Automate RPTARQPOST error monitoring

Dear all,
I would like to know if it is possible to monitor the error RPTARQPOST generated, because it setup as schedule job and no one know it have problem posting.
And I find that there a session "E-mail text for HR administrator" in RPTARQEMAIL, would like to know if this will do the trick.

the onus is on the Time Administrator to access the report periodically and monitor for erroenous entries.+
For example, can I create a schedule job to run the report, if the result contains error, send a email to admin?
ZL: The standard ESS leave workflow (WS012300111) is designed such that for erroenous leave requests, the Time Administrator will be notified by workflow. You may consider to set up your leave WF such that your time administrator will receive such notifications accessible from UWL in the enterprise portal or POWL (in Netweaver business client) or the business workplace in R/3.

if it's restarting directly into an error, you can try troubleshooting (might be painful) or re-install windows with boot camp

Spool Error Monitoring through CCMS not available in Standard Delivered MTE

Hi Everyone,
My Client requirement is to monitor SPOOL Errors through CCMS. But Standard Monitoring Tree Elements (MTEs) does not capture the Spool Errors .
Can anybody Please let me know , How Can I setup Spool Error Monitoring through CCMS.

"Balance in Group currency USD is too large for automatic correction" error

Hello Gurus,
Please help me..
When we post document from FB01, we want to enter amount in group curreny different than what SAP calculates, But when we enter different amount(than what sap calculates ) we are getting "Balance in Group currency USD is too large for automatic correction" error.
We want SAP to take whatever we enter on the Group Currency Amount field and not to calculate/validate anything itself.
Is it possible to disable this message?
I tried changing the hard error "E" to warning "W" using "Message Control" but it did not work.
Or is there any User exit/ BADI/ BTE, where i can change the tolerance meaning if SAP calculates Group Currency amount $1000.10 and SAP takes upto 1000.18, So if i change the tolerance to 90 cents instead of 8 cents and try to enter $1001 and SAP can take it? ( I know its so weird requirement, we are not using SAP as it is, but everyone really wants it here:(

'Import the corresponding Support Package or implement the attached advance correction'
frankly speaking, i didnt understood what the SAP note is trying to say What i can make out from it was that There is some Program error and that needs to be rectified.
Can You please tell me as to how to imoplement this SAP note.

Tidal Email Adapter error monitoring folder 'INBOX':Illegal whitespace in address

I am experiencing an issue with a tidal email adapter and email events are not being triggered.
TIDAL Enterprise Scheduler: version 5.3.1.316
Java version: 1.6.0_27

Issue started shortly after our environment did a unexpected failover a couple of days ago. The servers have been rebooted but the issue still appears
I have disabled the email adapter and recreated a new one, issue is still there. Any suggestions on resolving this would be appreciated. The email mailbox is working and recieving messages, and I am able to connect using a pop3 client to the mailbox no problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We found the problem, there was an message in the inbox that is being monitored by the email event. The message was an undeliverable and the sender was = Mail Delivery Subsystem
We had received previous undeliverables from this company and the sender was = Mail Delivery Subsystem <[email protected]>
The email monitoring was impacted by those previous message but as soon as it only reflected Mail Delivery Subsystem and no email domanin name it failed.
Once we removed the messages from the inbox the email events triggered as expected. I now need to build a rule to remove these message from the mailbox.

I wont recommend turning off cookies in production.
Turning off cookies was only from a Performance
Testing perspective, Not using cookies for a performance test but using them in production, sort of invalidates the test, since much of the issue I had was the testing tool waiting for data to be returned to the cookies so it could be used to move to the next page.
Partner Management uses all of them. I uses iStore for its external launch page, OA framework for its functionality, but then links to Sales online for Opportunities, and Quotes which I believe is AK framework. so you have a mixture of several

Failed to resume automatic updates error 0x8024afff

I am running SCCM 2012 R2 with only one primary site. Windows updates seem to synchronize ok and i can manually push out updates and they install correctly. My issue happens when i try to deployed Automatic Updates for the first time. When i check the
ruleengine.log on the site server. i see that the rule doesn't find a single update to install even when i pick very simple parameters for the ADR to pick up. When i look at the updatehandler.log on the client side all i get is "Failed to resume automatic
updates error 0x8024afff" and it is unable to resume. our site only has 150 devices including servers. I'm only trying to configure an ADR for workstations. I have WSUS installed locally on the SCCM server and I am using a Remote Distribution point on
a Windows Server 2012 R2. I haven't been able to find much on this error code other than "0x8024AFFF WU_E_AU_UNEXPECTED An Automatic
Updates error not covered by another WU_E_AU * code." and no forums have been very helpful. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Automatic payment error - no valid payment method found

I created an invoice which i try to clear in f110. the vendor has the appropriate payment methods specified too but still I get this error "No valid payment method found " for that document.
kindly assist, if anyone knows where can be the error.
this is only for one company code.

Hi,
Check the configuration of Automatic Payment Program. Check "Bank Determination" and verify whether the paymetn method is set up for the House Bank determined by Automatic Payment Program configuration.
If the payment method in invoice or vendor master does nto match with the payemnt method set up for the house bank, you may get this error.

