Automatic GPS tagging based on shooting time and time from track

I often use geotaging and it's nice to see this feature in Lr. Anyway I found it very usefull but I can't find the abbility to make automatical linking coordinates from GPS track to photo based on the shooting time. It will be enought for me to forget about any other software (such as GeoSetter). Hope to find this option in Lr 4 release.

You cannot maintain atomic clock accuracy using software on a PC. Think
about it. You're running on a PC whose clock may gain milliseconds per
day if you're lucky, probably seconds / day.
Out of the box, Windows can do things (like downloading Windows updates)
which can delay operations for seconds.
It can take several milliseconds to update an indicator that shows the
time, if that is what you plan to do.

Does Cloud HCM time and attendance allow tracking by state to enable proper payroll withholding for state taxes?
Tracking time working each state you work in and having the wages properly withheld in payroll. The time system has to be able to capture and process tie in different states and pass it along. Payroll system then has to process multi-state taxes and withhold properly to ensure compliance.
Does Oracle Fusion Time and Labor can or can’t support this?

I ended up creating a second object tracker (102 in the below example) that tracks the first object (2 in the below example) such that it is only up when the other is down. This way only one of the 2 object can ever be up at one time and you can trigger the eem applets based on this. Have been using this for several years in a fielded system no issues.

To change your Apple ID, follow these steps:

GPS Access to high precision time and time stamping WASAPI microphone captures

I am interested in using multiple WPs to capture microphone WAV that is time stamped with high accuracy (sub millisecond), hopefully from the GPS system. The GPS hardware obviously has the capability to sub microsecond levels but I can't find an API for
it.

What I would like to do is get geo positional data, which has a defined statistical uncertainty but might be relatively better correlated and as accurate a time stamp as possible. Latency isn't an issue but consistency is. GPS, of course, easily produces
time information to sub microsecond though I don't know a way to access it in WP. .1ms consistency would be all I really need but it's important that each phone in a cluster be able to capture and time stamp a sound (assume all phones are equidistant
from a source) to within .1ms. I am thinking of a product that could be used, for one obvious example at weddings, to capture the proceedings and allow after the fact enjoyment by replaying the proceedings and shifting the focus on the bride/groom minister
as they talk using beam forming dsp tech from the data. There are other ways but it occurs to me that the ubiquity of smart phones would really make this easy. Just have the guests download an app. It would be part of a wedding doc package along with videography
and stills.

Is there any function in Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 which can insert shoting date and time.

To insert it into a image, not inside the file but on the photo.

Automatically creating data filename out of date and time information

I read somewhere (in a book, here ?) about a programmer who never keyed in a data filename to save his data file. He just used the system date and time to create his filename. For example: now would be 20028141032.dat (2002, August 14, 10:32 am)
I am looking to do something similar. I do want to add a spot of text after the date and time and save it as *.xls.
This way when you have a long list of data files, if you sort by name, they are sequentially in order.

Hi Terry,
You can use "Seconds to Date/Time" Funtion along with "File Dialog" Function to accomplish your task. You Unbundle the cluster from the "Seconds to Date/Time" with Year, Month, Day, Hour and Minute Information Convert and Append into One String. You Can add Pre or Post text to this String. Wire this to File Dialog Box and it will Pop up the Window With File Name in it as Default. Also the extemsion of the file name can be specified here. The User has Option to change this or accept this default name.
I have attached an Example Vi to Illustrate this(LV6.1) Take a Look. To Use this Just Wire the Path Information to your Saving Functional VI. Also the Vi Checks if File Exists or Dialog Box is Cancelled. And You may Build Functionality for the
se if you need them.

Daylight Savings Time and Time Zone Issue:

Howdy! Many of us woke up this morning to be dismayed to find that our iPhone was TWO hours behind instead of falling back one for the Daylight Savings Time adjustment, and were late for church. I have an iPhone 4S, with iOS 5...
I was working at that time of morning, and the initial switch went well. However, when I woke up, the clock was yet another hour behind. A little investigation showed that the Time zone had been changed to Denver (It was previously on Chicaco, and I live in Dallas.) I tried to select it to change it, and it wouldn't allow me. If I turned off the Set Automatically feature, then I could change it, but when I turned the Set Automatically feature back on, it would re-set the time zone to Denver.

To fix this, put in airplane mode, then back out again, then re-choose your correct time zone. If this doesn't work, then try turning your phone completely off and then on again. Thanks to 4n6doc for the tip!
The airplane mode trick worked for me: I turned airplane mode on, then off, then went to the Date & Time and set my time zone to Dallas, TX while the Set Automatically was off. When I turned the Set Automatically back on, it changed Dallas to Chicago, which is what every iPhone iOS I've ever had has done.

Yes this is a correct way to fix the issue. One thing however, how did you set the timezone? For correct daylight saving handling, you'll have to use the long version, like America/New Yorw, NOT GMT-5 (for example).

My requirement is to find the processing time (time taken) of a task done by an agent in wf. For that I use Start Date, Start Time, End Date and End Time ( from struc SWP_LOGTAB ). I have to display the time taken by an agent in the form WWd XXh YYm (or WWd XXh YYm ZZs) ex: 2d 10h 40m 20s.
Can any one suggest me the right FMs which take start and end date/time and give me the above format result?
This can be achieved manually with unnecessary Ifs and CASEs but its gonna be a performance issue. Please suggest me something SAP standard.

I don't find any function module, but it does'nt really hard to code this using DIV and MOD instructions :
If you've got your time in seconds :
w_day = w_time DIV 86400.
w_mod = w_time MOD 86400.
w_hour = w_mod DIV 3600.
w_mod = w_mod MOD 3600.
It doesn't seem too bad in term of performance....

ADF application taking more time for first time and less from second time

Hi Experts,
We are using ADF 11.1.1.2.
Our application contains 5 jsp pages, 10 - 12 taskflows, and 50 jsff pages.
For the first time in the day if we use the application it is taking more than 60 sec on some actions.
And from the next time onwords it is taking 5 to 6 sec.
Same thing is happening daily.
Can any one tell me why this application is taking more time for first time and less time from second time.

I will refer you to use SWWIHEAD table to retrieve start date and End Date of a Task. You have to write aprogram for this. You can find out the task from the field TS94000083 from WI_RH_TASK.
