Availability of new updates in UK ?

Can anyone say when the new iOS updates will be available to UK users ?
I understand they have been out since yesterday, Wednesday, in the US, but as of this evening in England my three appropriate iDevices all still report the "old" OS version as being "up to date".

I had assumed that iTunes would advise me of the availability of the new version.
It does, but only on a specific schedule. So it depends on when it last checked as to when it will check again and advise you.
Anyway now to decide if I really want the new versions, since there seem to be some mixed feelings about them.
There always is - no matter what the updates contain.
If you care about the security of your phone, and don't want to allow the possibility of malicious websites to be able to install stuff on your phone, then update.
The security fix is the only new thing in iOS v4.0.2

I have an iPhone 4s, not jailbroken. I was able to update to 5.0.1 when it came out last year. When 5.1.1 came out, I noticed that I never received the
notification that a new update was available. I updated my 2 ipads and my wife's iphone 4. I didn't bother looking into it, since I didn't feel the need to update to 5.1.1. Now I want to update to ios 6, but when I go to Settings > General > Software Update. It checks for updates , but still shows me that my 5.0.1 is up to date. I plug into itunes and check for update there and it still indicates that 5.0.1. is up to date as well.
Does anyone know what this is happening and how I can update to ios 6?

I scoured the web looking everywhere for a solution to this.
Exit Code 15
OSX 8.5 with Work@Home DVD media for CS6
I followed instructions to run 3rd party cleaner software
I tried the adobe removal tool
removing all copies of adobe software manually
installing from a new account, safe mode, plist everything suggested that i found did not work.
A colleague suggested that removing the below folder would allow the installation:
/Library/Application Supports/Adobe
They turned out to be correct, so i am passing this on, because this took far too many hours of my time.

Hi Christianjr,
When you say you reset your network settings, what do you mean, exactly?
I saw another post on this issue, and the poster indicated that they resolved the problem by turning off their cellular date option and wifi options in Settings, and then turned them back on.
Also, resetting your phone may help - press the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold both down until the Silver Apple appears. Once it is back up, click on the update option and see if it fixes the problem.
If none of those things work, then need to have details on what you did to reset your network settings....

From an OS9 reference, error -54 is a software lock on a file or a permissions error. (Although there is no formal list of OSX error code some of the old codes still apply to OSX .)
First, try simply restarting your computer.
Try quitting iTunes, then deleting the .xml (not .itl !) version of the library file in the iTunes folder (iTunes will generate a new one).

I downloaded a copy of Creative Cloud desktop but it says that my Muse is up to date. It was last updated in May but you have a new update today and it will not update. I thought maybe I am not suppose to have the Creative Cloud update because all I have is the individual app Muse and the photography program. So I uninstalled the CC desktop. Then when I open Muse it says I need the CC desktop to help with the update. So I get stopped either way. Now I also had a Pre-Release Muse on my computer and I don't know if that complicated things. Please advise.

All future installs/updates of Muse (and most other Adobe apps) are through the Creative Cloud desktop app. Thus you do need to have it installed.

Notification of new package available in Software Update service

Hi all,
I'm (happily) using the Software Update service of OS X Server. I set it in 'manual' so as to be able to select which packages to download and offer to clients.
I wondered if there are means to be notified (notification or RSS or anything) of the availability of new packages, and therefore the need for me to check them.
Any idea ?
I tried digging and diffing the catalogs, but I guess there should be an easier way!

If you go to Photoshop>About Plug-in and click on the words Camera Raw, what version does it list?
I suspect you still have Camera Raw 7.0
When you go to Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6, it says nothing available?

Well La Dee Dah Yvonne . . . I got news for you . . . 3 different nokia employess at 3 different times and days told me that they have no idea when a new update will be out. Infact one of them went so far as to tell me to sell of my phone and buy a new one if i'm not happy with it and guess what . . . Thats EXACTLY what i did. I had 2 Nokia Lumia 710's. A black one for myself and a white one for my wife. Well so taking your Nokia Employees enlightened advice I went and bought a black Samsung Galaxy S II for myself and a white one for my wife . . . Next check if you can download the update from http://support.apple.com/downloads/?val=MacBook+Pro#?val=macbook pro. If it isn't there, then it probably doesn't apply to your machine. Double check with the local authorized service center that it is necessary.
