Vermutlich gar nicht, soweit ich die Infos überschaue. Bestenfalls als DWG exportieren und dann in Acrobat importieren. Da ADesk aber das Format jedes Jahr erweitert/ ändert um allen anderen den Spass zu verderben, gibt's dafür keine Garantie. SAT könnte auch funzen. Ansonsten gibt's sicher irgendwo ein schnuckeliges Export-Plugin für sowas zu kaufen...

Adobe Acrobat Pro in Windows 7 w/ Autocad in XP Mode- not working

I'm running Autocad Arch Desktop (ADT) in Windows XP Mode within Windows 7, and have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed in Windows 7. Unfortunately, no "Adobe PDF" pulldown was created within ADT once Adobe Pro was installed, and there isn't any sign of Adobe in ADT (normally, Adobe automatically installs pulldowns within ADT once installed). Adobe and ADT function normally otherwise. Does anyone know how to get Adobe Acrobat Pro in Windows 7 to recognize and work with ADT in Windows XP Mode?

Can you tell me how to set the defaults to Courier 10pt font? I tried select all and it's grayed out, but that was after the
fact. Where are the original default presets?

Can't Edit AutoCAD Drawings (Error 1415)

I like to copy AutoCAD drawings directly from AutoCAD model space and paste them into Visio. Usually I can edit the drawing in AutoCAD by double clicking on the drawing in Visio. However, certain drawings keep giving me the "1415" error
stating that is is unable to open the drawing. Sometimes the drawings open, but most times they don't. I have resaved the drawings in older versions of AutoCAD to make sure this wasn't a compatibility issue. Is there a way to fix this error?

Based on my research, if we choose to do a custom installation of Microsoft Visio with all Add-ons marked as "install on first use", and attempt to edit an embedded AutoCad
(CAD) object, the error message may appear.
In order to display and work with inserted AutoCad (CAD) objects in Microsoft Visio,
we must install the CAD Drawing component.
Following the steps to do so:
Click
Start menu, click Control Panel.
Click
Programs and Features.
Select
Microsoft Visio Premium 2010, and then click
Change.
Click
Add or Remove Features, then click
Continue.
Expand
Microsoft Visio, Add-ons
(US units)
by clicking the plus sign.
Click
CAD Drawing.
Click
Run from My Computer.
Click
Continue.

I am unable to open more then 15mb file in autocad aw how to do it

Go to the directory where your Lightroom catalog is located. Find a file with the same name as your catalog but that has the extension ".LOCK". Get rid of or rename the Lock file only. Lightroom should now open.

I am trying DWF files to a PDF format but only half of my drawing is converting. Can anyone help? Is it a setting? The original file is an autocad file.

How do you convert AutoCAD DWF files to a PDF format. These are blue prints and I was told by Adobe to use the Acrobat DC program so that's what I did but now I am only getting half of a drawing on a page. Is this as simple as a setting?

I've checked your account; it looks like you tried to place two separate orders this morning, but it doesn't appear that either went through. However, it does sound as though you've been able to convert a file successfully. What happens when you log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files? Do you see your converted file there? All converted files are automatically stored in your online account, even when you convert from within Reader.

App-v 5.0 Sequence AutoCAD 2013

Hi, I am currently trying to sequence autoCAD 2013 according to tips from

However, during the sequence, when I started AutoCAD installation, program will notify me that Dotnet4 section is missing and installation will be stack there for ever.
Has someone tried this? Please help!

All of the 2013 and most of the 2012 AutoCADs appear to be un-sequencable at this time, either under 4.6 or 5.0. I have been working a ticket with MS support for about 7 months now and we are not getting anywhere fast on it. The symptoms are
that the app at the client immediately quits after launch, issuing an app specific error that is different on each version of the app attempted, but often it is a complaint that it is not installed correctly. Procmon traces reveal no unusual file
or registry issues leading the app to make this complaint.
Something is amiss, as earlier versions work OK. I have ruled out licensing, VC Runtimes, and (I think) framework issues.
I would suggest punting on sequencing this until you see that someone else has success.

Using AutoCAD on a Mac Pro

I was a devoted mac user all through college. (I even had one of those old macs with the 9in mono screens - LOL), but had to switch in the late 1980's because as an engineer using CAD software I was forced to go PC. I have been a pc user ever sinse because I must run AutoCAD. Can I load and run this software on a macbook pro laptop? And If so, I would appreciate some feedback from someone with "real life" experience doing this to tell me how well it actually performs.
Please help me... I really miss my mac and would love to switch back.

I only run PC and Mac Pro, haven't touched a laptop in 14 yrs. but.... if you can run CAD on a PC laptop, you should be able to on a MacBook Pro.
By your title "on a Mac Pro" that to me suggests on the workstation, not MBP at all. And of course any 8-core 16-32GB RAM and graphics card of your choice wouldn't be an issue.
The question is whether you use XP Pro and are stuck in 32-bit OS or whether you need or want Windows 7 or Vista 64-bit as a Mac with its EFI type BIOS means you have about 2.8GB RAM available.
The other issue with running Windows on Mac is Boot Camp allows you to put Windows partition on the slower end of the disk platter. You don't need to have Mac OS on the internal drive, or you can make it as small as you want.
And running AutoCAD does get mentioned, more often in the Boot Camp forum.

