Autofill is crashing my Safari 7.1

Question

Why does autofill crash Safari (vs. 7.1)?  Every time I use autofill on sites, I get a crash.  I have my address info stored in auto-fill.  Just entering the short-cut for the address crashes Safari instantly.
Restarting computer and rebooting Safari didn't help.
All apps are current.  OS X 10.9.5.  2.13 GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo.  4GB 1067 MHz DDR3.

Message is: "Safari Web Content Quit Unexpectently", not the same as a Safari crash since Safari was still working in the background.  Below are some of the text that is sent to Apple automatically:
