Automatic outgoing Payment

Hi,
My first question is Can any one tell me the transaction code to see user exits for any any transaction?
Seconndly, My client wants to pay the vendors 30days after the invoices are created and use the transaction code F110(automatic outgoing Payment)to pay the vendors.Can it be done by any automation process?

For that you have to create in  OBB8  and assign the 30 days payment terms to vendor master.
For Automatic payment programme do the t.code FBZP APP setting

    Check the following points
    - check if you have configured your Payment program settings for the company code (FBZP) correctly.
    - The proposal will show that error message if there are no items due as on the proposal date, change the terms of payment (payment immediately) and in the proposal run give the posting date and documents entered upto date as till today's date.

  • Automatic outgoing payment in alternative currency

    Hi all,
    we are using release 4.7 200 and a collegue asked me that in automatic outgoing payment (F110) in alternative currency (USD for example) respect to company currency the system doesn't translate the amount into exchange rate of posting date but maintain the original fi posting in  USD. This behaviour is different if I register  manual payment (FB01) inputing USD. The system in this case translate the amount in usd into eur taking into account the ex.rate of posting date.

    I checked into customizing and I noticed that in FBZP the relevant currencies are left blank and it seems ok.
    I think it is not the point.
    Let me explain again and better.
    In manual outgoing payment by using (F-53) we post the payment in USD currency and clear the open item generating an exchange rate difference between invoice date and payment date exchange rate because I set EUR as company currency.
    It doesn't happen if I run automatic outgoing payment (F110) . The system, in this case, creates a fi posting for payment but it doesn't create any forex difference.
    I hope to have clarified the issue.

  • Automatic outgoing Payment (APP)

    In my client site business process is like this: they usually use transaction code F-43 for direct billing, then use transaction code F-02 to pass a JV with a special GL indicator( 'x' for retention with the posting key 21(dr) and 39(Cr) for the vendor,so that retention amount remains open in the respective ledger.To payment the rest of the amount to the vendor they use F-53.by partially clearing
    Now I am inplementing APP over here.For the direct billing case how do I get the rest of the amount In APP proposal run which is to be paid to the vendor?

    For APP to process special GL indicator, please go to tcode OBVU and add Special G/L Transactions to be Paid (Vendor).

  • Payment methods for automatic incoming payment processing.

    Hi,
    We have been using 'f110'  program for automatic outgoing payment processing. Now we are trying to set the incoming payment processing using the same program.  It should be mentioned that its a Canadian organization.  For outgoing payment, we have been using Bank transfer method, one of the available methods for outgoing payment. Our organization wants the same bank transfer method for the incoming payment processing. However, Bank transfer method is not belong to the group of incoming payment methods, rather it has the following methods:
                          1. Debit memo
                          2.   Bill/ex
                          3. Bill/ exch. pyt req.
                          4. Payment demand .
    I am just wondering is there anyway we can include the bank transfer method inside the incoming payment group or we can use any of the existing method for the same purpose.

    Dear Lockman,
    The payment method "B" can just be:   
    If outgoing payment:   Bank Transf           
    If incoming payment:   Debit memo            
    So Debit memo means Bank transfer for incoming payment.

  • Automatic Incoming Payments F110

    Hi Everyone,
    I have searched through the entire forum, and still did not find an answer to my question. I am running desperate, really hope someone can help me!
    I need to configure F110 to process incoming payments automatically. I have made all of the settings (as it seems to me), and I am still getting the error message 006 in payment proposal (no valid payment method found). In the proposal run at item level ID for Account Details (HKTID) is not getting selected automatically.
    As we are trying to make it automatically is of no use to asigned it manually.
    The company code is in BRAZIL, and the payment method I am trying to use is direct debit. I was also hoping that I will be able to generate the direct debit letter to the customers after, and to produce the flat file to the bank, but I cannot even get the payment program to run and post payments.
    Any help in this will be greatly appreciated. Please help!

    Hi,
    We are using T Code: F110 for Automatic Outgoing Payments only. We never tried for Incoming Payments.
    As per my knowledge F110 won't work for Incoming Payments.

    I'm facing a problem, when user add outgoing payment (payment mean by cheque), after successful add the outgoing payment, SAP system automatically print (send to printer) the outgoing payment.
    Anyone face the same problem?

    Hi Muhamad,
    Check if any user default is set for the particular user. go to Administration> Set up. General>Users. user default>Print> Add button will also--> untick print document. Hope this wil solve your problem.
    Also check under system initialization>Print preferences>per document> outgoing payment> untick print document.

  • Open item management_part payment with partial clearing_post outgoing payment process open items

    In this scenario of post outgoing payment process open items , i' m facing a error titled as below
    The difference is too large for clearing
    Message no. F5263
    Diagnosis
    A non-assigned difference exists for the specified clearing amount.
    The difference for an automatic difference posting must not be greater than the difference permitted for the user, nor greater than the difference permitted for the tolerance group that is contained in the customer/vendor master record.
    System Response
    It is not possible to automatically charge off the difference.
    Procedure
    You can charge off the difference manually using the function "Clear differences". You define the upper limits for automatically clearing differences in the tolerance group assigned to the user.
    Change tolerance groups for user
    I gave the specifications in (OBA4 screen) i.e., change tolerance groups for users/employees are as follows
      Amount per document : 9999999999
    Amount per open item account item : 9999999999
    Cash discount per line item : 10%
    Permitted payment differences left blank
      What else do i need to execute ?
    Please aid me in resolving the error....

    Hi,
    it seems you want to make a partial payment of 15000, select the line item against which you want to make the payment. On the payment amount field put -15000 and then simulate. It will credit the bank account and debit you expense account. Pls refer the screen shot.

    Can we use the installment plan in FI-CA for the outgoing payments to business partners. Our company has lot of lease contracts and these contracts have payments due to be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. All these lease contracts are managed in SAP Real estate Flexible objects. We want to use FI-CAx for making payments to these contracts and hence we are looking for integration between FI-CA and RE-flexible objects.
    From what I heard FI-CA is a receivables module and is not best suited for payables, so please let me know if we can use the outgoing payment plan and installment plan in FI-CA for making payments to business partners.
    This is a bottleneck in our implementation. So please help me asap.

    u2022I would say Yeah. ofcourse there is a way to do it provided you have created existing OI in Real estate in FI-CAX. This is because, weu2019d Refund money to the customer. In the same token I do not see any problem in paying monies to them!!!!
    u2022You need to create your RE-FX contracts unto FICA as Contract Accounts <1:1 ratio>.
    Our company has lot of lease contracts and these contracts have payments due to be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. We want to use FI-CAx for making payments to these contracts and hence we are looking for integration between FI-CA and RE-flexible objects.
    u2022Assuming that you have your RE-Fx data unto FICA, next step is to configure Instalment plans < monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual >.
    u2022Next you create Instalment plans for the contract accounts <FICA> as required.
    u2022Now, if you want to pay the amount, you need to attach outgoing payment method in Contract Account, Configure your Payment program.
    u2022Now run your Payment Run <FPY1 =4.72; FPYS = ECC>.
    u2022All the OI would be cleared. If you want to send the file to the bank, you can do so or you can also issue cheques.

    Other points you need to consider:
    1. Are the amounts in RE-FX consistent <equal through out the installment plans>?
    2. Do you want to create separate Installment plans in FICA?
    3. If yes, above should be helpful.
    4. If not, identify an Interface between RE-FX and FICA.
    5. What are your plans to close the Contracts in RE-FX once all the Installment plans are being paid in FICA?
    6. Do you want to establish an Interface between RE-FX and FICA so that data would be transferred bt them automatically?
    7.Is point no 6 one way or 2 ways <i.e RE-FX to FICA and vice versa>
    8. What is the volume and frequency?
    9.Other points if any

