AVCHD will not transfer files over three minutes

I was able to use Voltaic software to transfer all but two of my clips, the ones longer than five minutes refused to transfer.
FCP: I used the log and transfer function and was still unable to transfer those clips plus several more. The clips play fine in the window.
I want to avoid buying anymore software, having already spent money on Voltaic and FCP Studio 2

How is the drive you are importing them to formatted? Fat32? That has a 2GB to 4Gb limit.

Local Test site will not transfer files to prview in browser

I designed a web site in DW the remote site works/views correctly, but the local testing site index page will not preview below the header in any browser with the files it need to view corrrectly.
I am working on a mac 10.6.8 using DW 5.5. I had my local testing server working correctly viewing these files from a browser for about 1.5 year then it stopped working and stopped transfering some files from the index page.
The activity report lists all the files that were not transferred.

Just to clarify, you have defined a Local Testing Server in Dreamweaver.
What are the setup details for your testing server?
You have installed either MAMPP, XAMP or WAMP on your computer.
Are you sure your server is running?

SFTP Recieve location will not transfer files.

Using BizTalk 2013 SFTP Adaptor. We have currently 40 transfers that are either sending files to a server or receiving files from a server via the SFTP connection.
Send port portion that is using the SFTP adaptor is working fine. The receive location will work when we have only one transfer enabled at a time.
When We enable multiple SFTP receive locations the BizTalk server doesn't receive any files or generate any alerts or error.
I have created a new SFTP adaptor on our second server, with a test file transfer. I have created 16 files to transfer if works but I only receive 9 -10 files out of 16. The remaining files are not transferred.
I have changed the worker threads for the SFTP adaptor, no effect.
The sa account that we are using has full permissions to the location.

The send port and the Receive ports are properly configured as far as User name password file path , etc.
Changing the Host to 32 bit only seem to work for a day. I was up to transferring 60 +files. as of this morning 4/21/2014 this has stopped transferring.
Host Instance settings: >NET CLR Is set to: maximum Worker threads 200, minimum worker threads 5, Maximum IO threads to 250 and Minimum IO thread 25 default setting s for throttling.
I have ran PSSdiag, Application log does show WARNING alerts of fifty files only 10 transfered I do have 40 entries:

A few of the photos will not transfer as they are saved as jpeg.rem files

Hi,
I'm new to this board and trying to transfer pictures and videos from my Blackberry Bold (work one with T-mobile) to
my PC. I tried to do it by using media card reader and was sucessfully able to most of the files
but for some reason a few of the photos will not transfer as they are saved as jpeg.rem files
on my media card. Any ideas why would some of the pictures would be save in a different format
and any suggestions how to transfer them?
I have the same issue with the videos..out of 20+ that I have on the device memory i was only
able to copy about 5 that are in .gp format...rest of them will not open as it appears to be encrypted.
I also have a blackberry curve (with AT&T) as my personal phone...would it read my media card from the
Blackberry Bold?

And they were definitely purchased from the iTunes store, they show on the account's purchase history (Store > View Account on a computer's iTunes, or you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com) ?
You could potentially log into the account on that computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out to log out of your account, that will then change to a Store > Sign In option) and redownload them by clicking on the id towards the top right of the iTunes screen and Purchased on the popup :

Or do you have a different computer that you could redownload them on and then copy them over to that computer via a flash drive or memory card, and then add them to its iTunes via File > Add To Library ?

Saturday Night Live - Gilda Radner will not transfer!

I purchased most of the Saturay Night Live videos tonight, and all downloaded without a problem. They all copied over to my 60GB 5th Gen iPod, except for "The Best of Gilda Radner". I get an error that "Some videos were not copied, including "The Best of Gilda Radner" because this file cannot be played on this iPod" (Or something to this effect).
The video won't transfer.... i can play the video in iTunes for windows, but it will not transfer to my iPod. Has anyone else had a problem with this file?
I'm using the latest iTunes for Windows, and I have put over 150 videos on there already with no problems - just this one!
Any way to FORCE it onto the iPod? Manually dragging it over wouldn't work either.
Since I SPECIFICALLY bought these videos to watch on the iPod, I asked for a refund (11.99!) This was the one I REALLY wanted to watch ont he way to work tomorrow!

