Autofill for more than one person

Can autofill be used by more than one person? My wife and I use the same computer , but autofill only works with my details.

This entirely depends on the form you create, you can add multiple choice button and ask for the no. of employees the organization wants to register.
Also, you can add corresponding text field for the names.

hi, can any one tell me, should i assign many persons to single position..?

this normally depends on your business requirements.
For example if you have a position, where in employee needs to work for 24 hours, then you can assign all these 3 people to the same position.
But the issues with multiple assignment would be, if the said position is a Managerial position who will be having reporees, then that would be a problem

Can you search for more than one person in a photo

Let's say you named all the faces in iphoto and now you want to search for a photo that contains two particular people, for example I want iphoto to find all the pictures that have Bob and Mary in that shot.
Is there a way to do this. I tried and it finds Bobs and Mary's pictures but not the ones where they are together? Maybe there is a way by writing Bob + Mary and then iphoto will find all those pictures?

It will work with any of the smart album criteria - file menu ==> new smart album
The easiest way to see is to take a look at what is available there - and make a smart album or two - if you don't like them just drag them to the iPhoto trash and do another one

can you set up 2 accounts for mail on the ipad. I would like one for myself and my wife.

There is no limit as far as I know. The iPad manual says:
"Set up an account on iPad:
1 From the iPad Home screen, tap Settings.
2 Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars,” then tap Add Account.
3 Tap an account type:

Your service provider or system administrator can provide the account settings you need."

Help me to search on calendar for more than one year

I desparately need to be able to search on calendar for more than one year., which was taken away on the new operating system. I have kept personal memories of my husband on there in the notes sections on days when we did things. ( I have also kept all kinds of personal notes, like doctor records or conversations, in the notes of events/dates.) it is a huge loss for me not to be able to search my calendar for more than one year. Is there any way I can do this?

Outlook (ex Hotmail) on iPhone refuses to send e-mail to more than one person

I have two questions today...
When I try to send an e-mail to more than one person from my @outlook.com address on my iPhone it fails everytime and a message pops up that it could not connect to the server. Sending e-mails to one person at a time works perfectly. I think this is a Microsoft issue as I had to verify that I was "human" before I could send a test e-mail to more than one person while logged into the Outlook website on my PC. I never had problems like this on my old Gmail and Ymail accounts. Any ideas how to fix this?
Alternatively, I can use my @icloud.com e-mail address, but this leads to my second question. Apple states that I cannot use my iCloud e-mail address as my Apple ID. I do however not want to keep two mailboxes. Can any e-mails Apple send me (eg. receipts for purchases, etc) be sent to my iCloud address? I'll can then just keep the other e-mail address just for the Apple ID but do not have to monitor it. It this can be done please advise where I can change this.

Many email sites have a print button which simplifies the message format and removes navigation elements, etc., and Firefox generally handles print-formatted pages better. If your email site doesn't have print-formatted pages or those do not print, a "hack" is to select the text you want to print and then choose the Selection option in the print dialog.
To hide email addresses from recipients, you need to place them in the BCC field. What do you put in the TO field in that case? You can use your own address.

Text more than one person at one time????

I was wondering if you can send a text out to more than one person at a time. I can't seem to add more than one person to a text like you can on e-mails. If you can't this feature should be updated. I'm sick of typing things over and over to send to other people. Any thoughts???

We are maitaining Hr master data (infotype 0105 - Communication, subtype 0001 - System User name). We have two person: person A and person B. Person A have communication with system user C. When we communicate person B with same system user C, we gettin error:
"ID/number already used for person A".
The time constraint is set to 3 (Record may include gaps, can exist more than once"
Is it possible to assign one system user more than one person?
This condition is checked by FM CHECK_USRID. We assume, what the result of this checking can be changed from "Error" to "Alert", if we will change one record in table T77S0:
Current value:
GRPID=MAIL
SEMID=SAPSY
GSVAL=0001
Table record after modification:
GRPID=MAIL
SEMID=SAPSY
GSVAL=0002 (or any digital value, which is iffer from "0001"
Should we expect negative consequences of similar modification?

I cant text chat with more than one person

I can normally text chat just fine, but when i try to invite more than one person to chat, i get the following error message
Couldn’t request chatroom “[screenname here] 619401”. (Your message is too long to be sent. Please shorten it.)
(obviously where it says screenname here, thats my screen. all lowercase letters, no spaces or weird characters.
the weird thing is if someone else invites me to a multi person text chat, it works just fine. i just cant initiate it. any suggestions???

Here is how I initiate a text chat.
(0) Click on one of my buddy names in my Buddy List to highlight it.
(1) ⌘ click on the next buddy I want to add to highlight him, too.
(2) Repeat the ⌘ clicks for all the other buddies I want in the chat.
(3) Click the "A" at the bottom of my buddy list to initiate the multiple-party chat.
Try that, and see if it works for you. If you can make it work for two, it should work for more.
