Automatically send RSS to email

I would like to automatically send all new RSS to an email.
Is there a way to set this up?

I retrieve my RSS feeds on Safari. Apple's Mail application has an option to read RSS feeds in the application. Perhaps that will give you what you are looking for.

I have been having trouble with Outlook 2011 for Mac since updating to OS 10.9 Marvericks. I have tried updating the database and identity. I can get email if a go to each account and try to download it. But email will not come automatically and can I send and receive all accounts. Does anyone have a solution? I do not want to lose my email, contacts and information.

I am also finding that searching in Mail for emails in this account is leading to false negative results. It's astonishing that I can search for an email I know is in the Inbox list yet not find it unless I scroll down to it manually and clicking it. Then it will show up in the results if I search again. I just did "rebuild" a day ago (have to do that every few days or so to get Outlook Exchange emails restored again anyway), so I doubt that this would fix the issue, but even if it did it's ridiculous... do I really have to abandon Mail and move to Microsoft Outlook on my mac to read my emails? Mail is currently FAILING to work for those of us who have to deal with Microsoft servers... which must be a huge # of customers, Apple.

Using a group list in email and automatically sending out an email

I have set up a group list in address book. Each contact has 2-3 emails. I am using Mail. Currently when I have to send an email out to the group I have to select the group in address book, then choose "select all". Select all only chooses 1 email per contact. I then have to manually choose the 2nd and 3rd emails for each contact. Is there any way I can use the group that I have created without having to go through all of that in order to send an email to my distirbution list?
I blind cc'd my self on the original email I sent to the group and was using that one to "forward" but the problem I encountered was some people added, changed or fixed a correction in their email the forward did not reflect the change in the email. I fixed the email in address book but it was not reflected in the original email--which I knew would happen. Hopefully there is a better way to accomplish this!
I also have to send out the same weekly reminder to this group--is there any way I cen set email to do this automatically?

Wow! This is what I've been looking for. I can't believe more people on this forum aren't complaining about not being able to use a Song List.

Can it be used with Logic LE, Garage Band etc.

Bid Invitation not automatically sending change notification email

Hello,
I have the folowing issue with the email output bid invitations in SRM 5.
In Define actions for document output I set BBP_PD_BID to Processing when saving document. This work fine for new Bid Invitations, but when I make a changes after publishing no new output is generated for change notifications.
When I manually select 'Inform bidders and send out bids', the origional email is re-output and not the change version of the smartfotm text ('We would like to draw your attention to the'..... and not "The following bid invitation has been changed")
Is the auto output of change notifications for bid invitation standard? I though it was as I saw it set up in a different system.

It looks like the auto output is not standard as per this sap help page:

I'm trying to send a group text but the recipient automatically defaults to send to their email.

I'm trying to send a group text, but when I type in someones name, it automatically defaults to email. It doesn't even give me the option to a choose phone number. It only does with certain contacts. Also, when a message doesn't go through, usually there is a red try again spot I can click, but when I click it, it only gives me the option to send as an email not text.

99% chance you don't have the phone number in your contacts correctly. Make sure there is an area code, etc.

Submit by Email Without Automatically Sending Email???

I'm trying to distribute a form that will "submit by email" when the user is finished filling it out. Then when our admin receives the form, have it automatically ask what dataset to add it to.
This works fine, EXCEPT when the user submits the form, it automatically sends the email right away - straight to the Outlook "Outbox" folder. I want it to create the email (with PDF attachment), but wait for the user to hit send. This is so they can attach additional files to the email or add comments to the body of the email.
Right now this doesn't seem possible. I can send it without using the "Distribute Form" option in the menus, but then the popup asking what dataset to add it to doesn't appear.
Any ideas?

Sure thing, Zoe. Thanks for asking. I've set it up a couple of ways, testing them, and they both seem to work the same way. I currently have it set up with a generic button, type "Button", control type "Submit" with "Submit to URL:" set to "mailto:<emailaddress>" and "Submit as" set to PDF in the Submit tab. I've also used a "Email Submit" button for this, with the email address and subject line set appropriately. Both of these methods seem to work the same way. I haven't tried an "HTTP Submit" button method yet, but I would presume it to work the same also. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Automatically send pictures from camera to email?

