Automatic unlocking Urg.Corr task list

Hello.
I have created my own Urg.Correction operation type.
When I create instance of my Urg.Correction a task list also create and corresponded Maintanence cycle is linked.
But problem is: Tasks of this Task list are unlocked. How can I realese this tasks automaticaly?

In UC, the tasklist is managed by the change document's status. The transport related tasks (release, import) are performed in background with no action in the tasklist.
This behavior is handle with the following customizing activity :
SAP Solution Manager --> Scenario-Specific Settings --> Change Request Management --> Change Request Management --> Change Transaction --> Change Transaction Types --> Define Status Attributes
Look at the column SRType for SDHF. Here is specified the system for which the tasks should be available for execution in a particular status of SDFH.

Hi,
you can have selection of operations while integrating tasklist into order through customizing. The node is Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-> Maintenance and Service Processing->Maintenance and Service Orders-> Functions and Settings for Order Types->Default Values for Task List Data and Profile Assignments. In this screen flag the operselection for the given ordertype and plant.

Error in executing process from the UWL task list

Hi,
I have created a process and assigned different users to different steps. For administrator, Overseer and Owner, i have kept role as initiator only. For the actions of the process, set the value as Initiation defined and in Default Roles tab, have assigned different users to each of the actions. From the URL generated on instantiation, i created a web dynpro iview and assigned it to a role R.
The UWL has also been configured. The initiator of the process is assigned the role R.
Now the issues are:
1. When the process initiator opens this role R, an error is displayed " Page not found or not available", but the process gets initiated since an entry for the same is made in the UWL task list.
2. Even when I click on the task entry in the UWL task list, i get the same error message.
3. Presently if i click on the role R, then only entry is displayed in the UEL task list. Is there a way in which task may automatically appear in the task list of the initiator of the process without him/her having to click the role and then initiate?
I am not able to figure out why this is happening. Can anyone please help me in this regard.

Timeline at My Tasks list

Tasks add to timeline at My Tasks list automatically. In standard Task list - only manually. Is any approach to disable this behavior exist?

According to your description, you might want to disable the feature of adding task to timeline in My Task list automatically.
Would you mind providing more details about the reason of disabling this feature?
When the Work Management Service Application aggregates tasks of one user to My Site, these tasks will be added to the timeline by default. This is a pre-defined action
which would be helpful to make users avoid missing some tasks if this user forgot to add them to the timeline.
If we don’t want some tasks shown in the timeline, we could remove it from there by clicking the corresponding button “REMOVE FROM TIMELINE” in the fly-out menu of
items.
As there are no such OOTB features to disable adding tasks to timeline automatically, you can take a look at Akshay’s post in this thread about how to add task

Inspection task list usage is not picking automatically?

Hi all,
whenever I create inspection lot for source inspection (for PO) through Qi07, in the inspection lot, task usage assigned as a 6(goods issue), but i will assign 3 (universal) later on for the source inspection ( with respect to PO)in qa32 & later on i will proceed. But i want the system to assign the 3 (task list usage) automatically for all the inspection lots, how to enable the same?

In the SPRO setting for inspection type, you can assign default usage. I am not having system access right now, so cant give you exact path. But approx. QCC0--insp lot creation-maintain insp type/default values for inspection type.
Try if this solves your issue.

Issue In Task List, When I select any SP13 task item its updating task status to "Completed" automatically

A strange issue I am facing in SharePoint 2013 task list. When I just select any task its updated the task status automatically to "Completed". When I unselect task its updated task status to "Not Started" automatically. I don't know
why its happening.

It is by design in SharePoint 2013, you can quickly mark tasks as complete by clicking the checkbox.
If you want to select the item, please check the “select” column.

yes, u r right we need to use this user exit IWO10021-Task list transfer from notification to order and when we create notification , after updating mandatory data when we click creae order button it will show all task list related to that technical object....plz tell AM I RIGHT???
if yes, problem i am facing is for some technical onjects it is working and for some it is not, plz guide wat may be reason for the same??

Automatic Task list assignment

Hi,
I have a requirement where during the time of selecting a request type in the Service notification the task list should be automatically assigned.
Say for example if during the service Notidfication creation if I select a Request type:"Remove tank" the task list related to the removel of tank is assigned automatically to the notification so that you do not need to have to manually assign it. Again if the request type of the same notification is changed in future then the task list should change to the next request type.
Another point:Is there a way to assign the task list automatically if the status in the status profile changes. Actually we are using the notification concept in place of the workflow where the notification travels through various departments and the individuals team peform their work accordingly and change the request type to transfer it to the next department. We wanted to have a task list associated with every request type which changes as the notification is assigned to various departments

I created calibration plan for Quality Istruments, for that assign equipment task list . At due date calibration order & inspection lot created. I sent the insturment to vender & some time it will be rejected fr vender side .We want to set delete selection automatically in task list header data when I made usage dicision as a rejected after come in factory.

