Available downloads will not download

Question

i bought a few songs and started downloading them. i got kicked off my service, so of course they stopped. i reconnected and went to available downloads and tried to restart them. they would not start up...i got itunes store is temp unavailable message. i then connected to the itunes store and tried...i then got the same message while connected to the itunes store. i am still able to download music...just cant bring these available ones up. i ran the diagnostic and got all green. any help is appreciated.

Ran the diagnostic...still all good....still cant launch my available downloads.