When printing an AutoCAD-exported PDF file, the paper version has lines that screen does not show

Hello,
We were contacted by our customer, a landscape architectural company that uses our product, M-Color, (http://m-color.com) to plot AutoCAD drawings with required preferences and effects.
However, they provided us with a sample PDF files, that contain examples of scanned drawings, that have some "ghost lines" at the drawings that the screen does not show.
We tracked the issue and it appears to be an issue with Adobe Reader pringing. We tried many versions from 8.0 version onwards to the latest versions available in public, all represent the same issue.
This may be an issue of the original drawing having some line that was not marked ending at some point.
The zip file within the link below has three PDF files, two from the company that brought this issue to our awareness and the one with name "scanstation" is printed by me, and then scanned with markings to explain the issue.
Any ideas what would be the best solution to solve this issue?

Error while trying to print in AutoCAD

My coworker gets this from time to time. It seems pretty random. All the drawings are started from the same templat file and no one else with the same version of CAD/Acrobat is getting this. I've already tried reinstalling Acrobat.

Why don't AutoCAD drawings converted by Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro print?

I have been using Adobe Acrobat 6.01 Professional to make PDF files from my AutoCAD 2002 drawings. I email these PDF files to a client who prints them. My drawings are 2D with a 24 x 36 inch sheet size. The Adobe conversion buttons were automatically installed on my AutoCAD 2002 toolbar when installed Acrobat 6.01 Pro. When I would make a PDF file I went to the layout view of the drawing, and click the button “Convert to Adobe PDF”. Everything worked GREAT. I would email the PDF drawing files to the client, and they sent them to the printer and produced their hard copy drawings.
A few months ago I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. After installing this suite my Acrobat 6.01 Pro was replaced by Acrobat 9.1 Pro, and the Adobe conversion buttons were removed from my AutoCAD 2002 toolbar. I now have to either try to create the PDF files from within Acrobat 9.1 Pro, or from within AutoCAD by selecting Adobe PDF as my plot device and plotting them. A PDF file is created with either method which can be opened and viewed as a normal, but neither will print on my client’s printer. When sent to the printer they get a “parsing error.” Also these PDF files are about half the megs of those created by using the conversion buttons on the AutoCAD toolbar for Acrobat 6.01 Pro.
I have up dated Acrobat 9.1 Pro to Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro, and do like the many new features. I set up the recourse path for the text, plot, and styles in Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro. Nothing I tried fixed the problem, so I uninstalled Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro and reinstalled Acrobat 6.01 Pro. Everything is back to normal, and the Adobe conversion buttons are back on my AutoCAD 2002 toolbar?
I would like to be able to use Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro because of its new features, but Acrobat 6.01 Pro and Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro can’t exist on my computer at the same time. Is there a fix for Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro? Is there a way to get the Adobe conversion buttons back on my AutoCAD 2002 toolbar? What am I doing wrong? I’m running Windows XP and have read about Acrobat 9 Pro includes a Windows-only PDFMaker for AutoCAD. Supposedly PDFMaker runs inside of AutoCAD, but will it run inside of AutoCAD 2002? Is PDFMaker inside of folder with Acrobat 9.1.2 Pro? HELP.

Over the weekend I wiped my hard drive and did a total clean instal of Leopard (not Snow Leopard) - total clean meaning I had to find all my serial numbers when reinstalling apps. A lot of work.
The problems with InDesign have cleared up, but my Acrobat problem remains. However, I have isolated the problem: it occurs after I have done an "Examine document..." and removed all metadata and other stuff, then resaved the file. I close the saved file and the file closes leaving an empty window (same as a Microsoft Windows window). The little clock mouse icon spins wildly around (forever), I tell Acrobat to either close this window or quit, and it crashes.
Acrobat closes other "unexamined" documents without any problems and thus I have been able to save my toolbars...
Anyone else have this crashing problem? Does anyone have a solution?
Note: if anyone else does a total reinstal of Leopard from Snow Leopard then export your iCal calendars first. They were the only things I lost and this loss was (fortunately) no big deal as they were backed up elsewhere in Leopard.

We're experiencing a similar problem with cad 13 and win 8.1 with 7610 e-all in one printer. always plots a4 or letter size in the middle of the A3 paper. We need urgent help please!!!ı ve tried to delete and re install the printer driver and no response!! ı hva another computer with win 8.1 and cad 13 installed.But we have no problem in this machine ?? Officejet 7000 does not print from Autocad 2011

I couldn't print on an A3 paper any cad drawings from Autocad 2011 software. However, if I printi it to pdf, and open PDF and give a print on A3 it works. A3 size printing is working on other softwares - Word, Excel etc but not Autocad 2011.
Please help.
