Automatic print out after PGI

Dear all ,
we have a requirement that when the PGI is completed ie once the PGI button is clicked and when the delivery gets saved the delivery note printing should start printing.
Is this can be done through standard customising or it needs any devlopment by ABAP.
pls treat this as urgent and reply .

Dear Baranidharan,
You can get this requirement through configuring the Output determination for Outbound deliveries.
To do this IMG path is
SPRO>Logistics Execution>Shipping>Basic shipping functions>Output control>Output determination>Maintain Output dtermination for Outbound deliveries.
-->Maintain Condition Tables
-->Maintain Output Types
-->Maintain Access Sequences
-->Maintain Output Determination Procedure
-->Assign Output Determination Procedure
In the output determination procedure you maintain the Routine 1-Delivery GI posted for your output type.
You maintain the condition records with the printer details in VV21 transaction.
Now you can able to get the delivery output print automatically when the completion of the PGI

Use Tcode VF03, display the cancelled invoice.
Provide the cancelled invoice number that is generated on cancellation.
Click on "Goto" in the menu bar. then Goto- Header- Output.
Check whether there is any output present here with status as "Green" light.
If the header output is not maintain, check for item.
Accordingly, check your output determination in tcode VV32"..
Provide the output type mention in canceled invoice.
Based on your requirement, either modify or delete the condition record by selecting it.

Automatic print out of a document that is created via B1iSN

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to print out of a document (purchase invoice) automatically after it has been created via B1iSN?
Does anyone have an example or a link how to realize this?

thanks for your fast reply.
we have a subsidiary A that does all the accounting and sales for subsidiary B (that works as a commercial unit). All goods that are sold in B are purchased in A. We have connected the two subsidiaries via B1i. A sales order in B automatically generates a purchase order that is send to A via B1i (B1PO2B1SO scenario). The invoice from A for these goods is send to B as a purchase invoice via B1i.
This purchase invoice ought to be printed out automatically as the staff and printers are in the same office.

Po print out after making changes in po

hi experts,
we r facing a problem ,after making a po when we edit it for additon of some more materials and take the print out ,only item that were there in po intially are coming , it is not printing all the items that are that are added i po, but po print out is coming ok ,it is showing alll the items,can anybody help why it is coming like this .points will be awarded surely

In Message determination for PO, you have an output type (eg.,NEU) for printing the changed PO.
This has to be created(if not maintained) and maintained in "Fine tuned message control" in SPRO and it should be ticked in the last column.
Try this and it should work.

Automatic log-out after 20 minutes working in a layout

We have an automatic log-out of the layout after 20 minutes of work. The time out is set up at 58 minutes. Does anyone know of a paramater in a 3.0B that would trigger this log-out ? Something separate from the main time-out ?

It is not different from main time-out as per my understanding.
As step 1, pls check your patch level to SEM. The current patch level is 12.
Step 2: The time-out/idle time parameters are set by the Basis consultant. Please explain to your Basis person and he/she will help you out.
Step 3: Have you checked that whether you are locked? whether your transactions take longer or longest time to excute? or hangs over? Then it may be a software bug. Please take-up with SAP OSS support.
PS: Please award suitable points if the answers provide direction and clue.

Hide Link in footer area of print out after Printable page is clicked

In iExpense after submiting the claim there is a printable page button appears by which user can get the print of the
claim raised. But ont point is there ... in printout of the claim (hardcopy) .. in the footer area of the paper .. a
link appears i.e. http://erpdev.mycompanyname.com:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OASF=OIE_EXPENSE_R..
my client doesn't want that link in print out of the claim but I am unable to find that link in my OAF page...thant link
only appears in printout.
Is there any idea to hide that link in printout..

Automatic log out after 60 min inactivity

Is it possible to increase time for the system log out after inactivity of 60 minutes?
In other cloud solutions it is possible via adapt mode to change it
(15 min, 25 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours)

Print Delivery after PGI (Doc is Partially Processed ? )

Hi All,
We are trying to print the Delivery doc on completing PGI. The config has been set up with routine 1 and it's working correctly and creates a output line with appropriate output type.
The issue is the output line in the output determination in VL02N is 'Partially Processed' (yellow indicator). We want to get it in 'Completely Processed' (Green) automatically as soon as we complete the PGI.
For the output type we have used 'Dispatch time' = 4 (Send Immediately)
Any suggestion is welcome.

Before i give you a solution, i want you to first run RSNAST00 program for the delivery in question. Check if after executing this program for the delivery, the yellow status turns to green.
Note:- Object key should be prefixed with zeros - for instance 0080000123 and application = V2

New Ink Cartridge but can not print out/copy any document.

I have HP Printer Deskjet 1050. I've just bought 1 x Original HP Ink Cartridge Colour Black No.61 that can be used as well for my HP Deskjet 1050 (because I could't get No.802 Black Cartridge). I have pulled out the empty one and pushed the new one in until I heard snap sound (I've followed as what is in the instruction poster). Before my old Ink was empty, I was able to print either black or colour. Now, after I've got new one pushed in, I couldn't print nothing, even the alignment page doesn't automatically print out after all cartridges are pushed in and cartridge door was closed. My Black Ink warning light is blinking all the time. I can scan to my computer/laptop but can not print it out or make copy from the printer. This printer is not compatible for my laptop with OS Windows 8.1 (64-bit), but I was able to use my printer for printing thru my laptop by using HP AiO Printer Remote. Please help?

Welcome to the HP support Forums! I see you have replaced the black cartridge on your HP Deskjet 1010, but it is not registering the new cartridge. You are unable to copy or print, you can make a scan. I notice you said your DJ 1010 was not compatible with the Windows 8.1 Operating system, there are full feature software and drivers available for your printer.

Now, the software:
1. Unplug the USB if using a direct connection.
2. Remove the HP DJ 1010 software from your computers Control Panel's Uninstall a program option.
3. Restart the computer.
4. Make sure all the DJ 1010 software is gone from the programs list as well as your HP folder listed under the All programs in your Start Menu.
5. Now go ahead and download the software and drivers for your DJ 1010 (DO NOT plug in USB until the software prompts you to):

Print out confirmation after entering confirmation in CO11n

Hello,
we need to automatically print out an confirmation slip or some kind of document that shows the amount of confirmed materials every time we have confirmed operation 0150 (Co11n) which is always our last production order operation.
Is there a way to do that?

Hi,
Inorder to get the print of any shop floor control papers you to configure the same in SPRO : Tcode : OPK8 against the user and Plant.
If you want to have your specific layout then you need to create a FORM and Assign the same here agianst the Ref Ord , Plant, List, Output devics, SAP Script Form.
You can even give the printer Specification here, which can be assigned to Plant., MRP COntroller and List combination
If you want to restrict at the transaction level it is possible to do here.

Replaced ink cartridges and no ink shown on new print outs

I have a HP 8500 a9110 printer. I just replaced all three color ink cartridges (black cartridge is still good). After replacing, I tried to print and all that comes out are white print outs with no color or very slight tone. I attempted to go Tools and clean and align heads. The clean worked but received failure on align option. I turned off and unplugged unit and also removed and put back in new ink cartridges. I also removed the both heads and cleaned off with soft cloth. Has anyone experienced this issue before. Any assistance is appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems.
Are you using HP genuine cartridges? I'm asking because using any other cartridges could result in many hardware
problems and issues also in ruining the printer.
If that's not the problem, can you take a look at this link and see if you've missed any steps in replacing the cartridge?
Replace Print Cartridge
After replacing any cartridge, the printer should automatically print out a diagnostics page.
Also, cleaing the cartridges could help in this case. The instructions to do so are in this link:

Automatically print fax call report from LaserJet 500 MFP M525

How do you set up an LaserJet 500 MFP M525 to automatically print out a Fax Call report after each fax is sent? We are receiving a report after each fax is received and I do not want that. I need to have proof of fax sent. Please help!!! thanks

I am looking for the User Guide for the LaserJet 500 MFP M525 now. Page 153 lists the notification setting. This should be the setting to get a report on sent faxes.
1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, scroll to and touch the Administration button.
2. Open the following menus:
Fax Settings
Fax Send Settings
Default Job Options
Notification

Version number in Print Out of PO

Dear All,
We are using the standard output for the print out of PO.Version number is not coming in that printout.Anything has to be enabled to get it in the print out.

Have you made version management active for your document type?
SPRO- MM- Purchasing - Vertion Mgmt
SPRO- MM- Purchasing - Messages - Mtypes for PO - then maiatain your document type for the change ( 2) operation.
After every version is created then take print-out.
In the print out after the PO number you will get the version number.

Automatic Payment Run - Automatic Print of settlement lists

When the payment run in F110 is completed, the spool is getting generated. But the spool generated is not getting printed automatically, and we are doing it manually.
The system set up in FBZP looks fine for printing Any suggestions for automatic print out will be of great help. Also please throiw Thanks.

The action required is -
Go to Variant - click on Print paramters- click on Properties - double click on time of printing - select print immediately and save the variant.
It was previously selected as "send to SAP spooler only".

Print out of GI inspection sheet

I am facing one problem from an user pertaining to automatic print out of GI inspection sheet.Here first goods receipt takes place with movement type 103 and then goods are placed into unrestricted stock through movement type 105(placing material into unrestricted stock).Immediately when posting the 105 document , a goods issue inspection sheet is printed automatically
from a designated printer
The quality department have given few SAP user ID and have asked that the given user IDS also need to have automatic printing faciility when 105 document is posted
Can any one help me in providing this solution.

The user needs to set the Parameter 'NDR' in uppercase for the user account (tcode SU3)
NDR : Print via output control in MM - Inventory management.
This will ensure that the Material Document is printed at the time of the goods movement.
