os: oulx64 ebs r12 12.1.1
clone from one node to a second node and autoconfig failed with this error
AutoConfig Profile Phase
Running Profile Process 6 of 9 for AD_TOP

Can someone please point out which Serial Number in the context file this error refer to.

AIX to LINUX migration at the apps
yes it is RAC DB. we are able to connect to apps from apps tier to DB. see below results.

Autoconfig fail EBS R12 Apps-Node with EBS 11gR2 RAC

We were following metalink note 823587.1 and have successfully converted single-instance database of EBS R12 to 20node RAC. When we are trying to do steps of Section-3.8 of the note the autoconfig is running in error. See the below error message from the "adconfig.log" file:

Running a patch today and it is failing with:

I have tried running maually and still no luck.
It is a frteshly cloned environment. Autoconfig has been run successfully.
The only help from Metalink was that I have unzipped the patches in a folfer with space in it. So I renamed folder but still same error.
The patch is 7415848 ATG Framework Patch.

Note that Firefox 10.0.1 is really old (there is a 10.0.2 release and a 10.0.12 ESR)
If she installed Firefox herself then check for the presence of a mozilla.cfg file (or netscape.cfg) in the Firefox installation folder. Otherwise you have to check this with the IT department or the people that provide support for this computer.

Jabber call to voice mail fails with fast busy over VPN

I have an issue that I ran into with CIPC phones over a VPN. If a CIPC phone called over a VPN and started ringing a phone the call would fail with fast busy at the time the call would be forwarded to voicemail. I found the issue was when remote the CIPC phone would negotiate the g.729 codec, when forwarded to a voicemail pilot over a SIP trunk set to g.711 the call would fail due to codec missmatch when no transcoders are present.
So now I am running into what I believe to be the same issue with Jabber, when on premise the calls to voice mail work just fine, but when remote they fail. I can directly call the voicemail pilot without error, but if calling a phone the call gets fast busy at the point we are forwarded to voicemail. Even though all my regions are set to talk to all other regions on G.711 and the voicemail SIP trunk is set to G.711, I believe with the new features in CUCM9 that a lower speed codec has been negotiated since the we are going over the VPN, or Jabber has done this as it knows it's over VPN (not sure). WIth CIPC I could go into the settings and turn off the Optimize for Bandwidth check box and the call would negotiate G.711. With Jabber I can't find anything that would tell my Jabber client to stay on G.711 and I can only imagine this is a codec missmatch as the following are true.
1. CIPC and Jabber share the same line
2. VPN established and CIPC optimised for low bandwidth un-checked
3. Over the same VPN the CIPC phone can leave a voicemail
4. Over the same VPN the Jabber client gets fast busy once forwarded to voicemail
5. Voicemail environment is Exchange-UM over SIP trunk
6. SIP trunk is assigned a Device Pool, that is assigned to a region that all other regions communicate G.711 to
7. On CIPC if optimised for low bandwidth is checked I get the exact same issue as I get with the Jabber client (fast busy when forwarded to voicemail)
Would anyone know what I can do in CUCM 9 to fix this issue, as said no issue when all devices are on premise. Wondering if there is a service parameter or a way to change the codec selection so the Jabber client attempts to always negotiate G.711. The correct answer would be to get some PVDM DSP resources and kick up a transcoder in my resource group, and that may be what I talk them into doing if I have no other options.

