Autoreply not working

Question

I am having some problems with my autoreply. It is not working for any mail sent locally or from outside. I recently moved from dirsync to direct LDAP. The problems started happening after the switch. I keep getting an autoreply log file created in:
msg-instance\log\imta &
msg-instance\log\imta\orig
The log files have a strange name: autoreply.trc-FTWB08P01P44L10130
The log file in the orig dir states:
WARNING: Add sender's address failed: 10: Unknown error message
The log file in the imta dir states:
ARNING: imldap_address_to_entry : Ldap search failed
I also looked online at some other posts and some of them said to turn on Debug in the autoreply_option file located in the msg-instance\imta\config directory. I have no such file in that directory. In fact I have no such file by that name on the system.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK I believe it is finding the UID in my LDAP now because the Log is returning all the info for my vacation message but i am still not getting the autoreply. Here is the latest debug log:
