Automatisation Adobe Reader

Bonjour ,
Je pose donc mon probléme , depuis un logiciel de supervision PcVue , l'utilisateur ouvre Adobe Reader ou Adobe Acrobat X Pro (Similairement identique sur l'ouverture et lecture de fichier PDF) Manuelement il peut lancer une ROC (Reconnaisance Optique de caractère) sur un fichier PDF indexé . Donc tout se passe comme sur des roulettes . Sauf que j'aimerai l'automatiser avec un script en SCADA Basic (Similaire au VB mais propre à PcVue) Donc par exemple l'utilisateur 'clique' sur P500 le script ouvre Reader et lance la ROC avec comme mot clé : P500 . Si je pouvait avoir de l'aide , car j'ai essayer plusieur solution mais aucune solution approprié . J'aimerai partir sur un bonne piste cette fois-ci .Avec le Script ou Pcvue je peux lancer une application mais si je peux avoir des informations sur la passage de paramétres ou des choses utille .

With a script in SCADA BASIC (Similar to the VB but appropriate for scada PcVue)
MY COMMAND IS : strApplication="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Mozilla Firefox\\firefox.exe";
strRepertoire = "C:\\Users\\Public\\Commentaire.pdf#search=BJ100";
intReturn = APPLICATION("LOAD",strApplication,strRepertoire);I
The result in IE or FireFox (URL) is the same : file:\\\C:\\Users\\Public\\Commentaire.pdf%23search=BJ100
I use for ROC this syntaxe : #search:Keyword
I dont understand why the webbrowser substitute # by %23 , It is URL encoding ...

Check out the new and FREE 'AIR Browser' File Manager in appworld. You can use it to create/rename/delete folders and sub-folders, it can also copy, cut, paste and delete files.

how can I print just a part of the page and not the full page with Adobe Reader v 10.1.2? I need to print a engineering print with lot of information but information is too small in letter size and I don't have a plotter.

Two ways to print a portion of a page: zooming or using the Snapshot Tool.
ZOOMING:
Zoom into the area you want to print.
Click the Print icon.
Under "Pages to Print", make sure "Current view" is selected under "More options" (you may need to click "More options" to open it).
If you aren't satisfied with the preview, try clicking "Fit" under the Size button.
SNAPSHOT
Choose Edit > Take A Snapshot.
Drag a rectangle around the area you want to print.
Click the Print icon.
Under "Pages to Print", make sure that "Selected Graphic" is selected under "More options".
To enlarge the snapshot to fit the sheet of paper, choose "Fit" under the Size button.

Email pdf to iPad - is there a way to open multiple pdfs at one time without having to hold each individually and open with adobe reader?

I have a large number of pdf files to send to an iPad and it is taking forever to hold down each one and then choose to open with adobe reader. Just wondering if there is a way to select all from the email to do the same action?

Not that i know of but an alternate would be to use something like dropbox instead of mail. Their app works very well.

That is a problem caused by Microsoft or one of their recent updates. Here is the solution
in the Windows Explorer address bar type %APPDATA%
on the right-hand side double-click on the Microsoft folder
now look for a folder named Crypto; delete it, or rename it to something like Crypto-old

Please let me know if you have tried converting any other PDF to word with Reader.
Alos, please sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials. Click on 'ExportPDF' tab and upload the PDF that you want to convert to Word.
Let me know if this converts fine.

Hello there,
Welcome to Adobe Community. Yes it can be installed on a different drive. Though some of the files installed by it will still be installed on C: drive.
When you run the installer, use 'Change destination folder' at the bottom of the panel
If you already have Adobe Reader installed on the C: drive, you must uninstall it before installing a new version on a different location.

PDF portfolio view in Adobe reader

Hi,
I recently created a PDF portfolio for a co-worker using Acrobat 9.0 Pro. I used the Grid with File Preview layout and added a header that appears right above the grid. Everything works well except that when my co-worker opens the PDF portfolio in Adobe Reader, I think it's 9.0, the preview pane takes up most of the screen so that the grid and header are barely visible. Of course, all my co-worker has to do is move the divider over to the right so that the divider is around the middle of the screen, then he can clearly see the complete grid along with the header.
Is there anyway to make my PDF portfolio open up in Reader so that the dividing line is right in the middle between the grid and preview pane so that the grid and header are clearly visible without having to move the divider? Also, I encountered the same problem when I tried to use a welcome window. In Acrobat 9.0, the welcome window is dead center over the grid and the preview pane is invisible unless I click to proceed. However, when I open the PDF portfolio in Reader, the welcome window only appears in the grid section and again, the gird section is mostly covered up by the preview pane.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error when starting Adobe reader 11 App-V package

How do I disable Acrobat reader for checking if the ARM Service is present?
I have created an app-v 5.0 package for Acrobat reader 11. When I run the package on the sequencer I don't have any issues. When I run it on my test machine I get a pop-up stating "There was an error during installation. An internal
error occurred."
I have already tried removing the reg keys in the package that refer to ARM, but this hasn't worked.
Is there a step I need to take before sequencing that will resolve this?

Purchased new HP laptop with windows 8 Installed. Attempted to download adobe acrobat reader for windows 8 (only version 11. available). Getting error of "unable to load application". Followed trouble shooting to make sure java script enabled and still no results.

Error in Installing Adobe Reader

I'm trying to install Adobe Reader and everytime, it gets to 96% and an error message pops up telling me that it can't finish installation until I close Adobe Reader- however there is nothing open except for the installation window and the error message.

Make sure that anything that uses Adobe Reader is closed; check with the Task Manager's Processes tab.
If you're still having problems, uninstall your current Reader installation, then reinstall the latest Reader.
Download the installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

How to view pdf in Adobe Reader on iphone?

Hi Guys,
I have download the Adobe Reader application on the iphone and it is working fine. I have moved a couple of pdf files onto the iphone using the itunes software.
Now, I can view these PDF files using IBOOKS application but how do I view them in Adobe Reader. Where are these PDF files saved?
