Autoconfig errors after AD.I.6

As part of the AD.I.6 post steps we are running autoconfig on the MT(Windows 2000 Server) on 11.5.9 CU2 instance. We are hitting with the autoconfig error

I have come across an exact hit for this error - 343045.1 but as per this note this note is valid for 11.5.10 but we are on 11.5.9 CU2. The patch readme doesn't have any specific version of apps as pre-req. Could you please confirm whether we could go ahead with this patch?

Yes. You can apply this patch since the error message is exactly same and that patch 3828023 is applicable on 11.5.9.CU2 version
So apply the patch and re-run the auto-config