Hello, all. I am happy to report that our collective emails about this issue has made an impact. I have received a second email from iTunes Music Store. The first email did not address our/my issue because they thought I had trouble downloading the video. I sent a reply back to them explaining my issue again and this time they got it right. I'm looking for a possibility to use the iPad for photography while traveling, without the access to a computer.
Shooting photo's in RAW format crates pretty big files that will fill up the iPad's memory pretty fast if you shoot a lot during a (let's say) month long trip.
my idea was to use load the photo's to the iPad so i could view them and sort out any bad ones. then copy them over to the storage device so i can continue using my CF cards for shooting. I have an image thank for copying the photo's directly to the HDD but it would be so sweet to be able to check them on the iPad before hand.
any suggestions?

Updated pages 5.2.2 will not open files

Pages updated itself to V5.2.2. Now it will not open a file I created an hour before the update in V 5.2.
The message says I need to update to a newer version of Pages.
But it is the latest. HELP

You should have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 in your Applications/iWork folder.
You were alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5/5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.1 sometimes can not open its own files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has not only managed to confuse all its users, but also itself.
Note: Apple has removed over 110 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

If you can archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store.

Music purchased on iPhone will not transfer

I recently purchased an album on my iPhone and no matter what I do (have tried every transfer purchases menu I can see) the music still remains in the purchased file on my iPhone and will not transfer over to iTunes.
I have tried de-authorizing and re authorizing the computer to no avail. The album WILL NOT transfer over.
When I go into the purchased menu under my iPhone in the devices list the album is grayed out, but there.

Make sure you are signing-in to the iTunes Store with the correct AppleID.
Try checking the iTunes Store purchases for the account as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
If you don't see the music, that you want to sync from the iPhone to iTunes, you may be signed in with another AppleID.

I had to restore my computer just to get itunes working on my new computer, and while i did this, I lost over 300 songs that i had purchased from itunes. Some songs were from my moms account, and some were from mine. but it says only 300 and something songs were on her account and i KNOW for a **** fact that i had 1252 songs on her account for me alone. And when i go to transfer purchases from my phone to my computer it will not transfer. Please fix this or else i will never use itunes again and i will bash this companys name. Never in my life have i had such a **** experiance with this company. you should be ashamed of all of these problems. I cant uninstall itunes unless i want to restore my computer again. so DO NOT offer me that suggestion because i WILL NOT restore this computer a 6th time because of your screw ups

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
You should be able to copy them back onto your computer from your backup of your library that you've been keeping. Both accounts are authorised on your computer's iTunes and the music was purchased from iTunes, and File > Devices > Transfer Purchases doesn't copy them ? That won't copy music bought from other sources and/or copied from CDs.
Depending upon what country that you are in and if they are still in your country's store, then you might be able to redownload your purchases on your computer via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the store home page on your computer's iTunes, though redownloading an account's purchases may tie the computer to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

Hey hows it going? I picked up a 5th Gen iPod, but a huge problem...
I am using a PC not MAC, I updated my iTunes and Quicktime so everything is up to date. I can transfer songs but when I try to transfer the sample video "Eminem - Lose Yourself" WILL NOT transfer. I have no idea why, there is a warning that pops up and says that "...were not copied to 'XYZ's Ipod' because they cannot be played on this iPod"

I updated the software on my iPod Shuffle and now it does not recognize any of my songs from the iTunes Library that were previously easily available. All the songs, except two recently added cd's, have an exclamation mark next to them. When researching, it says the files are no longer found ... I have to physically inport each song all over again in order for iTunes to recognize them ... what a pain that will be ... not very happy. I should not have updated the software and avoided all the hassle with re-importing my music. also not sure how to remove all of the exclamation marked music in my iTunes library. Not sure if this is the same issue you experienced??

Voice memos on phone will not transfer to iTunes.

A little help. I recently updated my iPhone 4 to the iOS6 software and my iTunes to 10.7. Since I did this I can not sync my voice memos on my phone over to iTunes. I have a Macbook Pro.
"include voice memos" is checked.
Desired voice memos to be transfered over do NOT show up under "Voice Memos" tab when iPhone is plugged into iTunes. But I can see them under the "music" tab, I can play them but I can not transfer them over.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Tried the whole "consolidate library" bit to no avail.

Any luck here? Why isn't Apple responding to these questions/issues re: voice memos not synching? I have the same problem, prior to the update I could sync my voice memos no problem and now they will not sync. Since the update my battery life is terrible and apps are slow so i've been advised to reset everything or "restore new" or whatever, which means I need back up everything... all backed up now besides my voice memos. I've been checking and unchecking "include voice memos" with no luck, ended up unchecking Sync Music and now iTunes wants to delete all iPhone "existing content" and "replace with songs and playlists from your iTunes library".
