Automatic payement program error - F110
Hi,
I've implemented the automatic payement program and by mistake I forgot to set the number range for the payement document which is generated automatically by the automatic payement program. After I've finished the customizing, I tried to execute this program and I had an error about the number range for the payement document. After this no payement has been made.
Now I have a big problem with the documents that had to be payed with this program. Although they are not payed, now I can't pay them neither with F-53, nor with F110. They apear in the vendor's opened items and I can't see them in f-53 and f110.
Can anybody help me with this problem?

Hi,
Finaly I solved the problem. Because the number range interval (of the payment doc generated by F110) missed from the customisimg, my job has been interupted (after the error I made the nr range int in customising). After this, I didn't have any proposal, and I didn't see any invoices to pay in F110 any more. The problem was that the job has not been finished (was interupted).
So, I copied the job and restarted. This time the job worked ok.

I solved that problem and getting below error:
"Customer/vendor does not have suitable bank details for pmnt method C"
Message no. FZ019
Diagnosis
Either no bank details have been entered in the customer/vendor master record or the bank details cannot be used for the payment method entered.
For example, a payment method can require that a collection authorization exists or that the customer's/vendor's bank be in its home country.
System response
The payment method entered is not accepted.
Procedure
If the customer/vendor master record is maintained incompletely, complete the bank details.
But i maintained bank data in master record and assigned payment method to that bank

Automatic payment program - error No permitted payment method exists
Hi All,
I am doing the automatic payment run and done all the necessary config in FBZP.
1) Created the payment program at country level and assigned payment program
2) Created the payment method at company code level for check and assign the Check Form
3) Coming to Bank determination:
a) Ranking order : given the payment method(A -> Check) ,currency(MYR), ranking order (1) and assigned to house bank (CIMB)
b) Bank accounts : given house bank , payment method ,currency, account ID and clearing account number.
4) assigned the payment method (A) in vendor master.
when i run the payment run for the vendor in F110 for company code system hitting below errors:

I did check the 1) vendor address -> No gaps
2) My one is check printing not bank transfer
3) I did check all the vendor line items no payment blocks. user already unblock the relevent item to make payment.
Here weird thing is system hitting the same above mentioned error even I updated the payment method(C) and house bank (CIMB) in each and every line item of vendor invoice.

APP - Automatic Payment Program FBZP / F110
Hi,
We are in ECC 6.0 and activated document splitting on profit center wise.
So each profit center is responsible to make payment to the vendor to the extent of the profit center transaction even though the vendor supplies to all profit center.
Banks are different on each profit center wise.
In APP - I can define Business area wise APP
Is there any possibility to make the payment to vendor on profit center wise through APP.
Please provide me your suggestions

we are selecting the BSEG-PRCTR profit center in the free selection. and specifying the vendor.
If we see in the BSEG table for that particular document, in system there is no profit center information for the lineitem of vendor.
So how the system will display the profit center wise documents for payment.
Please provide sugessions. is there any other way to get the information.

F110 - Automatic Payment Program - Payment Proposal Error
Hi Folks,
I am running Automatic Payment Program on F110. I have completed all the procedure in FBZP.
The Error is
Company codes ZZZ1/ZZZ1 do not appear in proposal 07/30/2008 RUN01; correct
Its says,
No data exists for the specified paying company code ZZZ1 and the specified sending company code ZZZ1 in payment proposal 07/30/2008 RUN01.
It will be helpful, if someone can post the remedy.

The dates are not falling in the run date. So please change the dates in the Parameters tab in F110 i.e Posting Dates and Doc. Posted upto.

Run date problem in F110 - automatic payment program
Hi.
I am trying to run the automatic payment program in F110. I am facing the problem with the run date in this transaction. System is not giving me any error if i give the run date as today's date or future date.
But in run date if i give previous date system is not executing the automatic payment program.
Eg: Inovice posted on 01.01.2012. It becomes due on 01.01.2012. I gave run date as today's date 04.01.2012 or future date the system is executing correctly picking all invoices. But if i give the run date as previous to the current date i.e., 02.01.2012 or 03.01.2012 then system is not executing this transaction.
This problem is coming for all company codes. So if there is any setting for restricting run date request you to help me in this regard where can i do such setting.