We have been getting the exact same thing for almost a year now... since switching to FiOS Digital Voice in May of last year! Every time I call in to report it they 'escalate' the issue but it never gets resolved. The problem seems to be in the initial connection. Most of the time it works fine but, several times a month, after I call to get messages and it starts to play the new message it goes dead and I get the busy signal. I get the same message when I call back: “I’m sorry – that account is in use at this time. Please try again later!” I have even called in with my cell phone and get the same message! I HAVE EVEN used the Internet to see if I could get my messages and, when I hit Play, I get a pop-up saying: “Your Voice Mail box is currently in being accessed; please try again later. If the problem continues, please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-888-553-1555. We apologize for any inconvenience.” This is obviously a software bug that Verizon has no clue on how to troubleshoot OR fix!!! I wonder how many people have the problem and just don’t bother reporting it because of the hassle? When it first started happening they destroyed my entire mailbox and I had to re-enter the complete mailbox setup again – 3 times!!! NEVER let them talk you into that!!! It’s their problem and they need to fix it!!!!!!! I wish I could go back to the ‘normal’ voicemail we originally had… they want hundred$ to switch back because I’d be breaking my #$@%^&* contract! Notes: I just upgraded to OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 on my iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011) in the last week. It’s the first time I’m tried to backup/update my iPad since the iMac update.
I swapped out the USB cable to a new cable and get the same results.
I also unplugged all other USB devices from the iMac and security on my iPad and still get the same results.
I find it strange that it shows no Serial number for my my iPad 2 when plugged in. It shows “Serial Number: n/a on the screen when it displays: “iPad Recovery Mode To update your iPad without erasing its contents, click Update. To restore your iPad to its factory settings, click Restore iPad.
I prefer to update my iPad, but it displays “Your iPad can’t be updated, you must restore it to factory settings. If you previously backed up the iPad, click Restore Backup after the restore process completes.”
It’s a continuous loop. I get the display on my iPad to plug in the iPad to iTunes, plug it in which ends after going through the above procedure saying an error occurred (9).
So now I cannot use my iPad. When I turn it on I get the display showing me to plug it into iTunes with the cable. Since this is the only option I have I plug it in and the loop begins.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Had to change my language in AAM profile and then download PS CS6 again ( english version ).
Then open the actual Photoshop and in preferences > interface you can besides the Dutch also option for English.

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find concurrent process for XML Publisher fails with warning. Cannot see Diagnostics
--> XML output completely. Only first page visible. Buttons and Menu items
disabled not allowing to view the whole XML file to troubleshoot for
correct/incorrect tags.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the processes run successfully
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Registered a concurrent process with XML template .
2. Run the process from Receivables Manager responsibility.
3. Ran concurrent process for
1) Standard RAXINV report , with output method as 'XML'
2) Customised RAXINV report, with output method as 'XML'
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:

runs to a warning.

Forms application fails with SSO PSP

We are not able to figure out why this is happenig. We followed all the steps as per metalink document 262686.1, but it also was of no use.

Hi everyone,
Alright, I solved the problem. It seems like the OID is very very very picky with the formsweb.cfg syntax. Especially with the quotes: don't use them!
For example, I had set the oid_formsid & formsid_group_dn values between double-quotes. Removing them fixed the error.

i´ve search across the board, technet and symantec sites but did not found a hint about my problem.
we drive a 2 node DAG (Location1-Ex1-mb1
Location2-exc1-mb1), on SP2 RU4 patchlevel with 40 Databases.
Since some time the backup of one - and only one DB - is failing with these events, logged on the Mailboxserver on which the passive DB is hosted.

8229 isn´t present on any of the both Mailboxservers.
The affected Database is active on Location2-Exc1-Mb1 Server and in an overall healthy state. I found during my research, that below Location2-Exc1-Mb1 Server, there are not removed shadow copies present!
This confuses me, since all Backups are normally taken from the passive copy of a Database.
So my questions to the board are:
* Does anyone is facing similar issues?
* Can someone explain why snapshots are present on the Mailboxserver hosting the Active Database, whilst the errors are logged on the passive one?
-          * Does someone know the conditions, why shadows copies remain and
aren´t removed in a proper manner?
What can cause the circumstance, that only 1 DB is facing such issues?
Any suggestion is welcome!

Hi Lenora,
I´ve encreases VSS / Exchange Backup Log levels to expert, before starting
those things i´ve all tried now:
- Backup from passive DB (forced within Symantec Backup Exec)
- Backup from active DB (forced within Symantec Backup Exec)
- Backup from passive DB without GRT enabled (forced within Symantec Backup Exec)
- Backup from active DB without GRT enabled(forced within Symantec Backup Exec)
All those attempts failed.
But brought some more details - the backup against the active DB states, that there is still a backup in progress and therefore this backup is cancelled by VSS.
The Solution was, that i´ve needed to restart the Exchange Replication Service on the Mailbox Server hosting the passive DB.
Backups are working again on all DBs!

I have a W520 that I have upgraded to Win 8.1. I'm trying to install the System Update utility and InstallShield Wizard fails with:
InstallShield Wizard Completed
The wizard was interrupted before System Update could be completely installed.
Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again.
Click Finish to exit the Wizard.
I've searched for solutions all over the place and come up blank. This usually tells me there is something screwy on my machine or I'm not searching for the right keywords.
