Automation of daily Report

Hi,
I am using SAP Business Analyzer to produce a daily report,
Can you advise the best method to automate it as a batch job, so that it can deliver the report to me on daily basis.

with broadcasting you can receive report daily, with scheduling options at information broadcasting.

Does anyone have a daily report for system status?

Basically, I am looking for an automated daily report to give me the status of jobs and workflows. I am having a hard time finding the talbes and relationships for all the jobs, workflows, and tasks in the CMDB.
Once I know where to find all the pieces, I can take it from there.

Option 2 is what I have been working on till now & completed System Monitoring setup including CCMS agent (SAPCCM4X & CCMSPING) installation on satellite systems.
The data is visible in DSWP.
Now, our client is a bit overcautious about SAP monitoring & wants the above list of KPI's to be reported every 8 hours, round the clock. Believe it or not we are doing this manually for all Dev, QA & Prod systems!! (Copy-paste to xl & send via mail)
I joined this project few months back & suggested automation of monitoring via SolMan. I have reached so far with this.
What I am not able to make out is how to save the report in DSWP to my desktop & send via mail. Or even better, how to trigger these mails from SolMan itself at specified intervals?
P.S. - We already setup EWA reports to be delivered via mail automatically but that ofcourse in not enough for the client..
CCMS rule based monitors (in Frederico's blog) is new to me & I will dig deeper to see how useful it could be for our case. But again, it should be able to output the report in a format which can be sent to our client!
Please let me know how practical is above requirement, even if we need to involve ABAPer's for it.

You have to use the sales order tables VBAK,VBAP and VBEP
So keep date field on selection screen
and treat this date as Order creation data audat field in VBAK.
based on this fetch the data from VBAK and VBAP with the following fields like
VBELN, KUNNR,NETWR,POSNR, MATNR,ARKTX,KWMENG,WAERS etc and display in the report

No data for daily report sent from my PC

Since a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate on my PC, no data is being sent to the Cisco server from my PC. Previously I was running the RC version of Windows 7 Ultimate on this PC, with the same router and configuration, and no problems in being able to access a full daily report. I was using Outpost Security Suite Pro, which allowed the data to be sent, but am now using the native Windows firewall, configured to allow NM outward communications.
I asked Support to assist with configuring the Windows firewall, but they were unable to assist, as they did not know how to do this- I would have thought that as NM is Windows 7-compatible, this information would have been available to them.
My netbook is running Windows 7 Ultimate RC, with OUtpost Security Suite Pro, and does send the data for the daily report, when using my home wireless network and the same router, so I suspect that the Windows 7 firewall is causing the problem with the PC.
Can anyone advise me on the specifics of configuring the Windows 7 firewall to allow NM to send the necessary data so that I can get the daily report?

Hi ambergris77,
First only one Software can be turned on within the operating system, otherwise you have problems. Also Network Magic needs Full Access, not just Outward Access.

Daily Report for e-mail alerts sent to via subscription

We have multiple subscription in SCOM 2012 SP1.
we need to generate a daily report stating that this many Alert sent to this subscriber group and this many are closed .
Ex: We have [email protected] is the subscriber and for this subscriber we have created 3 subscription for send notifications.
In a native mode we can able to export alerts details by group or objects. but we need a report based on subscription.

We need to start our Daily Data load from DAC by Manually. So right now my client has asked us to do Automation of Daily Data Load.
Starting the Daily Data Load Manually(DAC) Process: First we have to check whether the ASCP Plans updated or not
Right now we are checking whether the plans got updated or not, so for this we are using following query
SELECT LTrim(RTrim (compile_designator)),data_completion_date,TO_CHAR(data_completion_date ,'DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS') FROM apps.msc_plans
WHERE LTrim(RTrim (compile_designator))
in( 'Plan01,'Plan02','Plan03','Paln04') ORDER BY 2 desc
from this query we will able to see whether all the plans got updated or not. From all the Four Plans, two plans will get updated as of Sysdate(mm/dd/yyy) ,Timestamp(hh:mm:ss)(for example i.e. Plan01 08/25/2011 11:20:08 PM, Plan02 08/25/2011 11:45:06 PM) and rest two plans get updated on Sysdate+1(mm/dd/yyy), Timestamp(hh:mm:ss)(for example i.e. Plan03 08/26/2011 12:20:05 AM, Plan04 08/26/2011 12:45:08 AM)
So after checking the plans , we start the Daily Load in DAC manually.
May I know how should I convert my above sql query which I am using for checking the plans updated or not in informatica, so as to automate the Daily Load in informatica level..

You cannot replicate what is done with DAC at Informatica level. DAC is a separate Oracle product that orchestrates and manages the ETL load (including Index management, etc). The reason Oracle developed DAC is because it allows you to manage a large scale DW load for a large ERP system. As suggested, you can invoke the DAC execution plan via a command but you cannot replicate everything the DAC does at Informatica level. If this helps, please mark as helpful.

put tht sql query into a simple text file, name whatever.sql
find out how to start sqlplus and pass it the name of the text file to be executed. (hint - find the SQLPlus manuals at tahiti.oracle.com)
put that sqlplus startup command in a file that your unnamed os will recognize as an executable batch file.
use your unnamed OS's scheduling mechanism to execute the batch file.
also, we need a new report whenever a new record gets into tableA.And how often do you expect a new row (tables don't have records) to be inserted into tableA?
Maybe you should back up and explain the business problem, before you start down the road to Database Hell chasing an ill-conceived solution.

Currently displaying audit log reports in REST or API is not supported by Microsoft. SharePoint online in Office 365 just supports saving an audit log report as a Microsoft Excel 2012 Preview workbook.

Hi Sathish,
As per my understanding parent que was not for any schedule program.
Just check in SAP Monitor and WT document posted on a day and from that sort with document type GR. If needed you can create variant and pool data as required.
More can be done if we create new node for extracting such document. Check enhancement in EWM monitor development document in market place.

Why CallsAnsweredToHalf is greater than CallsHandledHalf in daily report?

I am using Cisco 8.5.2.
I understand the definition of CallsHandled and CallsAnswered. They may not always equal because it may counted in the next reporting interval.
However, why it doesn't equal in a daily report?
Checked Termination_Call_Detail has 14 calls which equals to CallsHandled. But, CallsAnswered is 16. It is quite strange....what is the extra 2?

Can someone explain above situation, please?

Automatic Daily report - how to adjust dates

Hi,
I am seeking help with date syntax in SQL.
I have created a query that uses "where convert(date, a.visistdatetime) = convert(date , getdate ()-1) in the where statement to pull the previous day's visits. The plan is to automate this query into a daily report in a SQL
server environment.
The problem is, my "where" clause does not account for weekends when business is closed. In the case of Monday's, I am seeking query "date" syntax that will pull visits from the previous work day (which would be Friday). I'd
like the same to happen whenever a Holiday occurs.
Any ideas?
