Automatic typing problem - URGENT

(runtime) if we are typing into a text item, the cursor go to the begining of the item if don't type fast, also with date formats the item automatically fills, why ?

You get the message Posting orders X(Ususally no. of documents) generated and X completed, it means that your proposal was successful. You will not get the document number in the status. Click on the Payment proposal log to view the document number generated.

You have the MacBookPro6,2, the Edsel of Macs. It has a defective logic board that may be covered by this recall program:
MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010): Intermittent black screen or loss of video
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider, to have the machine tested. The routine hardware diagnostics used by service providers do not detect the fault. There is a specific test for this issue.
Print the first page of the panic report, and the support page linked above, and bring them with you.
Note that the recall only applies within three years of purchase. After that, Apple may refuse the service. In that case, you may be quoted a price of about $300 (in the U.S.) for a "depot repair," which involves shipping the unit to a central repair facility and takes about two weeks. For that flat fee, anything found wrong with it should be fixed, not just the logic board.
The model was discontinued in February 2011, so the replacement program will be ending soon. Some units may have been sold by Apple as refurbished after that date.
Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.
Sometimes the replacement part is also defective, so be prepared for that possibility.
If it's too late for your unit to be repaired under the program, and you don't want to pay for a new logic board, you may be able to stop the panics by disabling automatic graphics switching.
*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.

DATE FIELD PROBLEMS - URGENT

I´m having trouble with FormsCentral.
My form is running about 8 months with no problems.
Yesterday people started to complain that the system doesn´t accept any date.
That means the date field restricts date entries, from date dd/mm/aaaa (brazilian format) to another dd/mm/aaaa, but every date that users input in, is considered by the system as invalid, even it´s a correct and valid date right between the interval specified!
I need Help Urgent!!!
I depend on these forms to finish the payrol service from here.

It looks like the system have some problem just with the date 20/10/2013?!
I´ve fixed the problem change the interval from 20/10/2013 to another date and used 21/10/2013 to another date and it works!
But I think something is wrong with the 20/10/2013 date?!
To reproduce the erros just create a new form with date feature with this exaclty configurations and the bug appears:

4gen ipod touch typing problem.

Hey guys new user thanks for having me onboard. Just recently having a new problem that i never ever had before dont know if its a ios 6.1.2 update or what but then again just had this problem today and i updated when it came out and never had a problem until today the problem is on my 4 gen ipod touch is that when i try to type in the searching for a song in music or goog on safari or in a app when i start typing the first letter in like the letter t it would type in like 2 or more letters more than my first letter punch and when i try to use backspace it doesn't work whatsoever and i'm 100 % positive that i didn't do anything to the screen so i typed iso 6.1.2 typing problems on another computer and couldn't find anything and was wondering if anyone else has this same problem and no how to fix or what not any help would be greatly appreciated thanks again.

Yes, I type in the phone number, I also tried their apple ID or email address and I put in a message. The Send button would not highlight. I'm trying to send a message to 1 particular person who has an Iphone 6. However, I sent one to my Iphone 6 and it worked so I don't think there is a difference in the software. I know this is an older gen ipod but it says it's up to date.

TYPING PROBLEM CURSOR GOING BACKWARDS

Since I have installed Yosemite, I have a cursor problem when typing e-mails (only e-mails). When I type an ' like in the word L'IMAGE, my cursor goes back automatically to the letter just after the ' when I am at the end of the word this means instead of typing " l'image parle" it will type "l'iparlemage"
Slightly similar problem with 's in English, the cursor goes back to just after the ' as if not willing to insert a blank. It means I wish to type "Daddy's car" , it types: "Daddy'scar".
This is really boring!

I have found a solution: in Mac SYSTEM PREFERENCES, choose the keyboard icon and there go to TEXT and de-activate the spelling.
This has enabled me to go to MAIL, then EDIT on the top line, chose SUBSTITUTION and exclude SMART QUOTES.

CardLayout problem, urgent

I am building a Swing GUI, i have a cardlayout managment, my GUI is dynamic that is every certain period of time new data are coming and new figures are being drawn in my GUI. The GUI containes menus, when you press on any menu list of items are listed for you, when you press on an item a page opens, when you press on another item, a new page opens, those pages are layouted in a cardlayout managment, each page is in top of another. I am getting a problem, when i am opening page 2 for example, and a new set of data comes in and the figure in page 1 is updated, i am automatically moved from page 1 to page 2 where the update happened, although i didn't press the item in the menu to go to that page where the update happened, please would anyone suggest me something, it is very urgent, and if someone wants the code i can supply it for sure, thanks for the help.

Maybe an itemStateChanged -Event is invoked when the page is updated.

Nokia X automatic redial problem.

My phone automatically redials a particluar no which comes in the call list first. As a outcome I have to look after my dialled screen very often. Finder & Typing Problems

Hi, I have this problem on my G5 at work (OS 10.4.8) & my Macbook Pro laptop where I cannot type/use the keyboard in Finder after changing the extension on a file. I can type in all programs but Finder. I have to change the extensions on certain files I work with, so this is a problem. In order to be able to type in Finder again, I have to relaunch Finder.
This has just started the past few days; I've had both machines for about a year now.
Any help is appreciated!
Also: if I change the extension under the "get info" window instead of in the file name text box then it is fine. So that solves my problem to a point, but I still feel it shouldnt do that no matter what...

I have this problem also: where I cannot type/use the keyboard in the Finder after changing extensions on file names. The problem seems not to duplicate itself IF, right after I change the extension on the file name, my first mouse click is ONCE on the icon at the front of the file name (in List View): then the automatic dialog box comes up asking, "Are you sure you want to add the extension ".psd" to the end of the name? I select "Add" and move on to the next file name. I can then leave that Folder, and continue on typing in another Folder in the Finder, always clicking on the icon right after I add an extension.
My boss explained that the truly correct method of adding extensions to file names is to Open each file, in its respective application, and "Save As" with the added extension. He said that going through the application will update any current application codes, etc. His way is a longer route, but a better way.

Another server which is the main server is responible to control the access to the network and making and storing DB backups using a third party software (Net Backup Software). The backups are kept in tapes accessed by main server using tapes robot.
Our backup policies is that the software makes full backup every week and a incremental dialy backups of the DB. The retention of each backup is two weeks. All servers have been shutted down during vacations.
The problem is that when we came from two weeks vacation, users found that the DB is in old state and we lost the most recent valid state. I tried all my best since month ago to do recovery. I decided the point of time to restore and I also use the SCNs but I could'nt reach a solution. I used Net backup, Rman, EM but without a result.
When i check NetBackup console I find a backup available since 28 of July 2010. Actually the changes are made after this date and now the DB state is older thatn this date. the question is: WHER HAVE THE CONSEQUENT CHANGES GONE? around one mounth of work has been lost..

Could any one please help me to solve this problem. If there is no solution what could he suggest to do now to have a valid state and for future to avoid this problem.

Your BACKUP script does set the NetBackup parameters for the Tape Channels.
However, your RESTORE script does not specify the NetBackup parameters -- so Oracle doesn't know which channel to use for the Restore.
You need to add the NetBackup parameters in the RESTORE.
However, this is suprising :
The problem is that when we came from two weeks vacation, users found that the DB is in old state and we lost the most recent valid stateA database will NOT EVER "go back to an old state" until and unless someone has restored an old backup. If the servers were shutdown for two weeks, who would have restored the database. If the servers were shutdown, how would Oracle have automatically gone back to an old stats ? There must have been some manual actions.

Pricing problem-Urgent

Hi all,
iam getting a problem regarding pricing.
When i make a Sales doc. with reference to an invoice,
everything is being copied from invoice to the sales doc.-customer, material and its no. , sales area, payment terms, incoterms, and material qty. also.
But the pricing of the invoice is not getting copied on to the sales doc.
I have maintained all checks available in the sales doc. type and the item category of the sales doc. type i.e
Pricing: X
and then in OVKK , i have maintained the doc. pric. procedure of the sales doc. type with the pricing procedure of the invoice
and again in the copy control measures, i have maintained
Pricing type: D
But i still not able to copy pricing procedure from the invoice to the Sales doc.
I want the soltn. urgently.

set flag for "update doc flow"

Monitor sensor stopped responding alerts and typing problems with external keyboard.

The past few days I have been getting these alerts. Also, I use my MacBook as a desktop about 60% of the time and like to hook up a full size keyboard. It's worked fine for two years but now I can only type a few words before there is a stall and I can't type anything for 30 seconds. It has happened on both a Kensington keyboard and on a 10-year-old iMac keyboard. They have both worked perfect in the past. Also, both work just fine on an old iBook and on an old iMac slot loader.

Thanks, Rudegar, for the suggestion.
But as I said above, "Mr H, with the magic touch, went to the iMac - opened a new text edit doc and started typing - no problem, opened Google - typed into search field - no problem..." which is to say the problem has solved itself by just regrouping itself after all peripherals were detatched and HDs no longer involved? We'll see if it reproduces itself next time I do this HD-HD copy.
I don't know why it's fixed, but since all is well, the permissions are repaired, and I've put it to sleep and awakened it, and it's still running fine (indeed I'm typing on the iMac now), I am loathe to do anything to solve a problem that seems to no longer exist.
If things go awry I will first try a restart or perhaps just shut down from the Apple menu. As I said I was worried about doing this fearing I'd have to log in and not be able to do it - but the auto login setting works to my advantage here.
Anyone else have any ideas on what went wrong???
