Automatically receive emails - function has stopped

My BB has stopped receiving emails automatically. I need to turn off the connection and turn it on again to see the "arrows" and receive email. Very frustrating. I receive emails on my computer and as I say, they have stopped coming in to my BB automatically on their own. I am not a business customer - do not have an enterprise server or IT department. I'm on my own.
I have no clue why this happens. Maybe I changed or a setting was changed somewhere, but I have no clue and cannot find an answer to this anywhere.

Several things could have happend...have you modified the settings within BIS? If not, then try these things:
1) With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
2) Register HRT:
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > BBKey (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
3) Resend Service Books:
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
If, after about 15 minutes or so, emails are still not coming in (be sure to send yourself a test one so that there will truly be a "new" email), then deleting and re-creating the BIS conduit for that email account would be your next step.

Why do I continue to receive an iTunes has Stopped Working error after finally updating to 11.1.4?

Like many here it seems, in updating iTunes to 11.1.4 I received the Error 7 (windows error 126) error, as well as the MSVCR80.DLL is missing error. With help from this site, I managed to fully uninstall iTunes and then reinstall 11.1.4. The iTunes program will now open, but within 1-2 seconds it will crash with the error message "iTunes has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." This error happens every time the program is opened. I am using a 64-bit version of Windows 7. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can resolve it? I sure would love to be able to use my iTunes library again!

JAVAscript MM_goToURL iframe function has stopped working

I've been using a piece of javascript generated as part of an old version of Dreamweaver for a few years now with no problems. However, I visited my site the other day and discovered that one of the functions for 'MM_goToURL' has stopped working. I use this function to travel between pages in the site as well as changing iframes located within certain pages. While the code still works for moving between pages, it no longer works for iframes (or at least not on this site).
Could I ask for someone to look over my simplified code below and note any errors that may have crept in? Thanks.

I've now solved the problem by adding the criteria of 'name="iframe"' to the iframe code.

F11 function has stopped working on my Satellite L550

Am running 7 Pro 32bit OS on a Toshiba L550 i5duo / quad thread core 4 RAM 500G HD Ati radeon premium. Up to now I had the F11 function working perfectly and recently it has stopped working at all. Then after completing a restore - which lost my Kaspersky Pure install as well it started up again. However after a couple of critical M$ updates it has gone back to not functioning. Hitting the F11 or the full screen in View drops the taskbar but only maginally reduces the size of the tools. menu, and address bars at the top. Have tried the FN key - for unlocking - no go.
This has become a really frustrating problem to find a fix for as I have searched forums gallore and Google without any luck. The M$ tech and other fixers help want money for finding the problem and I think as it is in all probability an OS problem or worse an HDD problem (had one go on my Toshy Vista machine before - not a cheap fix!!) - that M$ should be able to help without the cost, as the machine is only 7 months old! I was told bout this one and hopefully being nearer to "home" someone in here might know
Can anyone who may have had this problem or know what the problem is help me out before I go stir crazy? Will be most appreciated!!

But yor explanation was so much easier to follow. Now I have my beloved full screen back - there is something out there after all lol!!

Automatic import in FCP has stopped working...

Usually when I hook up my AVCHD camera to my MacBook with FCP X open, FCP will automatically open the import window, convert the files to quicktime and import them. Today, not only is the import window not automatically opening, but it won't recognize the video files on the camera. I am having to convert each file to QT with Smart Converter, which is taking a great deal of time (certainly more time than I'm used to!).
Anyone know how to restore the automatic important/conversion functionality for FCP X?

All right then, I guess I'm being unclear or am looking to the wrong place to help - all I know is that, up until today, whenever I attached the camera and turned it on, the import window would open automatically and an automatic file converstion would take place. Today, when I hooked up the camera, nothing happened. When I opened the import window myself, all the files on the camera were "dark" (not compatible files) and I couldn't import them. I am now manually converting each individual file off of the memory card, which is time consuming and I don't know why it stopped working the way it did before.

I have an Imac and Firefox26. The yahoo email site has stopped automatically logging me in.

Yahoo help gave me the following fix which did not work:
If you want your browser to remember your username and password, you can update your settings in Firefox.
To disable AutoFill:
Select Tools | Options in Windows or Firefox | Preferences in Mac OS X.
Select Privacy.
Select Use custom settings for history from the pull-down menu.
Check Clear history when Firefox closes and click OK.
Restart Firefox and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Select Remember History from the pull-down menu and click OK.
Return to Yahoo and sign in.
When Firefox asks you if you want to have your password remembered, click Remember Password.
After completing these steps, the field for the Yahoo ID should be blank when you next visit the Yahoo sign-in page.

When adding video content to my "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder, the material doesn't transfer into itunes. There hasn't been any major changes in the system but no transfers have occured in several weeks. The video files just sit in the add to itunes folder.

Hi, welcome to Apple Discussions.
It still works for me. Double check that your "iTunes Media" folder in preferences matches the folder containing the *Automatically add to iTunes* folder in question. Failing that there could be a permissions problem. Make sure both your account (or Everyone) and SYSTEM have full access to the iTunes folder and all objects below it.
