hi ,
when i creating auto PO(me59n), the following errors will come " purchase order will contains faulty items and requisitions could not be converted "
note : i am maintaining QM system and created inforecord through Qm(QI01).

For Auto Po their are some Prerequiesites and that should be fulfilled like In master Dadas.......
Material Master-> Purchasing View--> Auto Po -
Should be Selected.
In Vendor Master>Purchaseing Data>Automatic Purchase Order shold be selected.
And Sholud maintain the inforecord for the same.
And Maintain the source list for the same.
These are the Prerequisites then only the Automatic Po may takes place...

thers is two options are there.
1 manual creation of cost elements
2 autometic creation of cost elements.
While creation of cost elements if we select
(MANUAL CREATION OF COST ELEMENTS) what will happen???
(AUTOMETIC CREATION OF COST ELEMENTS) what will happen?
What is the main difference between about two fields?

Hi,
MANUAL CREATION OF COST ELEMENTS - Cost elements maintained manually. A push button is available for
this purpose, with which you can go directly to the related cost
element.
AUTOMETIC CREATION OF COST ELEMENTS - Cost elements maintained automatically. When you save a new G/L
account, the related cost element is automatically created. A prerequisite is that a default value for the cost element category
has been set up for this cost element. If no default value is found, the system will not create a cost element.
You can make default settings via :
Cost Element accounting --> master data --> cost element --> automatic creation of primary and secondaru cost element --> make default settings

Autometic Account Clearing FI

Can anybody suggest me the way through which we can have autometic account clearing for some of the customer and don't have the autometic clearing some specific customer controlled by dynamic index profile and Sales Order Type. Thanks a lot in advance.

1. Clearing
You will clear the documents which are already posted but not cleared. Here you will do only clearing...
2. Post with clearing...
In earlier transaction documents were already posted but not cleared so you cleared them. But here no documents have been posted so you will post the document and by clicking on process open item tab you will clear that posted item at that time only so this is basically a two fold transaction.

Swf reloaded autometically in aspx page and buttons dissappear from flash content

Hi, I am facing a problem with flash content in aspx.
After spending some time, the swf embeded in the aspx page is
reloaded autometically ( without refresing the aspx page only swf
reload ) and two buttons from that swf dissappear.
I can't understand why the swf reload ?

I had embed the swf directly. And the swf is reloaded using
backend coding, so i can't get the idea about that how the swf is

Autometic posting

What kind of problems comes when autometic posting run?

Here is a list of potential problems:
1) wrong payment methods used in AP and the posting will thus never be included in the pmt run
2) If you are posting pmts ahead of time and the posting periods have not been opened
3) If you run your pmt run without creating a pmt medium, the pmts will not be directed to the place/file you expect and you need to reset the status of these idocs in order to either create the idocs or remove them.
4) If the user enters wrong selection values the pmt run will be empty - you can e.g. select specific vendor numbers but if that no in the database has padded zeros, so should the selected nos have on the screen
5) If you are paying an amount higher than allowed in customizing to the bank recon account
6) If you forgot to maintain bank reconciliation accounts
and much more - those were just what I remember on the top of my head:-)

Autometic planning security refresh is not refreshing the security filters

Hi Friends,
We are using Hyperion planning system 9.3.1. While refreshing the planning security through automated script its not getting refreshed the security filters. In log its showing filter refreshed successfully but actually it’s not refreshing the filters. But when we are doing it manually from planning web its working fine. One more thing we are doing security refresh on daily basic as per business request. So daily its dropping the filters we refreshed manually from planning web.
we are using the below scripts:
CALL G:\Hyperion\Planning\bin\CubeRefresh.cmd /A:application_name /U:user_name /P:password /R /FSV /DEBUG >> In\Log\Refresh_HPOPROD.log

F110 - Autometic Payment Program

Dear Experts,
I am giving a payment run with line item of 200 lines.
Perameters are set.
Payment Proposal has given which shows correct amount and lines to be process.
After giving the payment run its shows: (211 generated and 210 posted).
One Payment Document no generated but it has not been posted.
When I am checking the same in FB03 or at vendor level the payment document no is not visible.
May i know the reason for the same.
Please help and oblige.

Check in SM13, whether that payment document is stucked there.
If not, Also try to do in F110 > Edit > Payments > After Termination > Draw up again

Hi,
for example you can start the SyncService automatically while the user accesses your applicaiton.
Furthermore there are autoSync available - check the doku for exact parameters.
But I think, sync while accessing the application would be the best solution for your behaviour.

You can use BADI AC_DOC_POST.. Pardon me, i dont remember the name exactly.. You can search the badis in SE18 based on this name
Ask your abaper to write the code so that when the COMMIT happens, it also updates the Z table

Connection closes autometically

Hi,
I am making multiplayer game,
my problem is:
a player after connecting to mediaserver, if he does not play
for some time , he losses connection with the mediaserver.
why the player is disconnected, i am not getting any
notification when player is disconnected, how to trace this.
and also i don't want the player to be disconnected if he
does not play for sometime.
please help me in solving this.

Hi Guys,
It seems skype is fraudulently charging. I subscribed on 14th May 2012 for one month unlimited call to India with creditcard. My intention was to use for merely 1 month and if everything goes fine, I could subscribe another month on different date.
But to my surprise, skype has without my consent and without any intimation has charged me on 11th anothe debit of monthly sunscription.
My question is:
1. how can they store my creditcard informatiion without my consent.
2. This is fraudlent act to charge customer without letting them know and without getting their consent.
When I delete the informatio, there is a message - unable to delete the subscription.
