Automatically popup opened when i visit any website [virus]

A Popup has been opened automatically on iphone's safari. Redirect link to an ad. Redirect link look like these: "images12.yaaad.com" "images11.yaaad.com" etc etc.
at first its only opened in chrome on my desktop. But now this ad virus is on my iphone 5's safari browser.

Whatever is causing it, it's not anything installed on your iPhone, unless you have jailbroken it (ie, hacked it to allow apps from outside the App Store). If you have jailbroken it, or otherwise used a hack to install an app that did not come from the App Store, then you will need to restore the phone to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup.
Assuming you haven't done that, it has to be either a problem with the network, a problem with your network settings or a problem with the site(s) you are visiting. If you have tested on both a wifi network and a 3G network, it's probably not the network. (Be sure that you actually tested that... in some situations, the phone may prefer one network or the other, so be sure you have entirely disabled wifi or cellular data in order to do each test.)
Regarding network settings, you could have a bad DNS setting. See:

What is the current DNS setting?
Finally, if this is only happening when you are visiting certain sites, the problem lies with those sites. They are either bad sites or have been hacked, and you should avoid them either way.

When you visit the Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, I suggest clicking the "Installed on" column heading to group items by date. This can help surface bundle items that snuck on to you computer with something you actually wanted. I would not trust any of them and suggest removing all the ones you did not choose to install.
Note: if you find SearchProtect, make sure to remove that as it will make it difficult to choose your own Firefox settings.

You can look at the pref security.ssl.renego_unrestricted_hosts on the about:config page and add the sites that you want to allow to the string value. 
Separate multiple host names by a comma.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
You can use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a pref more easily.

Changed a webpage with new photos and text, uploaded it to FTP. But when I visit the website, the old version of the page is there instead of the new page.

I changed one of my webpages, adding pictures with hyperlinks and text. When I preview the website and webpage the changes appear. I upload it with Muse's FTP uploader and everything goes smoothly. But when I visit the website, it displays the old version of the webpage.

Yes, I use a third party FTP client. I have cleared browser history and cache. Still shows up. I even DELETED the entire site and re-uploaded the new one with the same results. What am I missing? Why does the old page keep showing up? Tried 3 different browser apps and a different computer.

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. That will revert its settings to the defaults.

How can I ensure my laptop automatically logs me into my accounts when I visit an website that I have sign up to?

"Remember me" options are stored in cookies. Try all the options in the [[websites say cookies are blocked]] article. If you are still having problems then the file that stores cookies could be corrupt and you can try deleting the file.

I upgraded to Lion, no problems, but when I visit a website- for example my bank, or youtube, or any site I have to log into, my computer is no longer recognized and I have to always sign in. Even if I check the box to remember my computer it won't.

How can i get rid of this YJ News popup that keeps apearing on any website i visit? I don't even know what YJ News is and it is extremely annoying.

Until today(20.09) when i wanted to open an image on any website it opened, now it asks me with what to open it and it downloads it.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