My problem is solved.
Actually client is entering the documents with posting date for earlier months whereas he has entered the documents this month.
Therefore system is not picking the invoices in F110 - automatic payment program.
Actually the run date entered is getting copied to the parameters entered i.e., posting date and documents entered upto date.
Documents are entered in the system this month with posting dates of previous months. Therefore if i give the run date as this month date the run date is getting copied to doc entered upto date in the parameters tab as this month date. So only system is not picking invoices since invoices are entered in the system this month only.
Now we changed the date for doc entered upto with previous month date and system is picking the invoices.

I am Running the Automatic payment program in (F110) by assigning all of my company vendors (Ex. 0 to 9999) Normally i will take 10 to 20 hours time to complete the proposal.
In time of APP running when i am trying to post the any of the vendor document it is not allowing to post and getting the error as " Account .......... is blocked by the payment run"
Please give me the solution.
How can we post any of the the vendor documents when the APP is running.
If the APP runs 20 to 30 hours means we can not stop the vendor transactions.

I understood your question.
What Iam asking is you to run the APP in background. SAP gives you a option to run the APP in background using T.code F110S.
If you have multiple company codes and multiple vendors you can break the APP into several runs so that system will not take much longer time.
The solution given by me will reduce the time taken for APP but it cant resolve the blocking issue. Once your APP runs with in 12 hrs (May be you can schedule a job in night), this may not interrupt the regular business like posting of Invoices in F-43 etc.

Automatic payment program - urgent
Dear all,
i configured automatic payment program. when i run the automatic payment program using f110, accounting documents to Vendor account and house bank account are not generated. In the status bar, only the following messages appear:
"Parameters have been entered"
"Payment proposal has been created"
"Payment run has been carried out"
The following message is not appearing:
"Posting orders: X generated, X completed."
Can anyone guide me to solve this issue?

You get the message Posting orders X(Ususally no. of documents) generated and X completed, it means that your proposal was successful. You will not get the document number in the status. Click on the Payment proposal log to view the document number generated.

Debugging Automatic Payment Program ?

When i make payment thru transactions (f-58 ) i m able to enter into the program thru debugging but when i try uding the automativc payment program (F110) i m unable to eneter the program.

RFFOUS_C is the standard program i m using and ZFIIF_PRENUM_CHK is the form routine.
I have tried placing a break point in both the programs and also tried to debug the script
(Activate Debugger), but still the control doent pass thru the these objects for the automatic payment program (tcode F110).
Please suggest.

could you please check carefully the exception list and the payment/proposal log in F110, in which you can find the reason why it included in the "exception list".
Did you activate the Additional Log? what does the log say?
You should analyze the proposal log in detail in this case. Also could you please ensure that this vendor is not blocked for payment and you have not entered the Payment block in the affected documents.

F110 Automatic Payment program
Hi ,
We have an issue in th Automatic payment program F110.
We have a few vendor invoices ( 1500 euros ) for a vendor X. There is also a credit memo for that vendor (100 Euros ). When we run F110 the credit memo is going to the Exception list with an error message "001 No pymt possible because items with a debit bal.still exist "; and the invoices for 1500 euros had been paid.
Please let us know why the payment program could not net off the Credit memo against the invoices making into a payment of 1400 Euros only to the vendor.

You will first have to CLEAR the credit memo for that vendor (100 Euros) against the invoice raised and then run the payment run for the balance credit amount. Payment run will not execute if it finds any debit balance as open item for the vendor.

F110-Automatic payment program payment made in other countries
I have 50 Company codes(Different countries) and one paying company code(US). Now i want to set up FBZP config. .. what should i do to enable the inter-country/inter-company payments using F110(Automatic Payment Program).

In step 1 of FBZP, i.e. "All company code", when i try to enter a "New Entry", and when i try to set paying company code(which is in US) for other company codes that are outside US, i get the following error.
"Company code <paying company code> is not permitted as the paying company code
Message no. F3063
Diagnosis
The paying company code and the company code on whose behalf the payment is being made must be in the same country, have the same local currency, and display the same currencies managed in parallel. The setting regarding extended withholding tax functions (active or not active) must also be identical for both company codes.
System Response
The entry is not accepted since these requirements are not met.
Procedure
Correct your entry.

