Automatic Scheduling Agreement from Purchase Requisition

Hi All,
Can we craete a Scheduling agreement automatically from a Purchase requisition? The scenario is like we will be craeting a third party Sales order and through ALE/IDOC system will generate a PR. Now we want to create a Scheduling agreement against the same PR automatically. Is it possible to do this through some customization in SPRO?
Satisfactory answers will be rewarded.
Thanks
Indrashish

Hi Indranish
Scheduling agreement is long term contract. There is no need to create SA against each  PR (requirement).Normally SA will be created as a long term agreement with supplier and whenever u need the material u can raise delivery schedules against the SA.These delivery schedules can generated by MRP run automatically.
I don't understand the your business requirement of each PR to be converted to SA.Can u give so more details of your requirement. If the requirements are continuous, user can raise the requisition with document type RV and same thing can be converted in to Outline agreement.

  • Scheduling agreement and purchase requisitions

I have created a scheduling agreement for a material for 50000. There are dependent requirements on this material which creates scheduling lines. When the cumulative quantity of scheduling lines is greater than 50000 I want MRP to create purchase requisitions instead of scheduling lines based on dependent requirements. Is this possible thru configuration. Currently it creates scheduling lines even after the cumulative quantity is greater than the scheduling agreement quantity of 50000.
    thanks a lot

    Hi
Cosider following SA-50000 nos ,Material in MMR MRP view1 is 100000.Dependent Req.25000 nos,Stock 0 nos
Case 1 : After MRP run it creates sch.lines for 25000 nos.
    Case 2 : If dependent req.is 50000 then it creates. sch.lines for 50000
Case 3 : If dependent req.is 100000 then it creates sch.lines for 50000 and depending upon processing paramters while running MRP, it creates planned orders or pur.reqs. for balnce 50000

  • Is it possible to create Automatic Scheduled Agreement like Automatic PO

Could you please explain, is it possible to create an automatic schedule agreement from the PR, PIR (ie.e viz.. as Creation of Automatic Purchase Order)

    Hi
Why you want to generate the Scheduling agreement automatically?  What is the requirment? Volume is high?
As Sridhar mentioned you have no option in standard SAP to create automatic scheduling agreement. But you can create delivery schdule via MRP.
If you have more volume then go for developing the program with ABAP guys.
if the requirment is for Cut over only then go for LSMW or BDC options.
    Hoe it helps

  • Transfer attachment document from purchase Requisition(ME51n,ME52n) to Purc

    Hi
How to do Transfer attachment document from purchase Requisition(ME51n,ME52n) to Purchase order(ME21n,ME23n).

    Hi Muthu,
I understand that it is possible to bring attachments from ECC to the SRM system for the new release.
However, I have a slightly different question.
If I want to bring in requirements from a legacy system to SRM 7.0 system directly, what is the feasability of the same? If I have an attachment linked in the legacy system, then is it possible to bring it in SRM 7.0 system directly or will I be forced to route it to ECC 6.0 and then use the Plan Driven Procurement scenario for getting it into SRM?

  • Create Purchasing Order from Purchasing Requisition

    Hi,
I need to create in a report a Purchasing Order from Purchasing Requisition. I have seen the Bapi BAPI_PO_CREATE; Can I create order from requisition without fill all field and only
the requisition and ther obligatory field?
    Thanks
    Francesco

    Hi
Try out what all parameters are obligatory in case of Purchase Requsition using the FM - 'BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE' in R/3 back-end..
and then try creating PO using 'BAPI_PO_CREATE1' or 'BAPI_PO_CREATE' Function modules.
Also try creating P Req manually using ME51N / ME51 Transactions and debug the process to get further details, if any.

  • Purchase order from Purchase requisition

    Hi all,
How can we create purchase order from Purchase requisition number?
Any BAPI or Function Module for changing purchase requisition  to purchase order .........
Thanks in advance for all your help.

    Hi,
Have you had a look through transaction BAPI to see if there is anything suitable?
I've just had a quick look and found BAPI_REQUISITION_RELEASE_GEN which should release the PR and then maybe you could use BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and see if there is a way to reference the PR?
Or what about looking at the transaction ME59N to see how that works?
    I'm just guessing here sorry.

  • Scheduling agreement from MM to SUS

I have implemented plan driven procurement with supplier integration, when i try to transfer scheduling agreement from MM to SUS , it does get transfer to XI then XI is able to send the XML to SUS system.
When I check the SXMB_MONI for the XML status in SUS,
System give me this message:  No implementing class registered for the interface (ABAP interface, request message DeliveryScheduleNotification_In, request message, namespace http://sap.com/xi/SCMBasis/Global)

  • Scheduling agreement from ECC 6.0 to SRM EBP 5.0

    Hi experts
is there a way to send from ECC 6.0 to SRM EBP 5.0 all the kinds of scheduling agreements?
    thanks
    regards
    andrea

    Hi Andrea,
It is not possible to send Scheduling agreements from ECC to EBP.Same is the case with contracts.
You can only upload backend contracts to SRM. Using GOA you can create either a contract or a Scheduling agreement in R/3.
As informed by Usman, when you integrate R/3 (MM) with SUS it is possible to send S.As to vendors via SUS.
Hope this makes you more clear.Clarifications are welcome.

  • Fetch Sales Order number VBELN from Purchase requisition number BANFN

    Hi,
I'm not able to find a suitable method to fetch the sales order number(VBELN) from the purchase requisition number(BANFN).
I tried using VBEP table to fetch the data, but it is giving serious performance issues, as in for fetching one record it is taking approx 20 seconds!!!
Kindly suggest a suitable method for this.
I've used the query as folllows:
    select single vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into (wa_vbep-vbeln, wa_vbep-banfn)
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
where: wa_vbep is the workarea having two fields vbeln and banfn, and wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn is the reference preq number.
    Scenario in brief described below:
Whenever a direct delivery sales order is created on a supply chain plant, a dummy purchase requisition without source of supply is created automatically at preferred supplying plant for the customer in the sales order. Direct Delivery Sales Orders which are still in Open status and for the associated dummy purchase requisitions with these sales order, the deletion flag set has to be unchecked.
in this case, only one sales order is created corresponding to a preq..
BAPI: BAPI_PR_GETDETAIL is not giving entries for the table as this is a special case of direct delivery from the production plant directly to the customer, bypassing the warehouse / distribution center...
selection screen has input fields preq, matnr(product) and plant. we fetch entries depending on the data filled in selection screen and also they should be of document type(BSART in EBAN table) ZDD1 and deletion indicator is set(LOEKZ in EBAN).
then we check if the sales order corresponding to the preq is in open status...
for this i need to programmatically fetch the sales order number corresponding to the preq...
this is causing a performance issue as i could find only one way -- fetching sales order number from VBEP table corresponding to BANFN... indexing for easier also didnt work...
no other way i could find to fetch sales order number corresponding to the preq number....
there is a bapi: BAPI_PR_GETDETAIL, but this is not fetching entries to the changing tables related to sales order...
also EBKN table doesnt have any entries as this is a special case of direct delivery preq..
Guess i couldnt find anyother way...
    Thanks.

I'm not sure as to why the select query was still throwing performance issues. I could see that the index had been created on only BANFN in the DB. Prior to creating the index, it was taking approx 20 seconds per entry, but after creating the index, it took 13seconds approx.
I used the select query as follows:
    select single vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into (wa_vbep-vbeln, wa_vbep-banfn)
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
where: wa_vbep is the workarea having two fields vbeln and banfn, and wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn is the reference preq number.
I tried a few other combinations also, but  those also didnt work effectively:
    select vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into (wa_vbep-vbeln, wa_vbep-banfn)
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
without using SINGLE in the select query as the select query would implicitly pickup only a single record,
    select vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into wa_vbep
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
and another query where the INTO statement was directed directly to a workarea.
But unfortunately, nothing seemed to be working.
The index i had created was on BANFN alone in the VBEP table.

  • Scheduling Agreements and Purchase Contracts in SAP APO

    Hi
We are currently working on a SCM 5.0 trialbox  and we  don't have access to any R/3 environment.
Is it possible to create Scheduling Agreements/Purchase Contracts in APO ? If not then is there any way to upload the data using a flat file ?
    Best Regards
    Mitesh

    Hi Mitesh,
You cannot create Contracts, Purchasing Inforecords and Scheduling Agreements in APO since these are all R/3 Master Data objects. These when CIFed to APO will create External Procurement Relationships of different types 1, 2 and 3.
Moreover automatically Transportation Lanes will get created corresponding to these Procurement Relationships. In APO the relevant master data is Transportation Lanes and not the Scheduling Agreements/ Purchase Inforecords / Contracts.
    Hope this clarifies.
    Thanks,