Hello,
Is there any way/hack/trick/app to automatically send new images from my camera?
Ideally, I would take a photo, then the picture would automatically be sent to an email, without an additional click.
Right now, I have to click "send as email" and then start typing my email address. This takes too long, especially when I have to do it for every single photo.
Any thoughts?

On the Gmail mobile site, there appears to be no option to attach a file.
However! If you save your email as a draft before sending it, scroll to the bottom of the pane and you should see a link that takes you to the desktop version of Gmail.
Reopen your email and you can attach your file and send it.

In our test environment, we tested on the developed program with generating email. We have disable SMTP in our non-Proudction environment therefore there are a lot of unsend email.
In october, we have enable the SMPT for testing some of new email program. On Nov 29, 2010, those unsend email got trigger and send to all of our user.
We try to trace any user to logon to SOST (ST03) to send those emails and we can't find any. In SOST sendering, we can't find all those unsend email too.
On Nov 24 to Nov 29, 2010, we have client refresh for other clients.Will it impact trigger the unsent email?
Any suggestion to trace who trigger it?
Isn't there any SAP program can trigger send thoese unsend email?
Can those unsent email(pending status) stuck some where in SAP and automatically trigger itselt.?

On Nov 29, 2010, those unsend email got trigger and send to all of our user.
STAD and ST03N keep info by default for two days... you can trace who used SOST... if the SAPCONNECT job wasn't scheduled the send could have only been triggered manually so check for people who used SOST and SCOT... additional to that check SM20.
Also, usually I remove the SAPCONNECT job before a refresh so anything waiting to be sent stays in the queue after the refresh

Hello, I want to know if there is a way to automate sending invoices using Automator considering the following workflow.
Print Invoice from local / network connected windows computer
Scan Printed Invoice on a separate Web-Connected Mac
Place Invoices in folder with the following Hierarchy
Documents Folder
Year
Month / Day
Manually rename Invoices (Invoices with more than one page / more than one TIFF file (1 per page) are named INVOICE# (2))
Reference scanned Invoice for Email address
Manually compose emails and add attachments

The New Mail Message action will attach files sent to it, so you can use that and a Send Outgoing Messages action in a workflow saved as a folder action plug in. The plug in will send the files added to a folder to your workflow, so all you need to do next is configure folder actions to attach the plug in to your certain folder.

I would check to make sure the default account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars is set to your personal Gmail account. Test send another message after making the change.

Hi, gurus. i even not sure the thread's title i gave was actully peoper. here is my question: let's say i have a air ticket booking website. User can choose to let the system hold his booking for two weeks if the desired ticket is not avaiable at the moment. System will automatically send a email to this customer for further options(i.e. offer another two weeks extension) if there are still no tickets avaiable after been holding for two weeks. I thought i could have a backend servlet or thread that runs once a day to check the timestamp(stored in db) of these bookings that people want to be holding for two weeks. My question is how do i make this backend servlet or thread or is there any better way of doing it? any help is deeply appreciated.

(new java.util.Timer()).scheduleAtFixedRate(TimerTask, task, long 0, long 24*60*60*1000)which supposed to execute the task repeatly once a day soon as the first time the whole web app is loaded.My question is how am i gonna make the thread, which contains this bit of code, invoked? Can i write some sort of initial parameters into the web.xml file which would accomplish the task? Or what i thought here is complete wrong? any help is greatly appreciated.

Outlook automatically sending blank emails

My Outlook is automatically replying to my emails with a blank message. My autoreply is turned off. I have changed my password and done a virus scan with no luck in reversing this problem.

Which version of Outlook are you using?
Does this issue happen to all emails you received?
Does this issue continue if we receive emails from webmail site?
Please make sure you don't have any rule set to automatically send out emails. To check this, click Home tab > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts, and then check if there is any related rule in the rules list.
If you installed any third-party add-in, please also try to temporarily disable the add-in and then test the issue again. If you have a virus scanner installed, please note that it may integrate itself with Outlook, which may also cause this issue. Please
contact the virus scanner support and disable the integration into Outlook to see the result.

Automatically send Bcc when I send emails?

Is there a way to automatically send a Bcc when I send emails from 1 account?
I'm guessing you can do it with rules, but can't seem to be able to do it.

you can set this if you go to settings --> Emails --> always bbc myself.