I have two lists. The first is "Tasks", second is "Journal". I need a "Create Journal Entry" link in the Tasks list. How do I do that?

Let's say I have a Task named "Build SSIS for Duke Energy" and it has another column called Active. Now every day I look at my task list and If I worked on that task I want to create a Journal entry of what I have done. So from the Task
list I'd like a third column that calls the "Journal Entry" list's new form page and pass it in the ID of the task. I have found several TextToHtml scripts out there, but they have to be stored in a script library, and then sourced to a content
editor web part. The problem is they don't fire when I have my list grouped. In addition to, every time someone creates a new view, I have to go in and add the Content Editor web part, point to the script....
Any thoughts. It is the grouped view that really bug me.

If you only want to add a hyperlink to create a Journal entry in the task list, I recommend to add a Hyperlink column in the task list and then create workflow to update the column.
You can follow the steps as below:
Open the task list, add a hyperlink column named Create Journal Entry.
Create a workflow associated to the task list, start the workflow automatically when an item is created.
Add actions as below:
Then when a task is created in the task list, the workflow will be stared automatically to update the “Create Journal Entry” column.

Create a private view for Task List in SharePoint 2013

I have a Task List, How can I Create a Private View that every user can see Only his Tasks, and Sync it to his outlook (sync only his tasks) , no one can see or sync tasks not assigned to him?

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to limit view permission on particular users in SharePoint.
There is no out of the box way to achieve it in SharePoint.
CodePlex has a good tool SharePoint 2013 Column & View Permission, it have some features as below, we can use it.

Error while uploading the general maintenance task list with LSMW

Hi friends,
I am uploading the general maintenance task list with the help of Standard Batch/Direct input method in LSMW. I am using the internal number range for task list.
First task list is getting created properly, but while creating second task list, system is giving the error as "external number range is not assigned for task list and task list with this group ID is already created in the system."
This is because, on initial screen, system automatically takes the group ID of the task list that is created earlier.
My question is
1. How to get rid of the group number that is automatically gets populated in group field of initial screen, while creating the next task list?
2. Is it possible to assign a common identifier in all structure (Header, Operation etc) for single task list, so that system can differentiate between two task lists?
In Equipment task list, we can differentiate the task list with equipment id and group counter.
Please note the following point before replying to my question.
1. I don't want to upload the general maintenance task list with external number assignment.

Solman Change Request Management Issue - about create task list

Dears,
We are now using Solman ChangeRM. I have created a maintainance project and maintained its logical component and IMG project. when I want to create a task list for this project, a message"The project is not released. Hence cycle can not be created" poped. The message no. is /TMWFLOW/CONFIG_UI017. Where can I release the project?

Change Request Management "There is no task list for this project"

Hello!
I would like to use the functionality of CharM in SOLMAN 4.0.
When I enter the Tcode /n/tmwflow/proj I receive the waring/error "There is no task list for this project" (/TMWFLOW/TRACK_N114)
If I create my own task list via Task list --> create
I get the warning "You cannot change task lists in the SAP namespace"
What are the steps to define task list for my project?
Do I need to configure SPRO ... --> Extended Configuration --> Schedule Manager?
The second warning I get: "NO CTS projects created yet" or
"The Solution Manager project does not have an active CTS project yet".
How can these warnings/errors be corrected?

Standard test error in the task list operations

Hi Friends,
We made a Z program in such a way that Task list operation long text through standard text key (CA10) will get updated automatically for
those associated operations, but the problem we never observed that program is overwriting the
standard text key entries on the operations while updating the long text, and unfortunately
it went to the production environment and it has been keep on executing the
program for last 3 months and suddenly we came to know that there is bug in the
code.
My main intention is how to trace till now how many reports
got corrupted and how to restore back those records which were effected in PRD environment.

I assume that the Z-program enters the Task List and re-enters the Standard Text Key KTSCH, does it call the standard transaction IA12? Maybe a good place to start is to see whether the Change Documents had been saved. Does the Z-program run as batch, as a particular user?
Query the table CDHDR on the object PLAN, then based on the Object & Document numbers query CDPOS. You can get the Task List & Operations from CDPOS field TABKEY.
