Avatar in Mail - how to change

How do I change the photo avatar that shows up on the right side of my mail?

Hi,
If you are referring to your avatar, that appears in the recipients mail, then this can be changed by going to your address book, and changing your photo. On your file, click edit, middle bottom of the window, then in the dialog box that you are addressed with, there should be an option to 'change'.
This should lead to changing the image.

You can tap on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store an dlog out of it and you can then log in with your account. If you copied any of your friend's content then that content will tied to their id.

F110 - Pre-notification by E-Mail: How to change the sender address

Hi experts,
by executing pre-notifications in F110 an e-mail is generated. The sender e-mail address is set from sap user (master data) who has executed pre-notification. This is the current setting.
Now the sender e-mail address has to be a static e-mail address not the address from user master data. Independent from user who is executing f110 there has to be the same (static) sender address.
I tried to use business transaction events, 2040. So I copied the standard function modules, assigned them to the events and set some breakpoints in the function modules without any success.
Additionally I executed F110 (pre-notification) in debugging mode and set dynamical breakpoints at the new created function modules - again without any success.
Does anyone has an idea what's going wrong?

Exchange & Mail: how to change username?

I have a weird behavior on my Mac OS X Yosemite native application Mail :-) I actually want to use seamlessly my corporate Exchange email account on my iPhone, iPad and Mac. The latter doesn't work for outgoing emails (SMTP server seems disconnected). I figured out that on my iOS devices, I can actually change the username which differs a little bit with the auto-discovery username that Mac OS X set automatically.

Any idea on how we can change the username which should be [email protected] instead of just using mschoonbroodt? I checked it as well on the Microsoft OWA and I need to use the @pfsweb.com to login. Why is it greyed out on the Mac and not on iOS devices? Any idea if I can modify some files via the Unix terminal?
See the STMP server is disconnected which is not good at all. Receiving works, I know it's weird - but on my iPhone both works thus I'd like to try a username change.

jeff, I understand the issue has not been "resolved" in that the problem still exists. My error in is that the solution "Mike the Computer Doctor" posted on Dec 1, 2014 @ 16:48 resolved the issue on my systems. I have both a Mac Mini and a MacBook Pro running Yosemite 10.10.1. The issue was occurring on both of them. After unchecking Keychain in the iCloud settings, deleting the Exchange account, and then adding the Exchange account back into Internet Accounts, the problem was fixed. The Exchange account, in this case outlook.office365.com that requires the full [email protected], automatically inserted itself into all appropriate areas. I had to perform this action on both the Mac Mini and MacBook Pro. As you said, the issue has NOT been resolved on Yosemite, but this workaround does fix the issue. Thank you for pointing this out.

Then click the Show Details button & Check again.
Who is your eMail provider, the part after the @ sign?

As you can see this happens with the French accents. But it also happens when I write in English. Periods (.) will show up on the other end as question marks (?)
This is a problem that I really would like to fix.

This appears to be a rather serious problem. Wouldn't Apple want to create a patch or something to "accomodate" Outlook users? Isn't that problem an invitation to use Thunderbird?
Also, I am not a very technical person. It makes me nervous to open Terminal and try the encoding option. Could you guide me in doing this...

Ok so far. Then I type: defaults write com.apple.mail NSPreferredMailCharset "UTF-8"
Then what ? Do I save it? If so, I save it as what? A window opens asking me if I want to save the main window or all windows??? There are boxes to check: Open this file when Terminal starts up and execute the default shell or login command - or another option is to execute this command (specify complete path) with the additional option to execute command in a shell (???)
All of this means nothing to me unfortunately. Hey! I am just a regular guy and I simply want to be able to send e-maills in a way that my clients will be able to read what I am saying.

When you say you are unable to Change the Email are you Referring to the eprint Service?
- if so basically you need to Create an Account at Eprint Center
-After which you will be asked for a Printer code ( this should have printer out once you enabled the Web Service
- After you insert the printer code, You are prompted to Create a Customer email address
-Thus Creating a customized Email address for the printer itself..
- In regards to the application,
-which one are you attempting to use? is is the HP Eprint Home and Biz application?

How to change my password and my incoming and outgoing mail servers

Hi I have used Outlook Express for years and I know how to configure "everything" I need within the settings pages because their settings pages are all "logical" with everything out in the open.
However, Thunderbird "hides" their settings behind buttons and confusing screens.
There are many tutorials that explain how to set up Thunderbird from the beginning, and show how to set up a new email account. But I have not been able to find a tutorial on how to change my email account password "after" I have been using Thunderbird for awhile.
I also see no way to change the incoming and outgoing servers. For example, I have changed from one hosting company to another hosting company and I need to use the new mail servers from the new hosting company and I do not see any tutorials anyplace that cover ongoing or day-to-day activities with Thunderbird.
Can you please change your settings screens to make Thunderbird easier for new people to find these normal and necessary items?
Also can you please point me to a tutorial that shows me how to change my email account password and change my incoming and outgoing servers?

If you wan to create an account, you must the delete the existing account.
So take backup of your emails if your using POP3

This is your husband's app, only your husband can update it. Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that purchased them. No other Apple ID can update someone else's app.

To change the iCloud ID ("email address") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Do exactly as described by guigs2.

Open Table Properties as before. Make sure to select 'Table' and then click on 'Advanced Edit' button
In HTML Attributes tab
* type 'bordercolor' in the 'Attribute'
* in Value you can use the word eg: Blue or type an HTML colour string eg: #3333ff
* click on OK to close Advanced Property editor
* click on 'Apply' to see colour.
* click on OK to close Table Properties.
If you do not know HTML colour string, you can locate some here.
In a normal Write message, click on the Text Colour icon to open a small Text Colour window. When you select the colour, it will show you the html colour string, which must have the hash tag # before the numbers and letters.

The add annotations field shows as not allowed in the security options. So how do I send this form back with the changes??

I think you you need to click 'save' first, then it is saved to acrobat, where it will prompt to send.