Mainly you should check following points
1.if you run APP all payment documents are in over due
2.check payment block
3.check minumum and maximum amounts for incomming and out going payments
4.check all dates
5.check nest due date
6.check all customization steps

How to put default section code in Automatic payment program(F110)

Is it possible to put default section code(BSEG-SECCO) in transaction code F110 for down payment transactions through Automatic payment program.
in our company section code is required field for vendor transactions, if i am doing the transaction F-48 or F-53 or F-58 , i can able to give the input for section code, But when i am executing the auto payment against payment request system showing the error message 'Please Enter 1001 As Section Code" based on my validation rule for section code for posting key 29 with account type K
How to overcome the above section code issue in auto payment without deactivation of validation.Hi,
Just confirm how many section codes you are having.
If you are having only one section code for your company code then you can achieve this by developing a substitution rule.
T.code GGB1
Prerequisite
BSEG-BUKRS = 1000(give your company code)
Substitution
BSEG-SECCO=1001(give your section code)
Here take constant and give section code manually
If you are using business area then you need to give business area in prerequisite and respective section code in substitution.
After you define the substitution you need to activate for your company code through T.code OBBH.

Create Automatic Payment Transactions (F110)
Purpose
Use this procedure to generate checks proposals or ACH proposals and then subsequently issue checks or set up ACH files to be transmitted to the bank.
Trigger
Perform this procedure when through either an ACH or a check, a creditor of the University needs to be paid.
Prerequisites
Open invoices with reached due dates have to be present in the SAP system.
Menu Path
Use the following menu path to begin this transaction:
· Select Accounting Financial Accounting Accounts Payable Periodic processing Payments to go to the Automatic Payment Transactions: Status screen.
Transaction Code
F110
Business Process Information
The automatic payment process will be centrally managed in the Accounts Payable Office. The automatic payment program will be executed each day for all open invoices (across vendors) in the system. There will be separate payment run execution corresponding to each payment method category:
Check payments: clears the open invoices and issues a check output
ACH payments: clears the open invoices and issues an ACH file output
Foreign currency payments: clears open invoices but no output is issued
State/Grant payments: clears open invoices but no output is issued
The process steps executed during the automatic payment program are:
Enter Payment Parameters
Edit/review Payment Proposal
Post Payments
Generate Payment Medium (print checks or create ACH payment file)
Generate Positive Payment File
The payment parameters are entered in order to limit the open invoices and credits selected for payment. It is important to note that the payment terms that are defined on the invoice will drive whether a invoice is due for payment during the current payment run. During the payment program execution, the invoices that are due for payment will be presented to the user on a payment proposal list.
The payment proposal is a list of expected payments grouped by vendor account. Invoices that are due for payment but cannot be paid due to some kind of accounting or system error are listed as exceptions. Examples of typical exceptions are missing banking information (for ACH payments) and blocked invoices. Some payment exceptions will be resolved at the Accounts Payable Office. However the Department must resolve some exceptions. When these types of exceptions appear on the payment proposals, the Accounts Payable Office will inform the Department of the blocked payment in order to get a resolution. Key personnel in the Accounts Payable Office will be the only resources to have access to the editing function of the payment proposal processing. Typically, there is no business reason the edit or change a payment proposal. Editing options for a payment proposal includes: changing the default disbursing bank account information or changing the payment method.
After the payment proposals have been reviewed and edited, the proposals are posted as payments. It is important to note that any open credit on the vendor's account is also taken in consideration when creating the vendor's payment. The payment method supplement defined on the invoice will drive the check sorting.
In addition to the printed check output, the payment program run produces an ACH file and a Positive Pay file. Both files are sent to the bank for further processing. The ACH file contains the vendor's payment and banking data. The Positive Pay file contains the check data (check processed, voided, etc) and is used for confirmation of payments.
Helpful Hints
· The R/O/C column in the field description tables below defines whether the field is required (R), optional (O), or conditional (C).
· On certain screens you may have to scroll to view some data entry fields.
· Click the tab to view the current overall status of the payment process by viewing the informational messages.

Select to the left of Exclude values.
Include only those open items that match your field value
Deselect to the left of Exclude values.
7. Click the tab.
This information is used to expand the information that is automatically recorded in the payment run log. The payment run log is used to diagnose any program errors during the payment run.
