Autoconfig error: ERRORCODE = 9009

Dear All,
platform: WIN2k3
APPS: 11.5.10.2
Unable to bringup application tier services.If trying to start services it shows
"Coulnd start the oracle apache service on local server
the system cannot find file the specified"
I have tried to run autoconfig on apps tier its show following error.
AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:

is it require to apply patch 4445697? // we already at 11.5.10.2 so i dont think so need to apply.
Solution
Ensure the OaMkSvc.exe file is present by the application of patch:4445697 which is a pre-requisite patch for autoconfig listed in Note:165195.1
With the file in place re-run Autoconfig.*/
Note is exactly shows my error.
Pls help me to resolve.

Yes. You can apply this patch since the error message is exactly same and that patch 3828023 is applicable on 11.5.9.CU2 version
So apply the patch and re-run the auto-config

Application - 11.5.10.2, Database - 9.2.0.6.
Documents Followed
230627.1 - Export/Import Process for Oracle Applications Release 11i Database Instances Using Oracle9i Enterprise Edition
238276.1 - Migrating to Linux with Oracle Applications Release 11i
Till now i have finished as follows.
1) Doc -238276.1
Section 1 completed on the source instance.
2) Doc -230627.1
Section 1, Section 2, Section 3 completed.
3) Now i started 238276.1
Section 2.
Step 1- updated the manifest --- Completed
Step 2- copy appl_top and Common_top -- Completed
Step 3- Clone the AutoConfig XML context file on the Target System -- Completed.
Step 4- Install iAS Oracle Home -- Completed.
Step 5- Apply the Oracle interoperability patches for Red Hat Enterprise Linux -- Ignored
Note- Because My Application is 11.5.10.2.
Step 6- Run AutoConfig setup phase on the Target System -- Error out.

clonning was succesfull .....

INFO : Rapid Clone completed successfully , but the AutoConfig run recorded some errors.
Please review the AutoConfig section in the logfile. If required, you can re-run AutoConfig from command line after fixing the problem
Once Autoconfig issue is fixed , you can start services

While preparing for cloning using Note 230672.1
Applied 6718351, as post patch application steps create the appsutil.zip after running the autoconfig in aplication tier. transfered to dbtier ORACLE_HOME, UNZIPPED THE SAME AND RAN THE AUTOCONFIG.

Both the packages are valid. APPS.FND_GSM_UTI and APPS.FND_MESSAGE
In fact there are no invalid objects in the database.
I am getting this error while cloning.
From the same source backup, i had performed cloning earlier; but not encountered this error.
No changes done to the source backup.

i have installed cisco acs server 5.3 and applied an eval license. when i am going to define an authorization rule in access policy, i can find and predefined rules and i can not create any rule of my own. if i do any thing i get this error message.

Anyone know of what could be causing this problem, when using a supported browser?
We are running ACS version 5.3.0.40.9 (appliance).
We are using IE 8. When using ACS, everything works fine for a period of time, and then at (seemingly) random times, we will suddenly get the "ACS: Resource not found or internal server error". The only way to get working again is to log out of ACS and log back in.
Also, we seem to get logged out at random times, even while active and in the middle of updating something. Sometimes we receive the message that our session has timed out and other times we are simply dropped back to the login screen, with no error or timeout message. Either way, it happens while we are definitely active and working...not a logout due to inactivity.
This is all with IE8. Any ideas?

Autoconfig Error- jtfictx.sh (INSTE8_PRF 1) ORA-29874: warning in the execution of ODCIINDEXALTER routine

Database: 11.2.0.3 (OS HP UX Itanium)
I am getting error in autoconfig with jtfictx.sh. I am cloning PROD to QA. Usually I use RMAN duplicate to clone the database and then Application file system are copied. I have performed this method for many times( say 25 times).
This iteration after the database recovery, I ran the RDBMS autoconfig which completed successfully. Then I ran the autoconfig on the concurrent manager server first and received the below error. There are no change of steps from my usual.

I usually backup the autoconfig/ context file before the refresh of EBS files from PROD. The previous refresh was performed 2 months ago and it was successful. There is no changes on database ORACLE_HOME as depicted in the error.
I see that someone have had asked similar error in forums and Hussein did recommend some Metalink Note. I did refer that but so far no success. Please do let me know if anyone faced similar issue and how did you solve it?

Autoconfig error after convert to charachter set

Hi all;
I made character set converstion by using adadmin to American_America.UTF8 to WE8ISO8859P9... after this convertion i want to edit my xml file which is in application node.. I edit xml file and i change parameter to:
American_America.UTF8 to American_America.WE8ISO8859P9... I just didnt change one parameter..
its :
<dbcset oa_var="s_dbcset">UTF8</dbcset>
now when i run autoconfig its gives me that error:

I found this note:

in the note, the parameter is in my xml file is %s_at_cset% =WE8ISO8859P9
But i controlled one other instance and this parameter whihc we made convertion successfully its same as upper... My db is UTF8 now.. it can be cause of this error?

Note: Make sure you backup your existing context file before modifying it.