OEM 10.2.0.5 Errors Monitoring Oracle 11g on RHEL 5.3 64-bit

Hi,
I am trying to setup a grid control box to monitor two 11gR1 databases on a RAC cluster. We have Oracle CRS for the clustering software and we are using OEM GC 10.2.0.5. I have cloned 10.2.0.5 agents from the OMS install and the hosts show up in OEM.
The listener shows as down in the EM console. The database shows down too with "Agent Connection to Instance" failed with ORA-12545. Connect failed because target host or object does not exist (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach).
My emagemt_perl.trc has the following:
has_metrics.pl: Wed Jan 27 23:38:01 2010: WARN: WARN:has::Common:: has::Common::hasGetSQLResults: Could not
connect.
I discovered the targets with the agent, when it was added to EM. I also set the dbsnmp password but I am still getting the error.

Automatic Payment Error

Hi Gurus,
I am facing one error every time when i am running automatic payment. No permitted payment method exists.
For this every time I am editing the proposal and assigning payment method, House bank and A/c ID
already assigned House bank and payment method in verdor master. But still it is showing error. Is there any setting for this.

F 110 - Automatic payment ERROR MESSAGES

I am trying to charge a client by automatic payment (F110) but something happens and I canu2019t generate a payment proposal.
The 3 following error messages appear:
1) In u201CData medium administrationu201D I see:
No data records found for these selection criteria
Message no. FZ208
Diagnosis
No data could be accessed for this selection.
Possible causes are:
u2022     No data exists for the activated selection.
u2022     You have no authorization to display or edit data from this selection.
Procedure
First check whether your selection criteria are correct. You may need to expand the criteria to include a larger search area to check whether data exists in the system.
Make sure you have the proper authorizations for displaying and editing data. Read the Release note for DME management for further information on the authorization objects.
Proceed
2) When I try to see the payment proposal:
Company codes PS01/PS01 do not appear in proposal 08.04.2010 00000; correct
Message no. FZ003
Diagnosis
No data exists for the specified paying company code PS01 and the specified sending company code PS01 in payment proposal 08.04.2010 00000.
System response
The payment proposal cannot be edited.
Procedure
Check the flow trace and payment proposal list in order to determine why the specified company codes are not contained in the proposal.
3) In the u201CJob log entriesu201D I see:
Program RFFOBR_A: No records selected
Message no. F0073
Diagnosis
The system did not find any data to be processed in the payment dataset.
Procedure
Check the selection criteria with which you started the payment medium program RFFOBR_A and compare it with the payment list.
Client description:
The customeru2019s document has the following characteristics:
    Document date is 09/25/2008. Net due date was changed to 04/30/2010
ABOUT F110:
In F110 u201CParameteru201D I informed my company code, u201CPosting dateu201D is 04/08/2010 (today date), u201CDocs entered up tou201D is 04/08/2010, u201CCustomer items due byu201D 04/30/2010, u201CNext posting dateu201D 05/01/2010. The client number was also informed in all necessary tabs.
In FBZP:
Company code is informed as u201CPaying company codeu201D and payment method as well as payment medium program are informed u201CPayment method/countryu201D;
There is also a Form defined in u201CPayment methods in company codeu201D for the payment type to be used. There is no format defined in u201CPayment medium workbenchu201D (it is not defined to any payment kind. So I think it is not the problem).
Address details of customer are informed in Master data

Did you check your docuemnt if the payment method is there.
You could be mentioning a payment method in the F110, just check if you have the payment method on the document which you are expecting to process.

Error monitoring abap proxy in WorkBench

Hi all...
I have a problem monitoring an abap proxy in RWB. I receive this message when i try to see the details of the message (Message Content and Queue Monitor options in Message Display Tool) in message monitoring in RWB: User PIRWBUSER has no RFC authorization for function group HTTPTREE ., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE. In the other side, i can see the header of the message in the message data of the same option.
Any idea with this problem?

Hi,
check your RFC destination. Here is more info about this error message.
In general we get this error while trying to access Unicode / Non Unicode system using Non Unicode / Unicode RFC connection...Your RFC destination should have same Character Format of your target system
Please checkc this property in RFC desctination under Special Option tab.
For r/3 system, Menu->Status. Check if its unicode or not and it should have the same format as that is listed in RFC.
The user should have following authorizations:
SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER
SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER

Automatic clearing Error

Hi guys,
I have an issue where the user is running F.13.
He is giving a document number to clear and GR/IR clearing accounts in the select G/L account field.
The output generated is not selecting any items(vendors,customers or g/l accs).
The output says no clearing procedures are carried out in the error log.
The user says he wants to clear the GR/IR account and he is asking why he is not able to do that.
I am pretty new to F.13.
can anyone please explain.

Check the below mentioned all settings are done before you do F.13.
1) PREPARE AUTOMATIC CLEARING , PATH--Financial Accounting > General Ledger Accounting >Business Transaction >Open Item clearing >Prepare Automatic Clearing.
In this activity you enter the criteria for grouping an account's open items for automatic clearing. The clearing program clears the open items that are grouped together if their total balance equals zero in local and foreign currency.
You must enter the following standard criteria:
account type
account number or a number interval
2) Define Tolerance Group For G/L Posting.
3) Create Accounts For Clearing Differences.
( For G/L account clearing, tolerance groups define the limits within
which differences are accepted. In this activity you define the accounts
to which these differences should be posted.)

What is your database version? 9i or 10g.
There are plenty of information in AWR (automatic Workload Repository) in 10g that will help you detect/manage your performance problems and you won't need to write scripts. It will also allow you to define baselines/metrics and notification methods.
The beauty of the AWR is that you will be able to customize it based on your environment.
