatically chooses the Intel hd 3000 although I've set the switchable graphics to High Performance. What the F? Still runs pretty smooth but I can't keep it with constant 250 fps ingame (don't ask why, a matter of being used to playing at that framerate).
The third problem looks like it is some sort of a "Standard" for HP. Overheating. My god. I'm playing skyrim on lowest settings and my gpu idles at about 50°C when under load, it jumps up to about 80°C. Is that like normal for HP notebooks? I remember playing it on my brothers ASUS and his max temps were about 60°C in a high mode, with same specs as my HP only graphics were Nvidia gt555m.
Oh and just remember the 4th problem. Youtube HD videos. Why is it that if I watch a HD video ripped from blu-ray, the picture is clean and sharp and colorful. Even Vimeo works like a charm on this machine for watching HD videos. Now when I go to youtube, play a video in 720p or 1080p or even Original quality, and put it to fullscreen, everything becomes square-like and choppy and graphics look like they are 240p stretched to full screen. I mean seriously HP...Is it that hard to make something with a little more quality to it? I've payed like 1000eur for this machine. For that money I would expect that it'd be working like charm.

Overheating is commonly reported in HP notebooks during intensive tasks like gaming. 80 degrees seems suspiciously high for gpu temps, are your sure you didnt mix this with your CPU temp. I have similar specs except with 1gb of vga memory and can normally play Skyrim at high settings at 1366x768 res, temperatures for my cpu can range from 60s to 70s but my gpu rarely goes past 70 degrees. If you set HP coolsense to 'coolest mode' this should solve your problem. As for your graphics problem, have you tried updating to latest amd drivers? 8.882.2.3xxx should be latest

Windows Vista: Unable to Install in graphical mode

I try to install NW 2004s ABAP on a VISTA laptop.
After starting the setup.exe I get the following error message:
The installer is unable to run in graphical mode. Try running the installer with the -console or -silent flag.
What does this mean? Where can I change this setting?

NSP can't be installed directly on Vista...Please follow this link...
[Intalling minisap (Traial version) on Vista;
You should use VMWare, create an WinXP Host OS and then install NSP on it...

Why is your "requirement" to install in graphical mode? Once you are past the installation itself, the only thing that buys you is that your server will have been configured to boot up to runlevel 5, running a graphical desktop (gnome or kde, I forget which). And what does THAT buy you on a server?
I do not run ANY of my Linux servers "in graphical mode" -- running a graphical desktop. Nor did I run a graphical desktop when I had Solaris, AIX, or HP-UX servers.

Oracle VM Server - install error - Graphical mode

Hi all!
I hope, you can help me the following problem.
I try to install an Oracle VM server to a FS server.
First, I tried the newest version - OVM S 2.2.1
In the begining Everything is allright.
But after I have to choose the keyboard, the next screen did not come up. Just a blue screen.
I went to the alt+F3 terminal, and I found a warning there:
WARNING Graphical mode is not avaible...Start text mode.
So the screen where I can partition the disk, did not come up..
I tried earlier version too - OVM server 2.1.5, but It is the same problem too.
Can somebody help me in this, what couse this problem, and how can I fix this, and install the O VM server?

I purchased an Asus Sabertooth motherboard with an I7 4770 cpu and the Oracle VM server fails to detect the motherboard. I am seeing the same error that is posted in the Known Issues list with the Dell 380 Broadcom ethernet adapter.
Do I have a compatibility issue? The disk ISO was being given out at EMC World. I do not know how to tell what version it is.
I tried downloading the 3.2.2 version iso and it seems to have trouble with my USB devices, because my keyboard stops working and I can't select between media cd test or skip.
Are there any workarounds? Should I just wait for a future release?

MIC / VENDOR Trend analysis in Graphical mode

Dear Freinds,
please explain me how top perform trend analysis in graphical mode for a material procured from a vendor over a period of time.
Report should display the charecterstics recorded for Material / Vendor combination.
I am not using SPC charecteristics.

There are two ways in which you can do the graphical analysis for material vendor combination
1) You can do it in MCVD. Here you can get all the relevant mics in the desired combination
2) But a better graphical analysis can be done in QS28. But here you will have to specify the MIC.
Go to QS28. Input the plant and the mic and execute. You will get MIC details. Choose the MIC and click on Result history. A pop will appear Result history Limit Selection. Here you can mention the vendor . Execute you will get the entire list of lots with all values and charts. You can run chart, histogram, cp , CPk values. Run chart for mean, runchart for single values etc
You can do this through the inspection lot also. Go to QA33 > result> Select the Mic> go to Result history >enter the vendor. Execute you will get the entire list of lots with all values and charts

I am using Reports-6i as developer tool.
while developing reports i use to run in character mode,
Before generating the report i will pass prt file, and also before printing code
should be condensed.
The report get printer in dot matrix printer as condensed mode ,
What i need is the same should print in HP desk jet or any graphic mode printers
by taking care of software.
please guide in this regard.

Please try the following:
1) in printer settings, in advanced tab "print directly to the printer" must be selected.

OS X starting in graphic mode only - no single user, no recovery

My intel-mac (2008, Yosemite 10.10.2) is suddenly only starting in graphic mode. No keyboard-commands during start-up are working - neither "r" for recovery-mode nor "alt" for chosing the startup-disk nor "s" for single-user-mode.
What may be wrong here? How can I fix it?

In addition, I found out that in 3 of 4 boot-processes the booting comes to a halt with a white screen. Nothing happens, I can wait for a long time.
Now, I re-installed OS X Yosemite and the trouble seems to be gone.
What could have happened to cause this?
I'm not very frequently installing new software or removing software...

Video/graphic mode in java application

hello all,
I have a question. How can I run my application in Video/Graphics mode.
Egs.... just like screen savers run. I mean no frame or window, not resizable, not restorable, not canelable..nothing..just like in C/C++ where whole of the screen is black and ur application is running....like games etc.