    We have a requirement where in we need to create an outgoing  payment file in EDI820 with in SAP.
    We basically need to create specifications in EDI820 format for the bank to print checks and make wires and EFT payments.
    That EDI820 file will be created at the time of Automatic Payment Run(F110).
    Right now our client is sending a flat file to external service provider and they are creating EDI820 files and sending to the banks. Going forward the services of this service provider will be decommissioned and  an EDI820 file is to be generated in SAP and sent to the bank via SWIFT Net.
    Bank has provided us a sample file and file format for EDI820. This file format contains ST, BPR, RMR, REF etc records. There records have different codes and qualifiers.
    As far as we have analyzed, there are no standard SAP programs that can generate flat file in the EDI 820 format. Therefore we are heading towards developing a Z program for creating an EDI820 format.
    We are facing problem in mapping this file with SAP fields. We need to know how exactly we can map this file in SAP so as to create a program to generate EDI820. If anybody has had a similar requirement (for creating outbound EDI820 in SAP) and can provide us some lead, it will be greatly helpful for us.

  • Issue in Outgoing Payments

    I have an issue in Outgoing payments. Our client books the invoice at gross level through MIRO. Then there are deductions which are made based on various parameters like quality, volume, trade and other such parameters. Now They have a process in Legacy, where in the user after booking the invoice selects same and enters the various discounts in the system. System then generates the payment advise with the details of deductions and the invoice details, which is sent to the vendor. A payment advise document number is also generated.
    While preparing the outgoing payment in legacy, the user just selects the payment advise number and the bank name and the system creates the cheque and passes the accounting entries.
    We suggested the user to pass the deductions through MIRO. Then the accounting entries for outgoing payment could be passed through F110 /F-53/F-58, where in the invoice and the bank have to be selected. Thereafter, with reference to the outgoing payment document, a cheque is perpared manually if using T code F-58 or F-53 or automatically, if using F110. We suggested to the client to develop an ABAP form which would give the out put in the same way as legacy.
    However, the client is insisting that the process should be mapped exactly as in legacy.

    The program that sends the flat file should give you all the necessary fields, selection criteria, etc.  If the third-party constructs EDI820 from it, then there is enough data in that file for you to add steps to create an 820. 
    So, I'd start with the existing program, a particular outbound file and a copy of the 820 file created from it (if that can be obtained) and figure out how the intermediary converted the data to the correct format.  Piece of cake, right?

    I want someone to help me with a query that will automatically pick the G/L account code and name on a UDF i have created on the title of the payments.
    So that i use the OVPM to bring out the Account code and name.

    Has anyone develop solution for the Bank Charges in Outgoing payment ?
    Under Incoming Payment, there is a bank charge field which is will post together with the amount received from customer.
    We would like to have the same function in Outgoing Payment and automatically post in Journals. How can SDK help ?

    Try this work around for bank charges involved while making payments.
    Example
    Amount due to supplier-10000
    Bank charges - 100
    Total payment - 10100
    1)Go to outgoing payment screen/type the vendor and select the invoice of 10000.
    2)Go to payment means and against bank column enter 10100
    3)In payment means in row two type bank charges for 100
    The system will throw an error saying bank charges is not cash account.still u can post the entry.
    The accounting entry will be
    Supplier a/c Debit - 10000
    To bank a/c Credit -10100
    To Bank charges a/c credit - (100)
    (instead of debiting bank charge expenses it is crediting the charges in negative figure / impact is same)

  • F-53 Post outgoing payment- help

    When a user tries to post and manual outgoing payment using F-53 for a vendor he is getting a warning message “No open items were found” however there are open items for that vendor which are due for payment. I looked into the data he is entering on the selection screen of the F-53 transaction and can’t see any mistake on his end. I tried the same F-53 for the same vendor in quality system and it is working me and as well as for him (with his user ID). Can anyone tell me what could be the cause for the above problem? Is there anything with security access? Or customization of manual outgoing payments? Your help is highly appreciated and awarded with points.

    Hi,
    Whether it is automatic payment program or individual manual payment, open items should be displayed and no specific configuration required for F-53.
    I suggest to check in the first screen, whether any additional selections radio button is selected. If you select "NONE", all open items should be selected. Further, check whether the standard open items check box is selected. If this check box is not selected no open items will be displayed.
